The Reaper

Lucius Stone was reincarnated in the world of One Piece with the Reaper System.

The system had the following abilities -

Drain - Level up by slaughter - 10% of enemy level

Corruption - Corrupt other people , making them stronger and your followers over time , Level up if corrupted people kill

Steal - Gain abilities of killed enemies

Every level you get a skill point that you can spend on any skill

With such a murderous system in the hands of someone who had no regard for human life, the multiverse was about to be thrown into chaos.

In Jaya, shortly after the Straw Hat crew departed for Skypiea.

"So this is the pirate paradise huh?" thought Lucius as he walked around after being reincarnated.

"But becoming stronger by killing people huh, I need to test it out" he smiled.

"I get 10% of Levels of anyone I kill, though most of the common folk here are Level 0 meaning killing them is pointless , the pirates are around Level 10. I should start with the lower levelled ones" " he thought

He decided to walk around the coast to see if there was any small pirate ship, after he found one he boarded it to find only low level pirates who were all taking a nap.

"Well isn't that convinient" he thought as he picked up the nearby sword.

The sleeping pirate didn't notice at all, he was only Level 2, he picked up the sword and slowly sliced his neck as the sharp sword cut his soft flesh like tofu as the pirate died in his sleep.

Lucius felt a small release of energy in his body, it wasn't very much probably because the opponent he killed was so low levelled.

"Ah, even though I have killed in my past life, it is still the first life I have taken in this new world, what a good feeling" he smiled wiping the blood off of the sword with his finger.

There were still 4 remaining pirates who didn't realize what happened.

"Well, time to farm" said Lucius as he licked his slips and killed everyone else on the ship.

"Oh , a skill point , let me put that on my sword skill ,this is all I have right now" he thought

*Sword : Novice Stage : Level 2*

He got off the ship after he looted the entire ship putting everything in his inventory and left.

He continued killing the pirates without anyone noticing leaving dead bodies everywhere as he slowly targeted stronger people becoming continually stronger.

He also slowly got used to this new world he was thrust in.

A few weeks later, in a bar in Jaya,

"Hey, have you heard about the pirates dying in their sleep"

"Yeah, but who is killing them, most of them don't even have bounties, what's the point"

"Yeah, its The Reaper , he comes in at night and kills you"

"Really, but why? For no reason?"

"Yeah, I heard the Bellamy Pirates are looking for him , he killed a lot of their crew members and vanished before they could do anything"

Lucius who sat by the counter was smiling as he heard this as he chugged another jug.

Suddenly, the Bellamy Pirates came barging in and everyone quited down.

Bellamy was still quite beaten up after his fight with Luffy , though he wondered if that could even be called a fight.

" HEY , IT'S YOU ISN'T IT, YOU ARE THE REAPER, ONE OF MY MEN SAW YOU" said Bellamy as he pointed his finger towards Lucius.

Everyone around was quiet and dint speak a word.

"Oh, so what if I am" said Lucius calmy as he turned around.

Bellamy was Level 12, the highest in this area right now, of course that was before he came into this world.

As he slaughtered countless pirates in the past few weeks he had already leveled up to Level 14.

"YOU BASTARD HOW DARE YOU GO AGAINST ME" he screamed as he launched towards Lucius.

Lucius had raised his sword skill to the second stage with the skill points as it was now in the Expert Stage.

Not only that but after reaching Level 10 he had unlocked Observation Haki which was currently Level 3 as he put his remaining points into that.

Bellamy charged up as he bounced around and came straight towards him , he had already lost a lot of respect due to his loss against Straw Hat Luffy and this was his chance to redeem himself.

He pushed himself despite being injured as blood spurted out of his wounds as this time he did not underestimate his opponents like he did before and went with full force.

But alas, it was useless as he as the moment he launched towards Lucius , the latter knew exactly where he was gonna strike.

Lucius side stepped and unsheathed his sword and in one clean motion, in that split second, he cut off the head of Bellamy as his headless body bounced around the entire pub destroying it as it still carried his momentum.

