Chapter 9: Reward for Genin Fighter.

Somewhere near the border of land of Fire, toward the Kirigakure, a group of people was running at a high speed.

"Hah...hah, can we...stop for a bit?" Hinata sweated profusely.

"Oh, okay. Let's have a quick break then." said Zokuto.

Neji looked worriedly at Hinata. "Hinata-sama, are you alright?"

"I'm okay Neji-nii. Just a bit tired." replied Hinata.

"Ne Zokuto, are we going to betray Konoha?" asked Naruto.

"No Naruto. We are just going for a 'long term training'." said Zokuto smiling at Naruto.

"Zokuto, is the thing about Obito you talked about is true?" this time, Kakashi was the one asking.

"It's true. He is still alive. However, he is influenced by Madara. He is now secretly collecting Bijuu to improve his power." answered Zokuto.

"Madara!??"

"Who is Madara? And also, who is Obito" Asked Naruto.

"Well, it will take some time to tell the story about them." said Zokuto while looking at Kakashi. "Let's go. We will talk while we run." they then continued their journey.

-The reward for [Genin Fighter] rankers will be now announced.

#Reward for Rank 10: Ticket to see a future scene.

"Huh? Just a ticket? This is useless. Give me something that can make me powerful." complained Natsu, without any reply from the golden screen. He sighed, but still took the ticket. It might came in handy for him in the future.

#Reward for Rank 9: Dojutsu eyes - one tomoe Sharingan.

Haku who was resting below a tree to recover his exhausted and wounded body suddenly felt his eyes itching. A moment later, he felt some changes happened to his eyes. When he looked at his surrounding, the view seems to become clearer. He then created an ice mirror to check the change to his eyes. On the mirror, he could see his eyes already changed into one tomoe Sharingan eyes.

"So, this is Sharingan." murmured Haku. The one tomoe eyes state did not last long and his eyes turned back to the normal. Seeing this, Haku tried to focus his eyes to change into the tomoed state and it changed again into one tomoe sharingan. In this state however, it constantly exhaust his chakra energy, although the usage amount is very little. He stopped using the sharingan and continued his rest.

#Reward for Rank 8: Random Luck card. Rip it to get the reward.

"Random luck? Let's see what will I get."

In Iwagakure,Kurotsuchi was excited when she got her prize. She then ripped the card.

-Ding! Kamizuru Kurotsuchi got contracted to a Tailed Beast Egg (When hatched, it can grow up into an eight tailed Bijuu, Suzaku.)

"Uooohh! That's great. Hahaha! I got something good. Grandpa, look!" Kurotsuchi waved the golden egg and showed it to Onoki.

"Hahaha. Now, we got another Bijuu. With Yonbi, Gobi and this Suzaku, our power will surely increase." Laughed Onoki.

Suddenly, Kurotsuchi tripped and the egg was thrown into the distance.

"Aah!!!" Kurotsuchi.

"Aah!!!" Onoki jumped toward the egg. Fortunately, he managed to catch the big egg before it fall to the ground.

"Fuh..." Onoki and Kurotsuchi wiped the sweat on their forehead.

Pow!

"Brat! You almost ruined the chance for us to grow powerful!" scolded Onoki.

"Grandpa, that egg the egg of a tailed beast. I don't think it will break easily."

"Then why did you scream when the egg almost fall to the ground?"

"Err...ha ha. It's instinctive reaction?"

"Huuh? Are you screwing with me?"

Kurotsuchi ended up getting some harsh talk from Onoki.

#Reward for Rank 7: Dojutsu eye - Byakugan.

In Kirigakure.

In the rebels camp, the meek chojuro suddenly opened his eyes. His newly transformed dojutsu, suddenly made him able to look very far into the distance. Now, he could see the chakra that regulate in his body.

"Oh. So you got a Byakugan like Ao, but yours is a complete one. How do you feel, Chojuro?" Mei Terumi looked at Chojuro's eyes and licked her lips. She was a bit jealous of him for getting those eyes. If she had those eyes, she could peep...no, check any potential man...no, any potential subordinate.

"I feel a little bit uncomfortable, Mei-sama." replied Chojuro.

"Try to get used to it as soon as possible. We will be needing that ability of your new eyes."

"Yes, Mei-sama." Chojuro nodded his head.

#Reward for Rank 6: Dojutsu eye - two tomoe Sharingan.

- Due to the user already inhibited the three tomoe Sharingan, the reward was changed to a one time Dojutsu Advancement card.

In Konoha, Izumi who was waiting excitedly for her reward, suddenly felt her eyes burn like on fire.

