Back In Time

As the first rays of dawn filtered through the windows, gently caressing the rooftops of the surrounding buildings, Lin Qing's eyes slowly fluttered open.

With a gasp, she jolted upright, her senses snapping into focus as she became aware of the present moment.

Taking in her surroundings for a second,Lin Qing's mind buzzed with disbelief. She couldn't help but touch her own arm, pinching it hard as if to confirm the reality.

"I can feel it! I can touch myself. This is real!" She said out loud.

A smile illuminated her face as she surveyed the pink-themed room.

"How...?"

She was still muddle-headed.

While she was sitting on the bed in this pink room she felt like everything happened in past was a dream.

"It's exactly as it was" she said as she looked around the room.

This was the room she stayed for 22 years before everything happened.

"Did I travel to past?" She thought.

The realization swept over her like a wave, filling her with a mixture of excitement and curiosity. She had been granted a second chance, though she couldn't fathom the reason why.

Sitting there, enveloped in the warmth of her room, Lin Qing couldn't contain her joy. The feeling of being in control, of having the power to shape her own destiny, was a liberating sensation she had longed for in her previous life.

She glanced around and noticed her phone lying nearby.

But it needed charging so she quickly fetched the charger and plugged it in.

As she waited for it to power up, she caught sight of herself in the mirror.

Yes, everything was as it was.

She was herself, she was in her room , maybe all of that was a long scary nightmare.

But still she wanted to check her phone to comfirm her theories.

First thing she did was checking the date , and here it was ....

The year 2014 and the date was the very day of her long-awaited graduation ceremony.

Everything flooded back to her.

On this day, she had made the impulsive decision to ditch her parents and elder brother, opting instead to celebrate with her friends.

And then in front of a karaoke bar, fate had dealt her a cruel blow as she was struck by a car.

From that moment, another soul had possessed her body, leaving her in a state of paralysis. She could no longer feel pain or taste, only watch the world unfold through the screen as if she were a mere spectator, confined to the role of a passive viewer.

But now, everything had changed. That stupid ghost hadn't appeared yet, and Lin Qing had been given another chance.
