She knew her words could hurt the girl's sentiments and the efforts that she had put in all these years but she wanted to tell her. Not because she wanted her to remember her pain but because she wanted to see if she was really facing it or just pushing everything onto her forgetfulness.

So, when she heard her say that, she smiled with an expression of regret on her face as she said, "Not all are born smart, some learn with their experiences. Liu Si Si hesitated. Rubbing one ear in nervousness, she closed her eyes to gain some strength before speaking, "The owner of that restaurant wants to go out with me, so he gave me a table at his restaurant today."

Yun Meiyi's brows raised up at her. "So, you agreed to go out with him?"

"Then?" Yun Meiyi would never believe that this could be simple. There was something more and she was waiting for the girl to spill the beans.

Liu Si Si pressed her lips in a thin line and then slowly spoke, "I challenged him. If he could keep his eyes entirely on me all night, I would go on a date with him, otherwise, he would leave me alone. That's a fair deal, I guess. Furthermore, I am not going to accept the free food. I am going to pay the bill, so technically there seems to be no flaw in it."
