36 Haguro.... P.13

"I can see why you were so surprised now, I would be too," Akra added.

Rivera nodded. "That's what I can't figure out... the second one utilizes 'aura', they can't control it, as well as having little to none... but that doesn't seem to be the case with you. Rather, it seems to be the opposite concerning the former..." She responded.

'She isn't wrong at all... it's the only logical conclusion one would arrive at when they see what she was witnessing.' He thought.

"It seems so... but it's time to start absorbing the surrounding aura. I'm a little excited about all this because I'll be able to fly soon." Akira said with excitement in his tone.

"Go ahead. I want to see how much you can absorb at once," Rivera added.

Akira nodded. He closed his eyes focusing on absorbing the surrounding aura.

[... 3000+ Aura added to max reserves...]

[... Due to the host's soul being much more powerful than the norm, as well as being a perfect hybrid and natural talent, the passive ability 'Nature's physique' has been acquired...]

Immediately and out of nowhere, Akira felt changes in his body. Not necessarily physically... but spiritually. His body felt invigorated, separate and apart from the aura he just gained...

However, after all of this news at once, and hearing the system notification about a new ability, Akira stopped meditating instantly.

Rivera, seeing the sudden reproach, called to him.

"Akira... why did you suddenly stop? We have a couple more hours left for meditation." She said, curious.

"Haha..." Akira said.

"Hmmm?" Rivera said, confused.

"Hahahaha~" Akira started laughing out of nowhere.

"Why are you laughing, Akira?"

He continued as if she had never asked a thing.

Then he stopped.

"Rivera. We won't be needing to do aura training anymore." He said out of nowhere.

"...What do you mean? Your reserves are lacking considerably-" She stopped instantly...

"You finally see it, right?" Akira asked. Smirking at her realization.

Rivera said nothing. Looking confused at what was transpiring.

'Why is the aura... gathering above him?!' She asked herself, shocked.

It was apparent that this situation wasn't normal.

"Akira... h-how are you doing this? Why is aura gathering above you?" She asked.

"I am not entirely sure Rivera, to be honest, but... my gut tells me that I don't need to be meditating anymore..." That's all he said.

Her eyebrow raised. 'What the hell does he even mean?!' She asked herself. Trying to piece this puzzle together.

Akira wasn't just defying common sense again. This was straight-up unheard of.

Hearing that he didn't need to meditate still confused her to no end.

On the other hand, Akira checked his status, to see the new passive he had gained...

[Nature's Physique-lvl 1/???: Congratulations. You are loved by nature itself. Any, and all places within the omniverse will grant you its energy passively, increasing your reserves without ceasing. The aura gain is 3000+ while the modifier per level is currently 1.0×. The higher the skill level, the more the modifier will become multiplicative, gaining a 30% increase with each level. Aura/energy will accumulate over your body every 30 minutes at all times, and cannot be improved. However, you will not be able to meditate using any technique either, as long as this skill exists...]

'What are the chances? I knew I was talented l, but not to this degree. Am I not akin to Naruto and Hashirama with a physique like this? No... it's far, far greater than that...' Akira concluded.

Not only would he not need to meditate. He could even increase what he would gain in the future.

'Yeah. I'm super powerful, but not overpowered. It's a shame I can't meditate to expedite the process via the methodical meditation.' Akira thought.

He was still content with this.

If his math was correct.

There are 48 distinct 30-minutes a day, with 28-31 days in a month, so with the median value calculated, it should be 29.5 with a set increase of 3000 aura, which roughly equates to over 4 million aura points... a month...

"Holy... fuck..." Akira said under his breath. He held his head. Marveling at the amount he would have. By the end of the month alone. This wasn't even factoring in the level up the skill would gain over time.

'By the end of the year, I'll have around 60+ million AP to draw from...' He quickly calculated.

Rivera, however, was still confused. She didn't know what was even happening.

She was sure of one thing though, and it was that aura shouldn't be accumulating over your head without you actively meditating...

This case was unseen for literally thousands of years from the books she read, and legends she had heard of.

Her Akira is someone whose talent far exceeds that of Muzaka. Even 'him' as well...

In a way, she was excited. The stronger Akira got, the better it would be for her.

Given what he had said, she could figure out what he meant and what she was seeing, but that conclusion would have to wait for another time.

At the moment, seeing him happy was enough for her...

"Well, I'm glad everything worked out for you," Rivera added.

"Akira turned toward her, smiling.

"Thanks, Rivera, I couldn't have done this without you, seriously," Akira said.

It was a first for her to see him smile, and it sent butterflies throughout her body...

"W-Well, it's no issue. Since we don't need to do any aura training, we can do some sparring instead." She responded, blushing while looking down.

Akira, seeing this, chuckled to himself...

With everything being so great so far. He had one minor lingering thought.

The system mentioned not only was this new skill created because of his talent and hybrid-like potential, but it was also influenced by his soul too. Which was intriguing.

He pondered a bit, wondering what his soul had to do with his new skill being created...

But he would leave that up to his future self. It's not like it would haunt him in any way...
