Xuan Yuan smiled to himself as he looked at his arms which was only a bit numb from the collision.
'Now let's have a proper fight!' Xuan Yuan said as he controlled the Mana around him. Previously, he couldn't control the Mana around him since they were not the Mana he was used to controlling. But now, he had attained the Tier 5 Basic Mana control standard. In terms of Mana control, he was now on the level of the Sword Saint. Even though his Mana control wasn't as advanced like that of the Saint since he was a newbie in the realm, he was still not far off either and he won't be suppressed like earlier...
Xuan Yuan took control of the Mana around him and manifested a Mana domain. In the domain, the stream of Mana broke into its constituents that flowed calmly around him without control. He raised his hands, Sword energy flowed and the Ninefold invincible blades shield was condensed to defend against a sword strike from the Sword Saint.
As the Sword and Shield collided, the space around the collision shattered directly but this time, Xuan Yuan wasn't forced back. He and the Sword Saint stood firmly in their original positions as they prepared for a fierce fight between the Sword Saint and the Sword Mage...
In the core room, the Saints couldn't calm down. They had expected that Xuan Yuan would be overwhelmed without question yet he was still fine, brimming with energy and even putting up a good fight against the Saint...
In the Hall, Collision sounds erupted ceaselessly as destructive energies flared about wildly. Should an Emperor mistakenly step into the Hall, he'd be vaporized to dust instantly. The Hall trembled wildly as two Saint level figures collided countless times in a second.
Another collision sounded out as the two figures retreated a few steps back. Xuan Yuan raised his head and glanced at the Saint with evil eyes. 'You'll die this time!' Xuan Yuan muttered before controlling the Mana around him. He roared softly as he activated the
<Serpent's Fury> and <Magic Sword> at the same time.
Red light pulsated on his body as his aura underwent a drastic transformation. If his aura was like that of a Sword King before then now his aura was like that of a Saint and it rivaled and even surpassed that of the Sword Saint before him. The Silver Runic Sword also glowed with purplish light that increased the strength of the weapon by several folds.
Previously, Xuan Yuan always activated his Magic arrays with Mana. But after attaining the Tier 5 Mana control, he discovered that each parts of the Magic array worked with different elements of Mana. By separating each part and fueling it with the element it required made the Magic arrays stronger like never before. Just like now, the Berserk skill, Serpent's fury doubled Xuan Yuan's Basic attributes but after fueling it with the Elements that it required, the power of the skill increased drastically as it nearly tripled Xuan Yuan's attributes. For Xuan Yuan whose Basic attributes was already ridiculous after creating a Mana body, the triple effect of the skill made him a figure that rivaled Saints in terms of attributes. If a player were to confront, he won't even need to raise his fingers. Just his aura alone would pressure them to death!
Brimming with power, Xuan Yuan charged and executed Overwhelming Sword at the Saint again who also executed a Mana technique in response. As both strikes collided, the Saint was forced half a step back while Xuan Yuan remained in his original position. It was obvious who won in the exchange.
The Saints at the core number were terrified when they saw that exchange.
"Did he just repel the Saint?" A Saint asked with a terrified expression plastered on his face.
"Does that mean he's as strong as some of us here" Another Saint at the Basic levels of Tier 5 said with a similar horrified expression. "But he's only a Tier 1 Swordman!!"
"Could he be concealing his abilities?" A Saint said with a speculating expression on his face.
"I doubt that, the Leader here possess the Eye of God skill. Nothing can escape his eyes" A Saint said while gazing at the Saint figure who sat on the throne in the middle. "Aren't I right, my Lord?"
"Indeed. There's no abnormality on him" The Leader said with a deep voice. "Moreover we all saw him create a Mana body earlier!"
"Don't tell me he's going to conquer this level!" A Saint said while pointing at Xuan Yuan in the screen who was currently attacking the Saint madly as if his life depended on it. Under Xuan Yuan's determined attacks the Saint could only defended as he lost his HP steadily...
After about 1 hour, Xuan Yuan launched a final strike at the Sword Saint who tragically cried before dissipating into a cloud of white light disappearing from the Hall. At the same time, a notification rang in his ears.
<You have conquered the 8th level of the Tower of evaluation. +800 Humanity spirituality! this moment, the Saints in the core room stared with wide eyes at the hovering Xuan Yuan in the screen. They had just witnessed the birth of a miracle that had never been heard of in history and may be the last time such a thing would ever happen. A Swordman just kill a Sword Saint, an existence whose strength ranks among the top in the whole realm. Xuan Yuan's strength has already reached the Tier 5 Saint standard. Such a standard is enough for him to kill even Emperors although he still truly fight Saints due to his lower tier.
