Carol Goes into Labor

Daran was stumped as to how he could set up a recuperative healing space for the seven SpecTac men plus the one Prince who had managed to infiltrate the place.

They had enlarged Queen Mira's house, but even with the addition of twelve new rooms, there was still barely any available space. 

He was standing in the middle of the three-car-garage, staring at all the cots that he had set up for the SpecTac group when Theo burst in through the connecting doorway.

"Daran!  Come quick!  Your wife is going into labor!"

Throwing everything to the wind, Daran fled through the doorway and ran through the house. 

"Carol!"  He called out.

"Aaaaah!"  He could hear her screaming.

"I'm coming honey.  Hang on!"

Carol was sitting on a chair in the grand foyer, holding onto her belly.  Her face was in a grimace as she tried to roll with the pain.
