9 Chapter 9; But, why did they frame her?

"But why did they frame her?" He didn't understand it, the evidence was right there and it was a matter of submitting it over to the investigation department and she didn't have to go to prison, there was no way a person could commit murder and stay within the scene with the murder weapon.

"Mo Zi Jia, how are you feeling?" He strode over to the hospital bed but kept a little distance seeing she was awake.

" A Shen, you are here?" She struggled to sit up but she was overly weak, Huo Qi hurriedly held her shoulders and supported her body as she sat up.

"Yes, I came to give you good news!" She was also poisoned with the same poison, but hers had deteriorated as she had sacrificed her body as a breeder to find a cure for both of them.

"Huo Shen...." Mo Zi Jia was saddened when she heard that, after all these years, she had tried to confess to him but the man had always been distant and would remind her of their kind of relationship.

"I'm being realistic, and you know what I hate the most is touching a human skin, so, I won't be okay to waste your life like that knowing we will never be intimate..." And of course, he didn't want to have a woman who would cheat on him because of her sexual needs since he was unable to satisfy her, his ego and pride wouldn't let him be.

"But we can..." She wanted to say something but Huo Shen stopped her.

" No, I will always be your elder brother..." He was standing in the distance and he left Huo Qi to take care of other things close to her.

Mo Zi Jia felt bad and her eyes watered, she thought if they went back to normal and healthy, they would at least appreciate each other but the man was bent on his decision.

"Miss, see you tomorrow..." Huo Qi mumbled as they walked out of the special military hospital room.

"Master..." Huo Qi turned around to eye him planning to say something he had noticed but instantly kept quiet seeing his master looking a little bit confused.

"Did I say anything hurtful? I don't want to waste her youth, whereas, she needs to enjoy it..." Even if he got cured, getting close to any other human skin would cause a severe allergy reaction, his future wasn't that promising to ant other woman, but he had noticed when it came to Su Wei Wei he didn't have any allergies.

" I think whatever you did was the right thing, if there was a cure for that allergy then you could have made plans..." Huo Qi responded and didn't say what was on his mind, maybe his master wouldn't believe him if he dared to speak his mind.

"Oooh, by the way, any clues about the origin of the poison? Have you gotten any track on it?" They left the huge military hospital and strode back to his car before boarding.

"I just got a little clue, one of the ingredients comes from the Mo traditional medicine store..." He roughly mumbled without gazing at him. The Mo family was also mostly involved in traditional herbs and medicines.

They closed the car doors buckling their safety belts and the car drove out of the parking lot toward the top executive hotel Huo Qi had booked to take a rest.
