“Runi…please don’t care too much on what the General thinks. He doesn’t really care about how I look. Plus, c’mon. We just outran that crazy and scary gang! We should be celebrating!” I told her.

“No, Young Lady. You must be presentable to your husband. It isn’t decent for him to see you with your crumpled hair and dusty feet!” she yelled.

I don’t have any more energy to fight with Runi, so I just let her scrub my back. I don’t like it every time she scrubs my back because she does it aggressively as if she’s trying to peel all my skin off.
