20 KIDNAPPING

Li Jie sat on the couch, thinking about the vegetables and fruits, In his previous life, He had to eat energy bars which were bland to get energy, He wants to live a carefree and good life for himself. He likes eating all type of fruits especially sweet and juicy ones. This time he would grow all types of fruits and use spirit water in the process. Just thinking about those fruits was enough to make Li Jie drool.

" Ying Ying, I am going outside for shopping. Do you want me to buy something for you " Li Jie asked Ying Ying.

"I want to eat rabbit meat " Ying Ying replied " WAIT, are you going outside without me and what about illusion to cover your features" Yiing Ying continued.

" It's not safe for you to come outside with your exotic beauty " Li Jie joked.

" Look who's talking, why don't you take a look at yourself " Ying Ying mocked back.

" I am not a beauty, I am a handsome man" Li Jie said back " You don't have to cast an illusion on me, I can cover myself with baggy clothes. You always end up sleeping after doing that. So, conserve your energy and wait for me in the house" Li Jie winked at Ying Ying.

Ying Ying immediately went inside the kitchen. " This man is absurdly beautiful " Ying Ying thought while trying to calm his heartbeat.

Li Jie then went to his closet to choose his clothes for the day, He picked a white shirt and straight black pant and a Rolex watch. For his hair, He tied them with a simple black hair tie, Shorter hair framing his face and black colored eye lens for his eyes. He nodded after looking at his reflection in the mirror.

He took his debit card which had around 6 million in it which was enough for today's trip, his phone and his car keys before walking out of his apartment.

In Li Family,

Li Na who was still devastated from the earlier conversation was left alone in her room. " It was supposed to be Lu Jie, How can it be possible " Li Na repeated it.

She picked up her phone, dialed a number and said " Hello, I have some work for you ". Her eyes were filled with malicious intent.

Looking at Manager Lu who was treating him politely, Li Jie also showed respect toward the elder " Hello, I want to open a new account and also transfer all my money from this account to the new one " after saying that Li Jie took out the card.

Manager Lu took all the documents from Li Jie and gave them to his assistant who immediately started the process of transfer.

The whole process was soon done, " Thank You, Manager Lu and take care " Li Jie said politely and left.

Manager looked at the back of the teenager with profound gaze, The teenager was polite and calm which was not common nowadays.

Li Jie walked to his car in unhurried steps and drove to the suburbs of City A to buy seeds and herbs for the space.

It took him three hours to reach his destination, He parked his car and walked in the market after wearing a mask.

He walked in a herb store, He was not very knowledgeable in medicine but he knew some basic herbs. He quickly ordered some of the herbs in large quantities and asked them to deliver them to his car.

He sat in his car when the deliveryman was making delivery taking absurdly long time than necessary. Li Jie shot him a cold glare which caused the other man to retrieve his eyes from Li Jie's body. After the delivery man left. Li Jie immediately waved his hand that caused the herbs to disappear from the car and appear in his space.

After that he roamed in the market going shop to shop purchasing seeds, He bought 20 types of fruit seeds and many types of vegetable seeds in large quantities. He is going to eat tasty food in the future. He put all the things he bought in his space.

He was thinking of buying some flowers when he some people following him, He immediately stepped into a dark alley. Soon, He was surrounded by six bluff, scary men. They looked at Li Jie with obscene gazes. One of the man stepped towards Li Jie and said " come with us "

" If i don't " Li Jie retorted.

" We are not asking you, You come with us or we can do this our way " The man said and sprayed something on Li Jie's face.

Li Jie could have easily sidestepped the attack but he wanted to know the person behind his kidnapping. So, He let it happen. Anyways, Those drugs almost had no effect on him except for slight dizziness.

He felt someone picking him up and dumping him in a tight space. He soon felt dizzy and closed his eyes, All the men thought, He was knocked out but Li Jie was extremely aware of his surroundings.

He felt someone tying him to a chair. His head was hurting due to the drug but no emotion were seen on his face the whole time. When all the men were gone from the room, Li Jie opened his eyes calmly.
