Adori was the one who recovered from the shock first as the piece of paper on her hand was quickly cut into millions of pieces, disappearing forever from existence, showing how good her shinsu control actually was though she never showed it.

Adori looked toward Liu Guanyi, ascertaining the truth from the look of his eyes. Seeing that Liu Guanyi calmly stared back at her, she knew that it was… the truth.

Well, Adori actually had somewhat anticipated this since she overheard the God of Guardians speak about "those who opened the gate". Naturally, she didn't understand what it meant at first, but she was a bit suspicious about it.

So, she gave it a lot of thought and did her due diligence. Adori considered the identity and history of the God of Guardians from the rumors and legends and linked it to the sentence he said.

Well, easy to say, Adori found out what was the most likely connection between them, considering how ancient the Hell Train and the guardian were, there was only one probability, the irregulars, king Zahard, and the leaders of the ten great families.

With that conclusion, everything made much more sense. Liu Guanyi's insane potential and growth that easily surpassed hers, his ridiculous physical strength and endurance, his mysterious techniques and skills, his crazy training routine, and finally, his ambition to create his own forces in the tower.

As an irregular, as long as Liu Guanyi could reach the level of Zahard and leaders of the ten great families, then he would indeed qualify to become a great being in the tower.

Liu Guanyi only had to bide his time to reach his maximum growth, and then, he would become someone that even king Zahard couldn't ignore.

Moreover, if Liu Guanyi could strike a deal with the guardians for the same immortality as Zahard and the ten great families' leaders, he could even become the head of a new noble household since even the king himself wouldn't be able to break the power of the guardians, which so far had only seen a single entity capable of violating it, the Red Tower.

Xin also managed to calm himself down, but not without a drastic change. His eyes held sparkles when he looked at Liu Guanyi.

"Mr. Liu, I know that you are always amazing, but this is completely on a whole different level!" Xin exclaimed as he couldn't hold his excitement.

It couldn't be helped, an irregular wasn't someone they could meet every day. After all, being an irregular meant that Liu Guanyi was on the same level as the head of the Tu Perie family, someone that Xin couldn't hope to ever meet.

"Calm down, Xin. Don't act like a kid." Said Adori as she gave a stern stare toward him.

"My bad, I am just too excited." Said Xin dejectedly as his excitement had crashed down under Adori's stare. Xin knew what his mistake was since Liu Guanyi had implicitly implied it as he gave them notes instead of saying it directly.

"It's alright, Xin did no harm. Rather than standing here, why don't we go somewhere? We have a lot to catch up after a month, after all." Said Liu Guanyi as he broke the gloomy atmosphere.

. . . . . .

They returned to their room, after checking that there were no spying devices planted in their room thoroughly using their shinsu sensing ability and their gray observer, they could finally relax a bit as Liu Guanyi cooked the meal.

They had a barbeque and chatted about casual things as they secretly passed notes back and forth among themselves while talking.

Liu Guanyi was still wary about being under observation even after cleaning up the room. The Workshop had much better and advanced equipment with abilities beyond their imagination as proven by their masterwork of the Hell Train so Liu Guanyi didn't want to take any chances.

Liu Guanyi wanted to make sure that even if they could observe them, they wouldn't be able to glean the information from their conversation.

This was why he didn't use pockets or lighthouses to convey the information and use pieces of notes instead.

Although he barely lived in the tower for around a decade, Liu Guanyi had learned a lot due to his diligence.

He knew that along with their convenience and practical uses, advanced devices like pockets and lighthouses had their own weaknesses, especially against expert light-bearers, namely… hacking.

Indeed, hacking is one of the best weapons to fight in informational warfare.

As long as a light-bearer managed to hack into the central lighthouse of their enemy's light bearer, they could obtain crucial information that could put their enemy into jeopardy, or they could even completely control the hacked devices remotely, a dangerous yet silent attack if done properly.

Adori and Xin also understood this, that was why they kept up the appearances to camouflage their real communication.

Back then when Liu Guanyi had understood this, he quickly told Xin to destroy their lighthouse and buy new ones to replace it and kept the rest as the reserve.

Now, whenever they used a lighthouse, they only kept using it for around a month before destroying and replacing it with a new lighthouse. They also always kept the reserve lighthouses with their power off to prevent them from being hacked.

Having the internet and modern devices was extremely practical for looking out much information and communicating remotely but it also created another front of warfare, cyber spying, hacking, cracking, and many else that made things even more complicated.

Because of Adori, they had many enemies, especially from the princesses of Zahard from other factions lurking out, ready to attack their weak spots so they had to be extra careful.

If Liu Guanyi's identity as an irregular was known to the public, the situation would definitely become much grimmer, especially considering Adori's identity.

Hence, they had to absolutely make sure nothing would leak even to the Workshop, which was a neutral faction that didn't have a bad stance toward the irregulars.

After Liu Guanyi had explained his story, which he explained with many skipped details, of course, though he didn't make any lies and truthfully explained about his origin from a world outside of the tower.

His story truly amazed both Adori and Xin and truly broadened their worldviews.

Since they were native residents of the tower, they always regarded the tower as the only place in the universe. Now, according to Liu Guanyi, there were probably many worlds out there just like the number of stars in the sky, though they had never really seen the sky.

After they had calmed down quite a bit from reading the outrageous story of Liu Guanyi, silence fell upon them as they were occupied with their own thoughts.

Finally, Adori broke the silence as she spoke to Liu Guanyi. "Now, we have learned a lot about the Hell Train, so what's our plant onward?"

"The God of Guardian still have something for me, so we will continue our journey to the last station. Boarding the train is much faster, anyway." Answered Liu Guanyi with a smile.
