Moments earlier.

"His highness looks pretty mad at Prince Edgard. I guess having zero casualties today is impossible, after all."

Sir Jacob said while he gazes at the angry crown prince with the telescope.

"Why is the crown prince so angry at Prince Edgard?"

Gracie curiously asks Sir Jacob while she serves him the tea and biscuits from the table.

The group of friends now gathered in one room, leisurely relaxing and having tea time together while they safely watched the Crown Prince's one man slaughter.

"Ah, that's because his highness found out that Prince Edgard is Ms.Ivy's preferred type of man."

While Sir Jacob just casually answered, everyone in the room shouted

"EHHHHHHH???!!!" X8

Gracie:

"So that's how her type looks like. I'm surprised." Gracie smiled awkwardly while she still couldn't believe Ivy's preferred type to look so brutal.

Kim:

"Ahh, that mean gaze, scary-looking beastly man is her type? Her taste in man is really one of a kind." Said Kim, after she had a closer look at Prince Edgard's face from the board.

Duchess:

"I know my daughter like a beastly looking man like her father, but Prince Edgard probably is double of that. It's too heavy, even for my taste." Said the duchess while she rolled her eyes and covered her mouth to hide her distasteful expression.

Robbie:

"Regardless, he is the complete opposite of the Crown Prince Leon. Maybe that's why she plans to leave him?" Robbie restarts the PrinceXIvy relationship discussion that they had earlier on.

Jacob:

"Wait, wait! What's with all this talk about Ms.Ivy leaving his highness? I've not heard such a thing at all. Besides, they've just signed the royal lover's agreement this morning, so that's not possible."

Sir Jacob said while he insisted that Robbie's suspicion about Ivy was severely wrong.

Kourtney and Jacob:

"Well, she did say she just met him this morning. Did she meet Prince Edgard after she signed the agreement?"

Kourtney asked as she tries to investigate this case thoroughly.

"Well yes, Ms.Ivy did meet Prince Edgard only after she signed the agreement. But she just met Prince Edgard today! It's only been a few hours since their first meeting."

"So it must be love at first sight then. Since she did say, Prince Edgard, is her type." Kim added in her opinion then she further asks to confirm her intuition and said

"Did Ivy say anything to Prince Edgard when they first meet?"

"Well, they..."

While Sir Jacob tried to recall the scene between Ivy and Prince Edgard, he remembered how Ivy mistakenly confesses and how she clasped her hand with his and how she said she likes his face.

All of the above indicates the symptoms of love at first sight, and the more he thinks about it, the more he fears what the four siblings say is true. That Ms.Ivy may be in love with Prince Edgard, and she will leave the crown prince.

Then he suddenly bangs his fist on the rims and shouts

"No! No! No! I won't accept this. Ms.Ivy is the only person I will accept as his highness's bride. I will not accept anybody else!"

Kim:

"Who are you to say who she's supposed to be with? She has a right to choose too, you know," said Kim, and she does have a fair point.

Jacob:

"No, I won't allow it," Jacob said sternly.

"Ms. Ivy can only marry his highness. Not Prince Edgard! Not anybody else! If Prince Edgard is going to be in the way, then I will just kill him myself."

Sir Jacob was so angry that as he was about to run outside in rage to look for Prince Edgard, then Gregory stopped him and said

"Wait! Jacob. Calm down. Whatever they said is only just speculation. We don't know if that is true yet, and I don't believe that Ms.Ivy would leave his highness for Prince Edgard. Deep down, I know that they love each other. So let's discuss this with his highness after his battle, ok?"

Jacob turns to Gregory with his face full of tears while he cried

"She won't leave him, right? Promise? My heart won't be able to take it if Ms.Ivy leaves the prince."

"Yes, don't worry. Jacob," Gregory patted the crying Jacob. "His highness is still counting on us to make his plan work. So let's do our best and make sure they tie the knot."

