Chapter Runes and Enchanting

Aaron looked at the Blue Book cover with the title...'Runes and enchantments'.

As he opened the first page he noticed that everybody got silent around him.

Aaron looked up and noticed that everyone fall asleep due to waking up early in the morning.

He smiled a little and got back to his study.

When he opened the first page some lines were written there.

'2500 years ago there were no magic wands or magical swords...Mages used their bare hands to cast Spells and Fight with ordinary swords.'

'But one day when an Archmage from human race noticed an Elven Archmage using a wooden stick to cast spells he got curious and asked him....Why are you using this Wand to cast spells..?'

'He answered simply...Because this wand can control the overflow of my mana and stabilize a spell's Chant.'

Wow...so it's like a Stabilizer....wait does that mean it can stop my mana overflow too.

'On that day Archmage from the human race understood the value of Wands...He Then used an Oak tree's Branch to cast the spell but when he casted the spell the branch turned into Ash.'

'He used everything after that...mithril Wand...Iron wand...Copper wand...even wands made out of Gold and Platinum. But no wand succeeded in holding back a spell's explosive power.'

'The great Archmage searched for years but couldn't get anywhere. He then once travelled to the hidden city of Dwarfs.'

'Dwarfs who are known for their master blacksmithing in the whole world solved his problem in seconds.'

'Dwarfs Forged a mithril wand for him with a stone on it's top and some Dwarven Writings on it's handle.'

'When the Archmage used the wand to Cast his spell...this time wand didn't break and gave an amazing output instead.'

'Watching this the archmage got shocked and asked the dwarf for it's secret.'

'Dwarfs gave him a single answer....It only became possible because of the Runes on it's body and Enchantment stone on it's top.'

'Thats where Runes and enchantment came in for the first time...'

'But for one to make the wand work you have to give it an equal value price in return and it was your blood. Once connected through blood the wand or the sword will become just like your body part.'

'This bond can only break in two conditions...First is blood bounded weapon breaks in a fight or second is....Death of it's owner.'

'But not always the bounded weapon will follow your command...if the will of the weapon is bigger then your will then you will get consumed by it.'

'That's what happened with an Elven Master swordsman...he got consumed by the bloodthirst of his magical blade and massacred several innocents....'

'But Some Brave humans fought him and defeated him successfully with this his sword got sealed under the wisest dragon emperor and it got named as the '4th sin of gluttony.'

Whoo...that was a horrific story.

When Aaron turned to the next page he noticed that half of the book is finished and only half remained now.

On the next page he noticed Dwarven language...he suddenly understood what it was.

So these are the famous runes.

Suddenly Aaron noticed something abnormal and turned pages fastly.

What these runes can only be used with enchantment stones.

I first thought to enchant an sword or bow with the one enchantment stone I have right now but I think that's not going to happen anymore.

I will make a wooden wand on our next stop.

Yes...but first let's understand it's working.

Ok so there are two sentences written here which you have to write on the wand as it is without any mistake.

Then use fire on it to make the runes permanent....The stronger the fire the more strongly the wand work.

Hmm...but for some reason...that I don't know of course....I can read Dwarven language too.

First rune showed the same characteristics as the strengthning spell and second rune is like a connection.

It's like an electronic circuit plugged in parallel connection.

This is a...mana circuit...yes I broke the puzzle.

When I supply mana to the stick it will divide mana into many little parts like an electronic circuit which divides the voltage...when connected in parallel....

It will distribute mana to not let the Wand's body break but at the end it will gather all the mana again and enchantment stone will manage this power and will not let it break the wand.

Yes...this is the right answer.

I will confirm it on the next stop.

*Thud*

Suddenly a sound came and the wagon shaked furiously before stopping.

Everyone woke up and asked the driver about it...

"What happened sir..?"

"The wheel....it's stuck in the snow."

"Oh...Then don't worry...me and my friend here will pull the wheel out of the snow right Ronald...?" Algae said

"Yes..." Ronald said in an confident voice.

They both got down from the wagon and started pushing it and pulling the wheel out of the snow.

But after a while they both failed to do so... because the wagon was very heavy.

"Dad I will help too."

"No..Aaron you don't have to..."

Before Ronald could say anything else Aaron jumped out the wagon and started pushing the wagon.

"This kid..."

"Then let's try again."

Strengthening level.2

Wheel came out easily this time.

Suddenly both of them got shocked that this time the wagon got out without even putting any efforts.

Both of them stared at Aaron.

But then both looked at each other and shaked their heads.

'what am I thinking he is just a six year old kid how could he even move a wagon where even I and algar failed.' Ronald thought.

But they got on the wagon again
