'...3'

[2:00]

{Wardbane Hex}

I cast the temporary dispel as I hurriedly entered the room only to be met with a small book case at the end of the room that when I swept my identify over it I got no signs of magical wards on the book case.

[1:49]

I carefully scan the floor approaching the book case as I flex my hands in case I need to cast magic instantly. As I looked I saw no other signs of wards. That was until i looked at the walls at the side of the room.

<Magic Sensor Trap>

<Alarm Trap>

[1:36]

'It covers all of the bottom of the walls... I'll leap through the air.'

As the thought occurred to me I scanned the top of the walls. There was nothing dubious with relation to the tops of the walls, but when I gazed at the ceiling it was like a maze of complex magical traps and alert spells.

[1:24]

'Curses, wait... If these traps are setup that means there must be some sort of switch in the room to act as a backup.'

I quickly scanned the room, multiple panels of text coming up as I hastily scanned the almost completely barren room. I searched and searched but there was very little time remaining before I would have to leave or risk triggering the wards on the door.

[0:50]

I couldn't find anything, nothing. I was at a loss until I considered what the most powerful magical object in the room is. I turned to look at the door, where I noticed a slightly protruding lever that was flickering in and out of existence as my Wardbane Hex disrupted the wards on the door.

[0:30]

I ran to the lever quickly yanking it down as the time started to get shorter and shorter. The affect was obvious however as the room lit up and a few lit stone slabs on the floor beamed out bright light, shining a path for me to take to get to the other side.

[0:20]

With a burst of superhuman speed, I exerted every muscle in a simultaneous and intense effort. The ground cracked beneath my feet in a spiderweb pattern as i leapt across the expanse of the room my right hand stretch out in the direction of the book case.

[0:15]

Halfway through the 30 metre long room, leaping through the air, my ring shone out with neon white and purple energy before completely storing the bookcase within.

'YES!'

[0:10]

As i finished storing the bookcase my momentum was still carrying me, the time was almost out and i was about to get caught... My memories flashed of earlier in the day of a certain professor teaching me a spell.

'That's it!'

{Ventus}

I shot my hand outwards a massive torrential outpouring of wind exploded from my hands as my momentum halted very quickly and with a greater speed than I head leapt with earlier I barrelled back towards the entrance the crimson door getting closer and closer to my face.

'No, hold up!'

[0:04]

I tumbled through the air straight into the door, the hinges squeaking and squawking as the door opened wide letting me roll out into the restricted section, my momentum only stopping after I'd rolled over four times.

As i got up the Crimson door started to sizzle as the wards that previously protected the room broke apart and started to catch alight. Fire trickled up the door as lightning crackled across the stones nearest the fire encased door.

'Few... That was close, now I need to make the mark...'

[Yes sis, you do, I suggest making a very small spell that you can make permanent by syphoning off of nearby magic.]

'Right, make it, please just make sure it costs under 100 MP, it doesn't have to be overly powerful it is just a marker...'

[You got it.]

[Processing...]

[Congratulations, the magic {Illusio Murmura} has been created.]

[It can create ephemeral whisper and a shifting image that draws power from surrounding magical items, beings or enchantments.]

[It requires the name of the spell to be spoken aloud, {Illusio Murmura} and requires you to cast the spell for a minute straight. The MP Cost of the spell per minute is equal to 2.]

'Th-thanks very much sis, I'm feeling a bit tired, huuu, let's get this over and done with shall we.'

I stood up and for the next minute I stared at the wall next to the crimson door and created the image I remembered from the movies. I created a black cloudy skull with a snake coming from it's mouth that slowly starts curling upwards and downwards before repeating.

'Ugh I'm beat, let's get back to the bedroom.'

My invisibility triggered as i started to scurry out of the library, my pace rather quick with he lack of people around to notice me. I still kept my noise down however as I knew that the groundskeeper is most likely sniffing around somewhere within the castle.

Up the stair I tip-toed as the sounds of muffled crying reached my ears. I slowly reached the top of the stairwell with 2 minutes as what I saw was the crying figure of a girl as she leaned into another girls arms.

'Ugh, teenage drama... I'm done, let's go to sleep.'

[I agree, night sis.]

'Night I suppose...'

I covertly slipped by them as the girl that wasn't crying was trying to calm the other girl down, my footsteps completely unheard from the sobs the other girl continue to emanate.

'Hah, home safe.'

I opened the door slightly, slipping into the room before deactivating my invisibility and peaking my head out of my door as if I'd just woken up.

"Is she okay?"

I tried to change my tone to one that someone would expect from a person waking up.

"Yes, she'll be fine, sorry to wake you up."

"It's no issue, she may need rest though I imagine its rather late."

"Thank you for the concern"

The young blonde lady smiled at me as I nodded and closed the door.

'Heh, another alibi.'
