Kaji could hear the said person walking towards him, and soon the said person was standing right next to him. Kaji looked to the side to see Yasaka standing next to him, with a small smile adorning her face.

"There's something that's bothering you isn't it?" Yaska asked while looking at the boy.

"There are some things that will bother me no matter what happens, after all, one can change the past, but one can try and change the future." Kaji said without revealing anything, as he motioned with his hand for Yasaka to lean forward a bit.

And when she did, Kaji did something unexpected, he leaned his head towards her shoulder, biting into her flesh. Yasaka felt a stinging pain on her shoulder and was surprised by his actions, but feeling no ill intent, she decided not to move or do anything else. It didn't last long as Kaji removed his mouth from her shoulder as a red tattoo formed on her left shoulder.

The tattoo looked like red flames surrounding her shoulder, the next moment the tattoo disappeared like there was nothing there. The place where Kaji bit her healed, and the blood evaporated leaving no marks. No one could be able to tell that something even happened, even Yasaka was surprised by what happened. But she could feel mana on her shoulder, it felt pleasant, but she couldn't tell what he did.

"Umm, you should wear your kimono over your shoulders, especially when meeting devils. You are far too carefree for a woman of your stature." Kaji commented, while turning his head away.

"Hoho, is little Kaji worried for me?" Yaska said in a teasing manner while showing a small smile.

"But, what did you do? I can tell that it's a type of spell, but this one is far more complicated than anything I have ever seen before." She asked the boy with interest.

"This is a blood spell, it will inform me when you are in danger, it has some protective measures as well. This is just in case something happens after we leave." Kaji said while looking at the fox-eared woman.

"You're leaving?"

"Yes, I and the girls still have some unfinished business to take care of. Don't worry, when we finish up with our business, we will be going back here. No matter how much time it would take we il come back." Kaji said with confidence in his voice, as he continued to look at Yasaka.

"I see, I won't stop you, but you must promise to come back safe and sound!" Yaska said in a commanding tone while facing the boy.

Kaji just smiled at her, while nodding his head, but then he heard someone approaching in their direction. And soon Three girls showed up, to see Kaji and Yasaka standing and looking in their direction, while the moon shone upon them.

After a couple of moments, Kaji told Ram, and Rem that they would be leaving tomorrow morning. The two didn't like it, they wanted to stay here longer, in this place they felt at home, but they also knew why they needed to return back to the world of Re: zero. The twins could only nod, and accept the situation. But after Kaji told them that they would return, and that next time he would make sure to find a way so they could stay here permanently if they wanted to.

This made the girls happier than ever, at the thought that they could go back here again, it seemed like just a couple of days were enough for the girls to get attached to this place. And not to mention Kunou she and the twins were doing everything together, it seemed like they found or did they recover some happiness in their lives.

Kaji was happy with this, after all, Rem, and Ram were still children who had to suffer at the hands of the witch's cult. Kaji blamed himself for not being able to do anything at the time, he knew that if he prepared his heart more, or if he did something different. Then he might have been able to save the Oni, but there was no reason to dwell on the past.

Right now he only needs to move forward, and improve himself, and his new boost ability will do him good. He could use it to double his strength more than once, of course, he knew that he had a limit, everyone did. But he still had six more years in the world of Re: zero to amass power, to train.

But before they all went back inside to sleep, Kaji called out. "Kunou, I want to give you something." Making the girl perk up as she ran up to him, with an expression of excitement.

"What are you going to give me? Is it a present?" the little Fox eared girl started asking questions.

"It's something better, now close your eyes it's going to hurt for just a moment, Alright?" The girl closed her eyes while putting her trust in him.

Soon Kaji did the same thing he did to Yasaka, but after everything was done. Kaji explained to the girl that it was a sort of sign of family, and that only he, Ram, Rem, Yasaka, and now her had this invisible tattoo. This made the girl smile when she heard that all of them were like a real family now.