"Argh!!" She struggled for a moment before the burning sensation faded away. After that she felt a rush of certain knowledge of Mangekyou abilities. However, she did not try to divulge into the knowledge, instead she found a mirror and checked her eyes. In her eyes, there is a big gear like pupil with three smaller gear like tomoe.

"Is this a Mangekyou Sharingan? Such a weird eye pattern." Izumi tried to deactivate the dojutsu, and like her three tomoe eyes before, she also could deactivate this dojutsu.

#Reward for Rank 5: Two Random Luck.

In Sunagakure.

"Kazekage-sama!!" a guard suddenly crashes into the Kazekage's office.

"You better have a good explaination on why did you ruin the door."

"Forgive me Kazekage-sama. This is an urgent news." The guard kowtowed on his knees.

"Speak."

"Gaara killed the bandit that we put into his room."

"Well, that's good. That's mean, he is starting to be a good tool for killing. It seems to be a good choice to let Kroku train him."

"He also massacred some of our ninja after that."

"Let it be. That is just a small cost for us if we want to own such a powerful killing tool."

"But Kazekage-sama..."

"Did he kill more? If he killed any important ninja, then we can talk and compensate their family."

"No, he stopped killing. Instead, Kroku is the one who killed more."

"Huh!? what going on with that kid?"

"They then disappeared."

"They?"

"Kroku, Temari, Kankuro and Gaara suddenly disappeared."

"WHAT!???"

Inside a tunnel far below the Sunagakure.

"Kroku-nii, that was not necessary, right? Why did you kill those people?" asked the eight year old Temari.

"Ah ah ah ah. I just want to anger that old man." laughed Kroku. "Beside, those guys are the people who eager to make Gaara a killer. It just serve them right."

"This is bad. This is really bad. Father will certainly kill us. Ahh!!" the seven year old Kankuro is having a panic attack.

"Oi Kankuro, stop being a coward."

"But nee-san, we will be in trouble if father find us."

"No worries. He will not find us." Said Kroku.

"Nii-san, what do we do now?" said little Gaara.

"I have a plan. I heard that Konoha is our ally. We will go there to seek shelter."

"But there might be some trouble there. You saw that the golden screen stated that Zokuto, Konoha most powerful Jinchuuriki is a missing nin." said Temari.

Kroku was silence for a moment. "We will go there first. However, we will go there in disguise." After that, Kroku extended the tunnel toward where he thought was the direction of Konoha. Suddenly, a golden ball that transformed into two Random Luck card fall into his hand.

"Random Luck? Rip it to get the reward?" Kroku then ripped the first card.

-Ding! Sabaku Kroku got a blank card. (Blank card has nothing in it.)

"Nothing? No luck huh."

He then ripped the other card.

-Ding! Sabaku Kroku got a summoning contract to a Sand Collosus.

"Hei! I guess I am still lucky after all."

"Nii-san, what is sand collosus?"

"Who knows. We will find out about it later on. Let's go." The Sabaku sibling then continued their little journey.

#Reward for Rank 4: Dojutsu eye - three tomoe Sharingan.

Kimimaro who was still walking somewhere in a forest in Kirigakure stopped in his track. Feeling some itch in his eyes, he closed and rubbed his eyes. Sometime later, he opened his eyes and saw his surrounding become very clear. He could see a bird fly. Looking closer, he could percieve every movement of that bird.

"Sharingan!" Kimimaro is unable to see his own eyes, but he was sure that he got the sharingan. 'This dojutsu should be the one belong to Uchiha. I heard there are some Uchiha in Konoha. Might as well go there. I can learn one or two thing about sharingan over there.' thought Kimimaro. He continued to walk in the forest. Suddenly, he saw a boy resting below a tree. The boy also saw him.

"Yuki Haku!" "Kaguya Kimimaro!"

Reward for Rank 3: Lucky card.

A golden card was received by Neji. He then ripped it.

-Ding! Hyuuga Neji got a one time ressurection card (can be used to resurrect a single person from the dead.)

Upon receiving the card, Neji felt his emotion going wild. This card came a t the right time. With this card, he can resurrect his father who died last year.

(A/N: Neji's father, Hyuuga Hizashi died in place of his twin brother Hyuuga Hiashi. This even happen when the Kumo head ninja tried to kidnap Hinata, but instead got killed by Hiashi. Kumo then requested for the head of Hyuuga to be given to them. In the original story, this happen when Hinata was three years old. With my authority as an author, I change it to when Hinata was five! Muahaha...)

'Thank you golden screen.' Neji bowed toward the golden screen. He and the group then proceeded with their journey.
