Changes in Tower
Sam took his arm back and moved on to the next opponent.
He walked through like a hot knife through butter. He didn't face any resistance at all. Sam is all too familiar with this feeling. Most of the time, he was way too powerful for his peers of the same cultivation level.
He has been experiencing this since he was living in a very low-level realm like desolate.
He also believed that he would experience some difficulty and resistance as he climbed through the realms and cultivation levels. But to his surprise, it never changed and from the looks of it, it is highly unlikely to change at this point.
But he is looking forward to the day that it does.
The ambush was successful, their goal was not to kill everyone. Even though the White Sand Guard is perfectly capable of doing it and is actually willing to do it, Sam told them otherwise.
They let the opponents escape to the city.
