Day 146: Micah (IV)

Blake had been looking at his reflection for a long time while touching his face feeling the touch and the features of the wooly that he was at that moment without really believing that all that was real, but after thinking about it for a bit he had no problems in accepting as well as all the oddities that surrounded him and repeating the same action as when he transformed, after a flash of light, the human figure of Blake replaced the little wooly causing him to give a slight sigh when he saw that didn't anything bad had happened.

'It seems like there's no problem transforming... I probably shouldn't tell anyone about this either, I guess it's another secret I should keep... Hmm... Touching that orb helped me get some of my memories back, but there's still a lot left blank, perhaps...' And at that moment, the goal Blake needed appearing in his mind and a great enthusiasm surged from him that could rival a person who had just fulfilled his dream. "I just need to find more orbs like this!"

"What orbs are you talking about exactly?"

"Maybe I'll do it later…" And ignoring his master's teasing as best he could, Blake was able to calm down and then be a little confused that he was there, but it seemed that his thoughts had been read at that moment.

"A peculiar battle-like sound brought me to the forest, it was kind of hard to follow, but after going into the ruins you mentioned and discovering the trail of destruction, I came to this place. Would you mind enlightening me a little, Blake?" And knowing that, he concentrated on explaining in detail exactly what had happened, from his confrontation with the raccoon and its transformation to his meeting with his rescuers and then getting to that point. "Silver-Eyes Clan?"

"Yes, that person said that he was part of them and because of the color of his eyes I can't deny it." Blake didn't think much of it, since he didn't really know anything about that clan.

"I am aware that the Silver-Eyed Clan is located in the Raidu continent, you can rarely see members in other places, after all, they are the most famous dwarf clan in the continent." Blake listened carefully to that and felt a bit confused.

"Dwarves? Well, that boy didn't look like a dwarf at all."

"Ufufu, do you also have the image of small people with long beards and wine lovers?"

"They are not?" That was exactly the image in Blake's mind

"Well... Usually pureblood dwarves are basically like this, but most of them don't have those characteristics and can be mistaken for ordinary humans, take Gaius for example, removing that is slightly shorter than average height and who loves to forge, you couldn't tell he's a dwarf at all.

And following those instructions, he magically took out of his sack the peculiar magic leaf and gave it to his master

"Hmm... I can notice the large number of wind element runes within it, I don't know if it's really related to your description of how it transformed, but I must say this item is a little treasure, it may be of great use to you in the future... But anyway, let me congratulate you first, Blake."

"Congratulate me?" Blake was a bit confused again.

"You seem to be a bit distracted; didn't you tell me that you beat that elusive raccoon?" With those simple words, Blake wanted to punch himself in the face for having forgotten the main reason for his whole adventure.

"That's right! I was also able to find all the stolen things, it will be a great relief for the town that this problem is over."

Blake was still enjoying the feeling of having accomplished his task, but when he heard Shino's question, he was silent for a few seconds until he decided to speak truthfully.

"Oh, it's Micah, actually my name is Micah Blake."

"Micah... So I guess Blake was your family name, it seems you hadn't forgotten all of your past."

"Sorry, Blak- Micah. I've never heard of any family with that name." That inevitably disappointed him.

"Thank you. I think the best thing would be to go back to town, I need to go take a bath and fall directly into my bed." Blake said that noticing the state he was in, even though there were no injuries on his body, his clothes were torn and several blood stains were still on them. Shino had also noticed this, but she wasn't surprised by the results after everything Blake had told her.

"Ufufu, I think you really earned it, I'm also a bit tired and the next few days are going to be a bit busy, I think you should prepare too, Blake, a person whom I want to introduce you will come to the town soon."

"Who is?" Now it was Blake who was curious, but Shino's words would surprise him even more now.

"My master."
