"So I am dead. Now you might be wondering how I died and ended up in this situation but to explain that we have to go back in time a bit. But first, let me introduce myself my name is kaien shiba I am not of Japanese heritage my parents are just massive fans of the Bleach manga and decided to name me after a character in the series."

FLASHBACK TO AROUND THIRTY MINUTES AGO

(3RD POV)

At this time we can see a 19-year-old man walking down the street looking at his phone. "Tch damn all these khr fanfics suck ass why is it that the only people who write them are Chinese people or people who give up on them for no apparent reason I mean the series is great so why does no one write about it." said kaien as he was scrolling thru various fanfics on his way to the convenience store to get some stuff to eat and drink before returning to his home to play some games.

It was at this time that kaien heard a scream from an alleyway up ahead of him and being the person he is he decided to run toward the scream as he would not be able to live with himself if something happened and he could have helped. so rounding the corner he comes across three guys ganging up on two girls

"hey come on come with us we promise to give you a good time." said Thug 1 while pinning the first girl's hand above her head

"We said no now let me go you creep!" said girl 1 using her other hand to scratch thug 1's face

"Fuck you bitch I was going to be gentle but now I think we will do it here instead" as he punches girl 1 in the gut and starts unzipping his pants.

Around this time kaien rounds the corner into the alleyway and says "Hey they said to let them go so let them go!" as he runs up to thug one and kicks him in the knee causing thug one to drop to the ground in pain and let go of the girls wrist and while everyone is still in shock from him arriving and knocking down their leader he kicks the other two thugs in the groin and looks at the girls "hey you two should run and call some cops over now while they are on the ground." kick-starting the girls out of their shock of a teen putting three guys on the ground so easily and causing them to start running out of the alleyway into the street saying "we will go get help!" at this time the leader of the group has recovered from the kick and starts talking to kaien.

"You shouldn't have gotten involved brat. now you are going to die." As he starts reaching for his belt kaien notices he is going for a gun so he starts running at the thug to try to keep him from using it just as he gets within range of the thug he is already starting to pull the trigger but kaien in the nick of time is able to redirect the gun away from him by grabbing and pushing the thugs arm to the side and then kneeing the thug in the groin three times as hard as he can causing the thug to drop the gun and fall to his knees and curl up in a ball.

Now done with the leader kaien reaches down and grabs the gun then walks to the wall of the alley and sits down aiming the gun at the thugs. "Now then boys here is how this is going to work we are going to wait here for the girls to get back with the cops or i am going to shoot you if you move before then." kaien says as he puts his finger on the trigger.

After around 10 minutes in which the girls came back with a couple of policemen and the thugs were placed in their custody along with the gun and the girls thanked him for saving them. he started walking out of the alley to get back to what he was doing before this, getting his groceries however just as he was crossing the street to get to the convenience store he got blindsided by an 18-wheeler going at max speed.

FLASHBACK END

"So now that you are all caught up on how I died. Did anyone else catch the license plate for the damn thing that hit me out of nowhere? Anyway back to the situation at hand so I am floating in the void with nothing around this seems a lot like the cliche start of a fanfic." kaien said when a voice that seemed to emanate from seemingly nowhere yet everywhere said "That is because I happen to be a fan of fanfiction as it is a great way to entertain myself in my infinite boredom. But then I had an idea what if instead of waiting for a good fanfic to start posting I reincarnate someone and watch their life like an anime." said the voice

"Wait who the hell are you and what do you mean reincarnate someone wait YOU'RE THE ONE WHO RAN ME OVER DAMN IT ALL!?!?!" shouted kaien as the voice waited for him to calm down a little. After a minute the voice finally spoke up "Have you calmed down yet." to which kaien replied, "Yeah so back to my first question who are you?"

"I am what you humans call a random omnipotent being so you can call me Rob as you wouldn't understand my true name. As for your second question I have decided to reincarnate you to alleviate my boredom and to compensate you I will give you 3 wishes and 2 extras to be used on your appearance and world." Rob said

"Okay, so I get three wishes and 2 extras. Quick question can I edit the world with the extra or do I have to use a wish?" asked kaien

"I will allow minor edits to the world otherwise you need to use a wish." replied Rob

"Okay then I have my wishes, For my appearance, I would like to look like Giotto aka Vongola Primo from the anime Katekyo Hitman Reborn but with white hair and be 6' feet tall instead of 5'10, and the world would be my hero academia and the change to world that I want is that the vongola exist as a vigilante group turned hero group started by my ancestor vongola primo making me the tenth generation boss of the group and that harems are accepted by everyone as something normal for people with strong quirks." kaien asked

"Granted now move on to your wishes." said Rob

"Okay, for my first wish I would like to have the abilities of Giotto and Tsuna as my quirk, for my second wish I want my guardians to have the appearance and abilities of my choosing, for my third wish I want our quirks to be impossible to be stolen or copied unless given permission." kaien said

"Granted and I know what you want them to look like and what powers you want them to have now off you go." rob said before sending kaien on to his next life
