A Encounter

Sam was training in the nearby forest, exploring the capabilities of his bone manipulation powers. Suddenly, he heard a commotion nearby and rushed to investigate .He found a guy being hunted by a pack of shadow wolves. The guy's guards had already perished while protecting him, and he was cornered by the wolves.

Sam quickly assessed the situation and decided to act. He closed his eyes and focused his will, feeling the power of the crow flowing through him. He then opened his eyes and uttered a command, "Light stun!"

A bright flash of light erupted from his hand and hit the wolves, momentarily blinding them. Taking advantage of their disorientation, Sam quickly infused his bone spikes with light energy, enhancing their power. He then shouted, "Bone spike barrage!"

The spikes shot out from his fingertips, piercing the wolves' hides and causing them to yelp in pain. Sam continued to barrage them with the bone spikes until they were all lying motionless on the ground.

Sam took this opportunity to rush towards the man and check if he was okay.

The man, whose name was Max, was breathing heavily and clutching his chest. Sam quickly used his heal command to heal his injuries. As he did so, he noticed something strange about Max's aura - he had the power of item creation.

Sam was intrigued by this discovery and struck up a conversation with Max. He learned that Max was the son of a wealthy merchant family and had been sent to the forest to train his abilities. However, his guards had been killed by the shadow wolves, leaving him alone and defenceless.

Despite his prideful nature, Max was grateful for Sam's help and struck up a friendship with him. As they talked, Sam couldn't help but notice the useless-looking divine beast standing by Max's side. Max explained that it was a beast with the power to create items, but it was currently weak and needed to be trained.

As Sam left Max's house after bringing him back , he couldn't shake the feeling that he had just made a new friend. Max's gratitude and admiration for Sam's abilities were evident in the way he spoke to him, and Sam couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth in his heart.

Despite Max's offer to pay him for his services, Sam refused to accept any form of payment. He didn't believe that he had done anything extraordinary, and he certainly didn't want to take advantage of Max's generosity.

However, Max wouldn't take no for an answer. He insisted that Sam deserved to be rewarded for his actions and begged him to accept the money as a token of his gratitude. Eventually, Sam relented and accepted the money, albeit reluctantly.

As he walked away from Max's house, Sam couldn't help but reflect on the events of the day. He had saved someone's life, made a new friend, and earned a small amount of money in the process. It was a strange feeling for him, as he had never really experienced anything like it before.

Despite his reservations about accepting the money, Sam knew that he needed it. He had been surviving on very little for a long time, and the prospect of having some extra cash was too tempting to pass up.

As he made his way back to his humble abode, Sam couldn't help but feel a sense of optimism for the first time in a long time. Maybe things were starting to look up for him after all.
