8 Egg eater
Rudeus started to regain focus.
He rubbed in his eyes for a few seconds
Rudeus looked around and saw that he was laying in a hospital bed. " hello?! " he called out.
" no need to shout Rudeus" Aron answered as he appeared in the doorway.
"could you follow me to the round table?" he asked.
Rudeus nodded, he then followed Aron. 8 minutes later they arrived infront of a big wooden door.
The door started to automatically open. A few seconds later Rudeus saw all his teachers sitting at a round table.
The vice-principal started to speak." Rudeus can you tell us what happened when you and you're team passed out?".
Rudues thought back to that moment and started to shiver. " y..yes when we entered the forest Rosa saw a sand crawler, and then Liza started to chant a spell."
"not even a second later the sand crawler released something and I saw the image of a beast appearing behind it. "" and than I passed out ".
" so that sand crawler released such a strong killing intent, that you and you're team passed out? . "
" yes I received a debuff of -75% to all of my stats"
"-75%?!" one of the teachers called out. "so that sand crawler has a high percentage of drake blood inside of him, or else it wouldn't make much sense that he can release such a heavy killing intent."
"probably" the vice-principal said.
He then dismissed rudeus.
"Someone has to go look for that sand crawler."
--meanwhile
After sleeping in a self made hole for around 6 hours Smith left again and started to run.
After a while Smith saw the end of the forest, he hadn't ran that far mabye around 40 kilometers.
And that only took him 1 hour and a half. And he still had some stamina left.
Smith finally reached the end and what he saw was sand, just sand.
He also saw some weird hills. He slowly moved to them and saw an ant which was around 15 cm in length. Well he actually saw a lot of ants. He also saw 2 bigger ones at the entrance of their nest.
Smith than rushed to one of the ants who was coming his way and head butted it.
Because of his tough skull the ants whole face was squished. He quickly ate the ant and gained 25 exp.
'hah perfect if I eat all these ants I'll level up really fast,but I have to be careful there could be millions of ants underground.'
So Smith started his ant hunt.
After a few days he had hunted around 100 ants and leveled up 2 times.
'I can't keep hunting above ground, those humans are probably searching for me'
Smith then decided to dig into the ground.
Digging now felt like swimming to him. He dug deeper and deeper until he saw that there was a long tunnel.
He looked around and saw a few ants. But he didn't kill them because he was now in the home of these critters.
With his sharp claws he moved around the ceiling of the tunnel . After maybe an hour of crawling he finally saw some ants moving some white cocoons .
'finally, now I'll just follow this one and eat all there eggs.'
Yes Smith was becoming an egg eater. He knew that ant queens lay a ton of eggs every day. So if he could find the egg chamber there would be a lot of free exp waiting for him.
He evantually saw the dining room. Or the egg chamber . He quietly waited until there was no ant around and then rushed to the side of the egg chamber and dug a hole underneath the chamber, he then made a small hole in the middle where all the eggs were laying.
Obviously ants weren't retarded so they evantually picked up a weird scent that didn't belong to one of them. The ants evantually entered the egg chamber and looked everywhere but there was no invader spotted.
So they stopped searching and went on with there daily business.
Smith only ate around 100 hundred eggs per day so that the ants wouldn't notice some of them missing.

The search for the sand crawler with drake blood still went on but they couldn't find any trace of it, so the academy stopped searching for it.
they then decided to hang a quest out at the adventures guild. It was graded a G quest so basically everyone could accept it.
And a few groups did accept it. And started the hunt for the Sand Crawler.

After 1 month of eating eggs every day he started to get tired of it.
He already reached level 20 but there was no evolution option like when he reached level 5.
He had also gained 90 free Stat points, but he only gained 6 free stat points after every level up which he found kinda weird.
Because when he reached a new level he would gain one more extra Stat point. But after evolving it got stuck at 6 free ones.
'I'll first distribute my stats and then kill every ant in here.' the nest wasn't that big it maybe had around ten thousand ants deduced by the amount off eggs that they would bring everyday to the egg chamber. Which was still pretty big but, not for ants.

His whole body started to itch again and it was way worse than the first few times.
