3 First Match Part 1

I get out of bed and get ready for my first day as part of the football team at Kiyomizu Seiryu Elementary School. I go downstairs and have my breakfast.

"Good luck, son," my father said.

"Thank you, dad."

During regular classes, nothing abnormal happened, just explanations of basic subjects for students my age, which honestly isn't very stimulating at all. I wish I could use ninjutsu from the world of Naruto and create a shadow clone and leave it here, but it is what it is, isn't it?

After the school day ends, I leave my classroom and head towards the football field where the team's training takes place.

"Hey, Arata," said the assistant coach upon noticing the boy's arrival.

"What's up, sir?"

"Here's your uniform, get dressed and come over, the coach is going to give a lecture, and by the way, my name is Suzuki," the man said, smiling.

"I'll be right back, Senpai Suzuki."

Arata quickly puts on his uniform and joins where the team was gathered.

"Guys, for those who joined this year, I'm Nakamura, coach of the Kiyomizu Seiryu Elementary School football team."

"Today we're going to resume our training with the aim of winning our prefecture championship and then winning the nationals!!!"

All the boys present get excited with the coach's speech, and each in their subconscious thinks about improving to achieve this goal.

"Let's start with the basics, all of you give me 3 laps around the field, let's go!!!" Nakamura shouted.

For Arata, this part of the training didn't affect him at all due to the results of his own training he's been doing since he arrived in this world, but some children seemed visibly tired.

And the training continued after a brief rest, followed by a division of some groups engaging in activities such as Piggy in the middle and short straight-line passes.

"Now, let's have a scrimmage, we'll divide the team between the veteran players and the newcomers who joined this year."

"Arata, which position would you like to play?"

"Attacking midfielder, Nakamura-Sensei."

"Alright."

Arata heads towards his team and observes his teammates, who seemed completely unsure about this game. So, he decided to gather them in a circle.

"Hey guys, there's no need to worry, this is just a scrimmage."

"How can we not worry? This is our chance to show ourselves to the coach and earn a spot in the starting lineup."

"Don't worry, just follow my instructions and everything will go well."

Still, his teammates remained hesitant. After all, the boy trying to encourage them is even younger than they are, what could he possibly know?

On the other hand, the players from the starting lineup also heard Arata's speech and felt uneasy.

"It's that little guy again, who does he think he is to choose our number 10 jersey? He's too cocky, let's teach him a lesson."

THE GAME BEGINS:

Arata's team, right after the kickoff, passes the ball to him, to see if they could trust his words.

"Well, let's get started," Arata thought.

Arata began to dribble the ball at high speed and approached his first defenders, passing two of them in sequence with just basic feints, then sprinted towards the sideline.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, DON'T LET HIM ADVANCE," one of them said.

One of the midfielders came towards Arata to try to steal the ball but ended up spreading his legs too wide and got nutmegged, leaving him on the ground looking at his back.

"Get him!!!" shouted two players who came towards him.

"Idiots, shouldn't all come at me like that," Arata said mockingly.

He noticed one of his teammates running towards the penalty area.

"It's okay, from this angle it's impossible for him to make a pass to him," one of his defenders thought.

But then he watched Arata execute an incredible pass with curve that crossed the entire field, and fortunately his teammate managed to score.

"WOW, ARATA, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PASS THAT WAS," one of his teammates said.

"It was nothing special," Arata said, half smiling.

THE GAME RESUMES:

"I can do what he did," said one of the players from the opposing team.

He began to try to dribble the ball towards Arata, who with a subtle touch stole the ball and continued to control it into the opponent's half.

"Don't let him pass again."

"None of that will work...," Arata said.

He kept passing through all the defenders coming at him, until he reached the edge of the penalty area.

"Pass it here, Arata," one of his teammates requested.

"You won't make it," shouted one of the defenders who positioned himself between Arata and his teammate.

But in the end, Arata simply finished towards the goal with a beautiful finesse shot that went into the top corner without giving the goalkeeper any chance.

After that, Arata led the team of newcomers to a 4-1 victory over the veteran team, with three goals and one assist from Arata.

After the game, Arata noticed that the veterans seemed to respect his abilities more and were willing to accept him into the team.

"WOW, your skills are really on another level," one of the players said.

"Indeed, with Arata on the team, we have great chances of winning the nationals!!"

Arata was relieved that these kids now had more respect for him; it made his daily life much easier.

"Kids, it was indeed a good game, especially you, Arata-Kun. You'll certainly be a great addition to us this year. I have to tell you that our first game in the national preliminaries will be against Matsukaze Kokuo Elementary School."

"What bad luck, facing them right from the start," one of the boys said.

"What's wrong with them?" Arata asked.

"They're our biggest rivals and the toughest opponent in this phase."

"Well, if we beat them, it practically means we're already in the nationals," Arata pondered.

"The game will take place in two weeks, so be prepared."

Two weeks passed in the blink of an eye, and today is the day of the big game against Matsukaze Kokuo Elementary School.

"Mom, dad, you'll come watch me play today, right?"

"Of course, we wouldn't miss the opportunity to see our son's debut."

A few hours later, Arata is seen in the stadium locker room listening to the coach's instructions. In these two weeks, he focused on getting to know his team better and discovered that the strength of the team lies in its main striker, Tanaka.

"With all that said, let's play a good game and trust in what we've trained for, everything will work out fine."

Exiting the locker room, you can see a large crowd for both teams, which is surprising because it's just a kids' game, but you can feel the tension in the air.

Arata soon finds his parents and waves to them.

"Look dear, it's our son..."

"GO ARATA-KUN!" shouted the parents.

During the entrance onto the field, the players from our team observe the opposing team and whisper:

"Is that him?"

"Yes, Ryosuke Kira, the best player from Matsukaze Kokuo Elementary School and one of the best players in Japan."

"What a surprise, I didn't expect to encounter someone from the canon so quickly. It seems like a great game to make a name for myself," Arata thought with a devilish grin.

THE GAME BEGINS:

The Kiyomizu Seiryu Elementary School team has the initial possession, and as always, passes the ball to their attacking midfielder.

Arata observes the defense of the opposing team, which quickly comes to pressure his possession, but Arata was confident that he wouldn't lose in a 1v1 against anyone in this world. So when the defender came to tackle, he performed an elastico and passed by his defender.

After this move, Arata drew a loud cheer from the crowd, who were impressed with the dribble.

"Pass the ball," shouted Tatsuya (Left Wing).

Watching the play, Arata made a pass to Tatsuya, whose main weapon was his speed.

"Nice pass, Arata-San."

Tatsuya notices there's only one defender in front of him and tries to take him on in a 1v1, running towards the goal line to cross the ball into the penalty area, and the ball flies towards Tanaka.

"I won't let you," shouted one of the center-backs, who jumped up for the header.

But what happened was that Tanaka didn't head towards the goal but flicked the ball towards the edge of the penalty area, where Arata could be seen running towards it and shooting at the goal with all his strength, scoring a goal.

"BEAUTIFUL GOAL, ARATA," Tanaka said with great enthusiasm.

"Nice pass," Arata responded to Tanaka with respect.

Meanwhile, watching the scene was Ryosuke Kira, visibly irritated by Arata's goal.

"PASS ME THE BALL," Kira demanded.
