33 The fox mommy is here!

While everyone was thinking and conversing about different topics, Sona entered the room, to see everyone worrying about what happened not long ago. Except for Kaji, Ram, and Rem who just sat on the couch drinking tea and eating cookies like nothing even happened.

"Rias, you should go back now, my sister will be here to take care of them after she arrives, so you can go back and rest."Sona said with an emotionless face.

"Alright, then, I will go back. I still need to explain some things to Issei. But Sona, if there's trouble, call me if You think that my presence is needed." Rias said as she motioned to her peerage that they were leaving.

And soo The red-haired devil and her peerage disappeared with a flash of red light that came from the magical summoning circle. As they did, Sona looked towards Kaji and the twins, as if she was making sure that they wouldn't disappear the moment she turned her back to them. Son motioned to her peerage members to take their leave, the only one remaining was Tsubaki as she was the one who served tea and cookies for the kids and Sona.

While Sona was waiting for her sister to arrive she didn't expect that there would be someone else to arrive with her sister. From the beginning, Sona didn't want to involve her sister in her troubles, after all, she just really didn't want to meet her sister; she was just too clingy. Her affection was sometimes over the top, but she was still her big sister, and one of the strongest devils.

After a couple of minutes of waiting, Sona saw her sister's magic circle appear in the room, and soon she saw her sister dressed up in actual proper clothes. But then she understood why she looked like that, it was because one more person arrived with her. The leader of the west yokai faction, Yasaka.

Kaji saw Yasak for the first time. He was surprised by how beautiful she was, she looked so much better than what he thought she would look like. But at the same time he saw her look at him, he could see her eyes water for a moment. He didn't know why but Yasaka smiled with a big heartwarming smile. Kaji and the twin girls felt it, the care and warmth the nine-tailed fox was beaming towards them.

Ram felt warm inside, for some reason her visions blurred, she touched her eyes to feel that her eyes were wet. She didn't understand why but she remembered her mother and how she smiled towards her and her sister. Ram looked at her sister to see tears running down Rem's face.

Kaji could feel his eyes moisten, he didn't understand why, but the moment Yasakas smiling figure overlapped with his mothers he understood why. This made him realize that maybe the three of them could live in this world instead, after all, this place was safer than their world. And the yokai would accept them into their folds, they could live their lives happily, but was that even possible.

Kaji knew that they couldn't stay here, at least for now, but maybe in the future. He didn't even know if he would be able to find his way back to this one, or how time worked between worlds. There were still many things to learn and do, but his mind stopped working when Yasaka hugged the three Oni in her warm embrace.

Ram, Rem, and Kaji felt so warm and safe, this was a feeling they hadn't felt for a long time. They felt like they were back home, waking up in their beds after a long bad dream.

On the other hand, the moment Yasaka appeared in the room she saw the two twin girls sitting on the sides of a boy with long red hair. She could help but smile warmly at the three of them. She felt happy that she chose to actually go here even if for a short amount of time.

But what surprised her was the tears running down the faces of the three children, Serafall and Sona were surprised by this too. After all, from the moment they appeared they didn't show many emotions, they would joke around, or smile from time to time, but that was mostly it. And to see them cry was a big surprise for Sona, she didn't understand why they started crying.

Seeing them shed tears, Yasaka hugged them, she could feel it, she didn't know why but the three kids suffered, she could feel their sadness and the Burden in their hearts. But most importantly the boy, his face didn't show any kind of emotion while tears ran down his face.

Yaska didn't know what happened to them but she could feel the emotions coming from them. She couldn't help but want to comfort the kids as she hugged them tightly in her arms. The moment Kaji was hugged he forgot all of his plans, everything as he instinctively fell into the warm embrace of the fox-eared woman.

Kaji and the twins fell asleep after a couple of minutes and Yasaka carefully released them from her embrace, to them sleeping with peaceful faces. She turned towards Serafall and spoke.

"I will be taking them with me." She spoke as if she wouldn't accept a negative response from anyone.
