1 The Silent Protagonist Out Of Nowhere

On the plane, I was sitting in business class as usual. Usually, I took this kind of plane for a business trip, but I was still wondering what the hell I was doing in here? I didn't remember getting on a plane.

Looking left and right, I didn't see anytime that was out of the ordinary. However, I didn't know how I ended up sitting in here. Thinking about it again, why did I wear a suit? Was I going to a business meeting or something?

"To all passengers, we are five minutes to Los Santos International Airport."

Wait, what? Los Santos? That city from GTA 5? Wait, I was in the hospital from a car crash, what kind of crazy dream was this? I pinched myself. Ouch. It was painful. No, it couldn't be, this must have been a dream.

I stood up from my seat and headed to the toilet. The fastest way to wake up from a dream was to pee yourself. If I peed in this dream, I would wake up in the real world, as simple as that. I opened the door of the toilet and closed it.

The reflection of the mirror showed me a face, a face of my character. It wore glasses and a suit. Bloody hell, this was my character back in GTA Online. I tried peeing, but I didn't wake up. Wait, did it mean that I become stuck here, oh, man. This would be a wild ride, wouldn't it?

Thinking about it again, this was how the beginning started, wasn't it? I arrived at the airport, and I would meet someone. Was it Lamar or was it Franklin? I forgot. Immediately, I noticed that there was something weird with my peripheral vision.

There was a notification that came with my peripheral vision. The regular tutorial message appeared on every new player in the game. So, it was true, I was transported to this world. Damn, this would be hard, especially since I played this game a long-long time ago.

[In GTA Online, you can carry out jobs with, or compete against other players all around the world. Take part in jobs, including heists, with your friends, crew members, or others]

[As you play, you will gain reputation points (RP). Performing jobs and taking out enemies will increase your RP. As your RP increases, your rank will increase. This will unlock new weapons, equipment, and abilities. Your rank is shown on top of your screen, you can open your stats menu to display your rank.]

I finally arrived at LSIA. So, where should I even go? There was no mini-map yet on the HUD. Well, I could walk outside of the terminal and meet whoever I would meet. However, someone has been waiting in front of the terminal. Yes, Lamar.

"Yo, sup my dude, after all the time in LifeInvader, we finally meet, eh?"

In this scenario, I remembered the character stayed silent. However, if I talked, would it change the story, or would it alter it in one way after another? Because, at this point, I knew that I'd be taken for a race.

"Nice to meet you, Lamar, isn't it?"

"Man, I thought you were a small talker. Hop in, I'll take you around the city or some shit," Lamar said.

Well, it definitely altered the dialogue, but would he still take me to the race that would take me around north Los Santos or would it result in a different outcome? Well, let's just see where he would take me because it seemed that this dude was more lively than he was in-game.

I entered his car in the passenger seat. He sat down in the driver's seat and started driving out of Los Santos International Airport. I didn't know how common sense worked in this world, and neither did I care about it. Heck, I didn't even know how this world worked or how big this world was. I doubted I would last more than five minutes in this world. That was for sure.

"In LS, you need insurance, take this," he handed me a pistol.

I held the pistol with my hand. It was the basic pistol aka the most basic firearm that any player would get once he or she entered the world. It had little damage, no automatic fire, and was pretty much mediocre in accuracy.

"Untraceable, semi-automatic. If you see any Vagos or Ballas, just bang bang!" Lamar said as he made his finger look like a pistol and do a shooting movement.

"I see," I looked at the pistol, and it automatically disappeared once I put it inside my jacket pocket.

"Your boy here knows everyone in town. I got my boy Hao who's organizing street racing and shits. My boy Gerald offers some serious work in your expertise, homie," Lamar said.

"Oh, I see. I heard of him, owner of one of the LS customs, am I right?" I said.

"Damn, homie, you know places. Is this really your first time in LS?" Lamar asked me.

"Kinda," I said, knowing that I had played this game so many times in the past. I knew my way around places, at least.

"Lamar, listen, I need some serious dough, do you know the places?" I winked, giving him the sign that I meant illegal works.

"Oh, I was thinking of bringing you to my boy, Hao in north LS, but since you are talking about that, my boy Gerald needs help with his merchandise, are you sure?" Lamar said.

"Yeah, just drop me in wherever your boy needs me."

"You're a real gangsta, dog. Not even ten minutes off the jet, and you already want to help the friend of your homie," Lamar poked my back with his hand.

"No problem."

The mini-map finally appeared as the car arrived at the underpass near the vanilla unicorn and the ammunition. Basically, the dialog that I had with Lamar skipped the racing part, but I also couldn't get any starter car at this point. Well, I could deal with it later.

▌Get The Drugs▐

A green circle appeared on where the drug was. I pulled the pistol out of my holster and an ammo counter appeared on the top right corner of my HUD. I took cover behind the wall as I peeked from the corner.

From what I saw, inside the alleyway, there was at least one person guarding the drug. How could I tell? Well, to be honest, the red small circular blip on the radar also confirmed that there were at least one ballas in that alleyway.

"The families are here!" One of them shouted.

Immediately, bullets from their pistols flew out in my direction. Luckily, I was behind cover so I was safe for the most part. I peeked from the cover and aimed my pistol. The aiming was pretty seamless, even though I never used a gun in real life before.

So, in short, it seemed that this world taught me how to use guns before I even arrived here, which was kinda convenient for the most part. I shot the ballas six times and he finally dropped dead, I should have aimed for the head.

The drug that I should be retrieving was a block of weed located in the middle of the alleyway. Retrieving it should be easy, I could easily retrieve it by walking to it and it would simply be gone to my inventory.

However, two more red blips appeared and disappeared again. The blips only appeared when the ballas shot at me. Well, what a nuisance, pointing out their location was not hard, though. They were behind the boxes, that was for sure.

I pre-aimed my pistol at the box and prepared to pull the trigger once he appeared. As expected, he peeked back and I aimed my pistol at his head. The ballas dropped dead in one shot. The last enemy was behind the wall.

I rushed towards the drug and the ballas peeked from behind the cover. He was holding a micro SMG and fired it at me. Two bullets hit me in the torso and it drained half of my health. I should have been more careful. I immediately took cover.

▌Deliver the drugs to Gerald's apartment▐

The green circle on the mini-map disappeared and was replaced with a blue circle. The blue circle was around the district where Franklin lived. There was no point in picking up that micro SMG. It would be too dangerous.

I peeked from behind the cover. Immediately, another two bullets hit my torso, and I felt this sharp pain in my heart. It felt like a thousand needles were piercing my heart. I dropped my pistol and I held on to my heart.

I immediately fell to the ground and my vision turned grey. The next thing that I saw was the big red text of this game, a signature of this game. The text was in bold.
