Making Friend

When Justin came outside the school and saw Taylor waiting for him, he ran quickly to her side.

Taylor was very happy to see Justin approaching her.

As they walked home, Justin asked Taylor questions, wanting to know how she came to Texas.

It turned out that Taylor Swift's father, Scott Kingsley Swift, was a financial advisor who had been transferred to a branch of Bank of America in Texas.

Taylor's mother, Andrea Swift, got a job as a marketing executive in Texas, so they both moved there.

Texas is known for its music colleges and music halls, which is why they decided to move there this year.

Taylor had just joined the same school but was in 2nd grade, and she had only started this week, so Justin had never met her before.

As they walked, Taylor also asked many questions, like why Justin liked music, his favorite songs, and more.

When they reached their community, they both said at the same time:

Justin: "Taylor, my house is that way."

Taylor: "Justin, my house is that way too."

They both laughed at saying the same thing simultaneously.

Then Taylor asked, "Are we friends?"

Justin stood there, looking at her. Taylor noticed his most beautiful eyes, which were blue in color because of talent-enhanced eye color.

Instead of talking, Justin took out a bag of chocolate cookies and gave them to Taylor.

Taylor was very happy to receive them because she knew that Justin liked his grandma's homemade cookies the best.

From that gesture, she understood that Justin had accepted her friendship.

Upon entering the house, Justin found his grandma and mom cooking dinner. They were making pasta, which was Justin's favorite dish.

Justin ran into the kitchen excitedly and asked, "Mom, are you making pasta?"

His mom replied, "Uh-huh, your favorite cheese pasta. But first, wash your hands."

Justin protested, "But pasta is made by fork !"

His mom replied sternly, "Justin..."

Realizing his mistake, Justin relented and said, "Fine, I will go clean my hands."

The next day, Justin woke up and changed out of his pajamas into his normal clothes. He had breakfast and packed his lunch.

His mom reminded him, "Justin, walk slowly and make sure there are no vehicles when you're walking."

Justin replied, "Yeah, mom."

When Justin stepped outside of the house, he saw Taylor and Selena talking to each other.

Taylor and Selena both said at the same time, "Good morning, Justin."

Justin replied, "Good morning to you both. I never knew you were friends."

Taylor explained, "We became friends this week when we greeted the neighbors. When we came to your house, you weren't there."

Justin replied, "Oh, at that time, my brother Bruno and I were playing video games at his house."

The reason Bruno never comes with Justin is that Bruno always wakes up late due to playing video games at night.

Justin doesn't have a video game console, so he goes to Bruno's house to play games, and Bruno loses all the games to Justin.

The three of them walked to elementary school together.

Meanwhile, Bruno, who was still sleeping, muttered, "Achu! Who's talking about me?" and continued sleeping.

Bruno's mom called from downstairs, "Bruno, come downstairs. You have to go to school."

As always, Bruno was late for class.
