This story started as one of my all time favorites. It is blessed with excellent and consistent translation quality with regular and reliable updates. In addition, it has entertaining and widely varied character designs, a well designed and detailed world, and a well paced and satisfying story development that always makes me want to read more. Why not five stars then? Well, the author always has a tendency to stretch out descriptions of ****** events into paragraph after paragraph. This was fine before the novel went premium, but now it means wasting 5-10 SS per chapter when it takes 10 chapters for an attack to finish. It's insulting, honestly. So, even though I really enjoyed over 1000 chapters, I'm dropping the novel because it will bankrupt me before we get even halfway through the current arc.
Thought it was a good book at first until reading like 200 chapters in. The author is more focused on describing boobs than actually moving the story forward, the story seems to become more of a harem each chapter I read on. The author just keeps adding more and more female characters into the story and describes their boobs, kind of disappointing.
Too many plot holes and the story is slow. Many contradiction on the story or some vague change in the world building. Character design is bland, the heroines its basically a barbie with different dress, the character is very similiar with each other. Basically the author don't know what to write so he just put some random excuse, and put some character far away because he can't develop it.
This book description seems cool but there are a thousand reasons not to read this, the author gives some situations to arouse your curiosity but do not fall for it the novel is trash only bother to read it if you have excessive amounts of time and brain space 1. Mc is a joke and doesn't deserve to be called an evil monarch, which evil monarch fights for justice 2. Author has bdsm tendencies from girls with whips to being captured into dungeons and whatnots 3.relationships between mc and various girls don't make sense 4 . mc's level of cultivation is always so low even though he was a monarch before reincarnation very very weird 5.unecesssary plot armor it's just so annoying
Ok so where should i start im a fan of this author love his stuff but this one is ending is kinda bad.This authors world building is unique and i love the backstories he give to side characters it makes you feel they are not one dimensional but as it goes on after 1k chapters you prolly feel like just skipping the fighting and just read the drama since the fights are one sided and cultivation is predictable sometimes the fight is prolonged for chapters but anyway good read