While Gregory and Jacob were having their sweet moment, comforting each other, Mr.Omer suddenly voice out

"Hoho, I don't think you need to worry about Prince Edgard. There is a chance that he might go away forever today."

While Khloe, who was terrified after watching the Crown Prince's match that had just ended, finally said

"Prince Leon is scary."

(Back at the Emperor's Box)

"Ah... it ended in an instant. I at least hope he would've lasted longer than that."

Said the Duke, feeling disappointed with the performance.

"Father, it's not nice to enjoy when people are suffering. Prince Edgard tried his very best out there against the crown prince. I think."

Ivy tried to defend her Idol, but she too couldn't help to have her doubts after seeing his pitiful performance.

<I guess even if Superman were in here, the crown prince would still probably win since he is Male Lead of story. So it's not Prince Edgard's fault, but when I see him again, I'll have to be nicer him.> Ivy's inner thoughts

"It seems the last one left is Prince Berry, but the crown prince has achieved the goal of the day, and that is to amaze the citizens with his performance. We can return to the palace now. There is no point to continue watching this."

Then as the emperor was about to turn away and head towards the door, Ivy asked

"Mr.Humphrey. Your majesty. Can I have the permission to freely ask your majesty something?"

The emperor turns and looks at her while she gazes at him seriously, so he nodded and said, "Ok, ask away."

"Many years ago, if you could remember, his highness was crying, and he said you called him a useless tool, and he was a disappointment to you. May I know why did you say that?"

While Ivy's heart was beating loudly for asking such a displeasing question towards the emperor, she tilted her head towards the ground, fearing to look at the emperor in the face.

But instead of answering her, the emperor just ask back at her and say

"Ivy, do you think I'm a bad father?"

Ivy raised her head and saw the emperor smiled with sad eyes on his face.

She paused and carefully thought then she said

"It doesn't matter what I think. Because it's was your choice to make. If your majesty said you are a bad father, then I guess you are one."

"Then, would you think a person is a bad father if the father loves his wife more than his son?"

Then Ivy gently smiled while she confidently replied

"No. I don't think a person is a bad father for loving his wife more than his son. He just needs to let him know there is love, no matter how little that is."

Ivy then held her father's hand and looked at the Duke's face

"My father loves my mother very much, maybe even more than me. But I love them even more for loving each other because if they weren't this much in love, I wouldn't be standing right here.

So even if it's just words, I will always say (I love you) to them because I want to let them know how grateful I truly feel for bringing me into this world with their love."

Ivy jumped and hugged the Duke over by his shoulders, and then she said

"So thank you, father, I love you very much! You are the best father in my life."

The Duke started crying as he felt deeply touched by her words.

"I love you too, my daughter! I love your mother and you every single day. And I never want to give you away! Both of you are my girls forever!!!"

Then the duke started carrying her and fling her around in the air while the emperor just coughs awkwardly aside as he scratches his cheek and said

"Will it be too late? For me to tell him those words? It's been a while since I properly acted as a father."

"Hehe. It's never too late. Since you can't quit, you're his father from the very first day until forever. If you like, I'll stand next to you while you say it to him."

The emperor just chuckled and laughed

"Hahaha. Duke, I want her as my daughter as well. Please give her to me."

"Your majesty. Get your own daughter. She is mine and only mine. She hasn't agreed to marry the prince yet."

The duke carried her further away from the emperor.

"Come on, duke. We can share. It's not fair to have such a cute daughter all by yourself. It's only a matter of time; anyways, you will yes to my son. Right, Ivy?"

While the Emperor grinned and smiled at her, Ivy just smile and kept quiet.

Then both of the men look at her and they could tell that  she was faking her smile, so the emperor asks

"Do you not like my son?"

"No, your majesty. I like him very much."

"Then why don't you want to marry him?"

Ivy suddenly squeezes her hand tightly as hard as to how her heart felt.

She says "I don't think..."'

Before she could finish her words, the walls around them start to shake.
