"oh?"

while walking around in the forest he stumbled upon something new, in front of him was the first unnatural thing he encountered. A small ditch right in front of him which then led to a smooth stone road that was quite wide, enough to fit like 8 cars right beside eachother.

(a highway or something?) he thought while observing the weird road

For what seemed to be a fantasy medievel road, the quality wasn't actually all that bad, each rectangular stone was perfectly cut and was neatly placed with hundreds of others and it was flat too despite the hilly terrain, this was truly an engineering feat equal to the Pyramids of Egypt.

"(civilization...) hmm? is that a carriage"

A carriage was moving along the road at a steady pace, however it didn't seem ordinary at all, the horses pulling the carriage were way bigger than the horses back on earth, not only that but the carriage looked pretty heavy as visible sheets of metal surrounded it, it seemed akin to the armored trucks that can be found on earth.

On top of the carriage was a small group of people clad in white armor with weapons that were familiar to the ones he saw during his hunter work, this gave him a brief feeling of home but nonetheless it was still unfamiliar.

(they look like soldiers judging from their similar looking armor, and those insignias carved on their weapons awfully look the same... I'll just hope they speak English) With a bit of determination he stepped on the road and casually approached the moving carriage then standing right Infront of it.

*halt*

The carriage that was even more massive up close stopped immediately as the horses saw the man blocking them despite his size compared to the massive horses.

A door quickly opened making a large metal banging noise that vibrated through his body, a silver haired man wearing snow white armor and a greatsword stepped out. He had a leen build which paired greatly with his graceful like armor along with his greatsword that seemed like it was tailor made for him however his face did not match up with the graceful like appearance as he stomped towards the man who blocked the carriage with a rage driven expression.

(he looks mega pissed.. Atleast he looks like a human) he thought with a blank face

"you imbecile! How dare you block the carriage holding the daughter of Duke Todias!" the knight said to him with a tone that matched his face

He directed the sharp tip of his greatsword directly Infront of his nose, just the force from that alone shook the earth and created a small gust of wind that lifted the dust from the ground. Unfortunately it didn't seem to affect the demeanor of this man in front of him.

(i guess he's one of those guys who like to show off, it's not my first time encountering them) he thought as a massive sword was right up at his neck

Not long after that threat another door opened in the carriage, this time a well dressed lady stepped out with a face that can catch everyone's attention and a hair that was a rare golden like in shade along with sky blue eyes that brings a peaceful feeling to whoever looks at it.

"my lady? There's no need for you to step into this, once I arrest this idiot I shall bring him to the dungeon once we arrive at your mansion" the knight proclaimed with a sharp eye

"please no, can't you see he has blood in his clothes, Stop this at once!"

"but my lady"

(that's odd... I swear I just saw someone familiar when I saw that girl's face) he thought but he couldn't help but think of someone he knew very well

"sorry guys, I have no idea what yall are talking about"

At that moment the air froze the moment he finished his sentence. The noble girl's expression went from worried to shock in a matter of seconds, it's as if she had seen something that couldn't exist in reality standing before her very eyes

(hmm?)

"you... How do you know.. English?" the lady said with a shaky voice
