250 Respect

Pei Zhang also moves with her while inside his heart he was crying "what think?.. you are a bully.. having tied this prince in pillar.. even now maids and servants gossip about it as a story to pass their time"

Yusheng looks at the silent Pei Zhang from the corner of her eyes and speaks "you are a royal... though not crowned still have to shoulder burdens related to Nanling.. being well protected all the years you seem to have forgotten about it.. if I hadn't punished you earlier you have for sure created many troubles or have offended people you shouldn't have..being mischievous and being foolishly prideful are very different things.."

Pei Zhang didn't have anything to retort as all she said was true. He couldn't help but feel warm from that soft and gentle voice thus keep on listening.

Seeing that he was no longer nervous she continues "you had just returned and yet to learn of the storm inside the court.. your recklessness could have backfired with many important things.. but most of all I wanted you to grow.. to learn that there are people whom you shouldn't offend be wary of.. Pei Zhang we are now family and you have progressed a lot.. I do not want you to be on edge with me all the time.. though I still won't pamper you.. and will punish you when wrong.. but it doesn't mean that I will punish you on every little things.. I too hope for you to grow while having fun and moments in life but the pretext is you need to be aware of your status.."

Pei Zhang was feeling warm and sour from Yusheng's lecture. He wasn't stupid he knew all the things she said was all for him. Not even his parents or brothers have ever talked with him in such warm manner. Yusheng was seeing him as a grown man rather than yet to grow youth like his parents.

Calming his emotions he replies "I don't have any excuses on my past behaviour.. and will try best to be a good prince and person from now on.. I might not be talented like my brother in future but would at least reach a level where I can be trusted with some burden"

Pei Zhang turns to his side and wipes the tear that have looked at some unknown time. His inner feelings were full of gratitude and respect for her. He had always known that she was a person of great caliber and achieving respect of many was natural for her but this moment he truly felt she was gem among gem and proud that such person was family to him. With great difficulty he answers "thank.. thank you sister in law.. I will definetly learn my best"

Yusheng nods and with slight mischievous voice answers "hmm.. you can also be a bit naughty.. but only to our enemies.. bully them as much as you like but be clever the way you do it.. don't worry I will hold the sky for you.."

Suprised and shocked Pei Zhang looks at his sister in law who had now mischievous glint in her eye releasing a laugh from his mouth. Easing the mood he answers "okay.. sister in law.. I will be more clever and I tell you my ideas are not second to anyone..intact if compared my bullying ability are top notch"

Yusheng laughs at Pei Zhangs proud face about how he was and could bully people to maximum. This day forward Pei Zhang was like a devoted child to Yusheng. With Yusheng's support he would greatly bully there enemies leaving all the people helpless.

They were gushing about or more like Pei Zhang was sharing about his bullying ideas making Yusheng laugh till she was aching in her stomach when Pei Jin arrives at his scene. He could feel that Pei Zhang was no more nervous and awkward around Yusheng which he felt good.

But still couldn't help but feel little sour on how his brother could make his beloved laugh so freely. Nudging his horse near to Yusheng's he calmly circles her belly "don't laugh till you are aching.. the day is late let's return.. we have hunted a lot.. seems like we will have many wild dishes tonight... also heard that huajin has sent a person with the answer on their fastest horse and seems to reach by the time of dinner"

Yusheng finally calming her emotions looks to Pei Jin "oh.. they are fast I was guessing tomorrow will be the day.. I am now curious what their answer is.. aside that did you know zhang'er has so many wonderful ideas to bully people.. I am thinking some of them will be fun to use"

Pei Jin raises his eyebrow at her adress to his brother which was more intimate. Though little sour he knew it was only familial love but still to vent his sourness he looks at his brother with a dark face "what nonsense are you sharing with your sister in law?...don't have her mind filled with your stupid and rowdy ideas.."

Pei Zhang though scared of his brother was now filled with more confidence with Yusheng's support thus though small voice still answer backs to his brother while giving the puppy eye to his sister in law "it's..it's not stupid.. sister in law said it was good.. she even praised some of my ideas"

Pei Jin was suprised as it was the first time where his brother had answered back to him. Separated most of their time though they have brotherly bond still Pei Zhang was like a sacred cat infront of him. His suprise gone the next moment and was about to say few more words when Yusheng stops him by patting at his chest "he is telling the truth.. some ideas were really good.."

Pei Zhang couldn't help but puff out his chest while Pei Jin felt helpless at this mischievous pair. He knew not long ahead both will be applying these ideas to bully people to tears. But he couldnt help but adore his beloved's twinkling eyes and smile.

He could also feel Pei Zhang more relaxed around him and Yusheng thus doesn't lecture further and together they head back to the tent. But as they were heading back his sour mood intensified when his brother would hover near his beloved and keep on chattering useless stuff while making her laugh.

Despite giving him cold glances like having eaten a tigers heart his brother wouldn't buzz out. And with Yusheng supporting time and again he could only bottle up his sourness inside his heart.

Pei Zhang was feeling proud and happy. His respect for Yusheng rising to the sky, he today learned that as long as he has sister in law behind his back even his brother was helpless giving him immense joy. Though he wouldn't be stupid to offend his brother but he couldn't help and give a victory cry inside his heart.
