Bea looked at Nadia silently for a full minute. The latter has a calm expression on her face but her eyes were too cold to say that she was in a good mood when clearly, she wasn't. If anything, she seemed way too irritated. She would know since Nadia wasn't eating any of the pastries on the table. She wasn't even looking at them. That Nadia?

There really is something wrong here.

"Let me guess," Bea leaned forward, "-you came to Gwen before coming here, and since your mood doesn't seem great, it didn't go well."

Nadia frowned, her eyebrows knitting together as she clicked her tongue.

"Tsk. Don't even start… That woman is an imbecile."

She really is mad.

Bea can't refute what she said so she just chose to stay silent and agreed, since it's true. Gwen, is an idiot, always acting on impulse and lets her emotions get to her reason.
