Chapter 40 : Insane Di Nan

She bellowed, "If you have the guts to badmouth her one more time let me know, see whether I will skin you alive."

Di Nan instantly shut her mouth because she knew that the young lady in front of her had the capability to do so.

Chi Ai asked her while showing an amused look, "So why do you think that Mrs. Jun seduced your mother's, first love? And who is your mother's, first love?

She emphasized the word 'think' because according to her knowledge Mrs. Jun won't do such a thing.

Di Nan said firmly, "Mr. Jun is my mothers' first love. Mr. Jun promised my mother that he will marry her however he married Mrs. Jun, it can be seen that Mrs. Jun seduced him."

Chi Ai raised an eyebrow and asked, "Then who are you, Mr. Jun's illegitimate daughter?"

If Di Nan is Mr. Jun's illegitimate daughter she promised that she won't cure Mr. Jun.

She was never an ethical doctor, who took an oath to save everyone.

She would cure only those who are worthy.

Di Nan showed an exasperated look and said.

"Of course, I am Mr. Jun's daughter not by blood but by relation. He is my mothers' lover so in an indirect term, he is my father. I am not his illegitimate daughter."

Hearing this Jun Yichen and Chi Ai understood that something was amiss.

So this time Jun Yichen asked, "How did my father and your mother meet, and what is their love story is?"

Jun Yichen usually doesn't have the patience to listen to rubbish however it was related to his father so he has to investigate properly.

Di Nan gave him a look as if saying you are an idiot, "My mother and Mr. Jun was classmate, she used to chase him, however, Mr. Jun was inexpressive and would always ignore my mother. When Mr. Jun was about to get married he warned my mother to not interfere in his wedding, even in an important event of marriage he remembered my mother."

She paused and said, "So what does it means? It means that he loved her and cared about her. He was promising her that he will get married to her."

Now Chi Ai and Jun Yichen were sure that Di Nan and her mother were psychologically disturbed.

Chi Ai asked with amusement, "Then what about your biological father?"

Hearing about her biological father, Di Nan showed a disgusted expression.

She said, "He is a mere white-collar worker. I am not his daughter, neither he is my biological father."

Chi Ai asked, "Then what you can do by harming Mrs. Jun?"

This question brought a look of malice and viciousness on her face as she said,

"Once Mrs. Jun died her position can be given to my mom and my mother can be married to Mr. Jun."

Chi Ai fell silent as if thinking about something deeply.

Jun Yichen ordered one of the subordinates, "Take her to the torture room and bring her mother as well."

Hearing this manager questioningly gazed at Jun Yichen but he didn't dare to ask him.

He wanted to ask that since Di Nan was at fault why he is punishing his mother?

Jun Yichen understood his gaze, he chuckled and said, "I don't want any danger lurking behind my mother even though her mother didn't harm my mother, it is clear..."

He paused and Chi Ai continued, "It is clear that the instigator won't stop there and harm Mrs. Jun with the help of Di Nan's crazy mother."

If Di Nan was so crazy he doesn't have to explain how much crazy her mother could be.

Jun Yichen ordered the manager to investigate the matter properly.

Jun Yichen and Chi Ai walked out of the office, lost in their own thought.

Chi Ai was the first one to come out of her dazed state.

She saw her phone ringing, only to realize that half an hour had passed.

Knowing that her family might be worried she said to Jun Yichen "I will take my leave then. Take care of Mrs. Jun and tell her that I will meet her at the auction directly."

Ju Yichen was reluctant to part ways with Chi Ai but on the surface, he remained calm while nodding and said, "Thanks Miss Chi Ai for today, if you need any help in near future do call me."

Chi Ai nodded and left.