Everyone was shocked , especially the Bellamy Pirates.

"C-Captain is dead?"

"It happened again"

"Yeah no shit, but he's actually dead this time"

"So you're his crew huh" said Lucius as he smiled deviously.

"W-wait R-Reaper-san, we will submit to you, we weren't that loyal to Bellamy anyway" they said getting on their knees.

"Oh, that won't do, you are so juicy after all" smiled Lucius as he saw they were all between Level 5 and Level 7.

But the other people around him looked at him terrified as they thought he called them juicy for some other reason.

They tried to run but to no avail as their bodies were cut in pieces as the Bellamy Pirates were all slaughtered as everyone watched on terrified.

*Obtained Bane Bane no Mi*

"Put it all into Observation Haki*

Within a few more weeks he had become the de-facto leader of Jaya as everyone was terrified of him , anyone who went against him lost their life.

A few marine ships came by as some of the vengeful pirates told the marines about what he was doing and they attempted to take out all the pirates in one fell swoop.

But they only sent a Marine Commodore who was Level 15 along with a bunch of seastone weapons.

As Lucius wasn't a devil fruit user yet the seastone was ineffective against him the Commodore lost his life making him even strongest and the seastone weapons fell into his hands.

He had leveled up to Level 18 by now.

"Master, we have found Seastone Swords, Staffs, Bullets and Guns" said Bubble who was a blue haired woman who someone how in this chaos that was the past month or so became his secretary and second in command by sucking up to him.

The moment she saw him gaining power and becoming stronger she clung to his thighs as she saw this her chance to reach higher in the world.

On top of that she was the first person he used his corruption skill on, that leveled her up from Level 7 to Level 12 in an instant shocking her and everyone else.

He also gave her Bellamy's Devil Fruit Ability.

This made everyone on the island look at her in envy as they wished to experience what she did.

Instantly becoming stronger if you followed someone? That was just a dream but now that had become a reality that they experienced as it made everyone work hard so they could also receive this gift.

And the fact that he could steal devil fruit abilities and give it to other people made people even more fervent.

"Haha, now isn't that great, why don't they send even more marines after me, would just make my life easier" laughed Lucius drinking alcohol as he sat leisurely and watched his subordinates take care of the aftermath.

"Though, it feels like I have hit the roof here, I should seek stronger enemies" he sighed.

"M-More stronger enemies" gulped Bubble as she bounced up and down.

"Are you going to the New World" she asked.

"One day, but we need to take care of a lot of things till then" he laughed.

Just as he said this the skies parted as thunderclouds raged everywhere.

With his observation haki he recognized who this person was in an instant as he dashed towards the seastone weapons picking up a gun while he passed another one to bubble who was still in shock.

Her jaw dropped as Enel descended from the skies like a god.

"What the fuck?" she thought which was the same reaction that everyone on the island had.

"Hmph, so this is the Blue Sea, pathetic" snarled Enel as he looked down.

"That rubber bastard, I will find him and kill him" gritted Enel as he was reminded of Luffy who had recently been through his adventure on Skypiea as in this timeline Enel decided to descend below the clouds.

He saw two people pointing guns at him and laughed.

"You pathetic creatures, you really think guns can do anything to me" he said arrogantly as he charged up his lightning but in the next instant all the arrogance was wiped from his face and replaced with terror as they fired the seastone bulllets.

He imagined it would go through him as everything else but they pierced his chest and got lodged inside his body as he became weakened and dropped from the sky like a rock.

"W-what is this?" he said shocked as tried to get up but he was too weak to even move.

Last thing he saw was a sword coming at his neck before he died.

As the ashes settled down everyone watched in shock as the guy who looked like a god was already dead.

"Well as expected of Boss, no one can stand up to him" said one of the pirates as he prepared to get back to his work when his jaw dropped as their Boss turned into lightning.

"Hahahah, this feels amazing" laughed Lucius as lightning bolts rained around him as felt lightning course through him while his subordinates just tried not to get hit.
