Oppai Sect
After getting directions for a local sect which was 5km to the north, I took the path north and was there by nightfall.
Arriving at the gate of the city I was stopped by 2 guards.
"10 bronze for entry to outer district, 10 Silver for Inner"
Reaching my hand into my jacket I take out a full pouch, and take out 10 Silver handing it to the guard.
Taking out another silver I ask "Best place to stay?"
He smiles and responds in a delightful manner "Sir, if I would recommend I would say the Darwins Inn. It has a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and they have the best food in the city!"
Nodding I give him the silver and take the ticket out of the guards hand and walk through the gate. After getting though I wait 20 minutes until a carriage arrives and it takes me through the outer district into the inner.
Looking at the huge pouch full of silver coins I smile, some bandits tried to rob me so I killed them and plundered their loot.
This is the city which hosts the Oppai Sect so even the outer district is flourishing with life, based off the price for inner district which is 100x more I am looking forward to what it will look like.
I was poor in my previous life, Even if I use my money quicker this way I will not live with anything but the best. This is a new start for me.
Feeling the carriage stop I put the pouch inside my jacket while actually putting it into my treasury, just incase someones looking. The driver opens the door and I step out, nodding I go toward the gate into the Inner.
Giving the guard the ticket, he puts his Qi into the ticket and puts it onto a locking mechanism. The door opens and I walk through.
After giving my new carriage driver my destination, the Darwin Inn we set off.
I can say to you that the Inner district is much better than outer, not just appearance but also the intoxicating feeling in the air, it feels like...power.
Yes, just pure power.
I felt it in the outer but it is definitely more dense here.
While testing the Gate of Babylon I know it isn't at its full potential yet, in the anime it could throw weapons at Mach 10 and mine definitely doesn't go that fast.
My theory is it will progress as my cultivation does because there are 9 realms of cultivation according to the bandit.
I am guessing I am at Mach 1.
When I start cultivating and reach the first realm it will go to Mach 2.
And so on.
Arriving at my destination I give my driver one bronze for a tip and head inside the Inn.
"Welcome honoured guest, what may we do for you today?" I hear a sweet voice, looking up at the counter I respond "Just a temporary residence"
"Yes we do that here, how long would you like to stay?"
"1 month"
"Okay would you like to pay upfront or daily. It is 50 bronze a day but If you pay upfront you only have to pay 12 silvers (1200 bronze)"
Reaching into my jacket I pull out my pouch and take out 12 Silver.
"Food included?"
She nods and I finish my transaction.
"May I know your name honoured guest?"
"Gilgamesh"
After she informs me on the run down I head to my room and go to sleep.
It has been one week since I have been to this world, nothing much happened since coming to the city but today my application to become an apprentice of a blacksmith was accepted. For 1 silver a week I can learn from a Master.
Pretty good deal if you ask me, considering I have not worked for my money at all, and I don't plan on ever doing so.
Arriving at the entrance I knock then hear a gruff voice "Gilgamesh?"
"Yes"
"Come in, grab some safety goggles on the way. I am in the back"
The first two days were him teaching me the ways to hit and angles and me watching him demonstrating. He gave me some small projects but they were just too easy.
On the third day was the time I put my teachings to use.
"Okay Gilgamesh, do how I taught you all you'll be fine. You won't get it first try but if you keep trying it will become natural."
Flexing my muscles and establishing a firm grip on the hammer I start smashing.
'Fuck that was hard, but if I am going to create artifacts when I start cultivating I have to have a good foundation.'
Artifacts are weapons infused with qi, they come in many different shapes and sizes and some have special skills, perfect for my gate of Babylon.
If I could have thousands of rank 9 artifact I would be unbeatable. In the mortal world that is, yeah, if this is a cultivation world I am wiling to bet there are god realms and shit. In this realm people can only split seas and destroy mountains, tch, can't even split voids and destory stars yet.
Arriving at the entrance to the Inn I walk inside.
"Gilgamesh how was your day?" Anna, the cashier is also the daughter of the owner of the Inn. Me and her have been flirting lately, she is really hot, with her auburn hair and green eyes on that beautiful face which stands on her perfectly sculpted body just makes her almost perfect.
If it wasn't for her chatty personality she would have been a 10 but sadly nothing is perfect, except me of course.
"It was good, so, do you want to check out my new project, it's in my room?"

It has finally been 1 month, my blacksmithing contract has finished, I am definitly not as good as George but with time I will surpass him. Today is the entrance exam to the Oppai sect, apparently the sect master is in love with boobs so he named his sect after it.
But apart from the name it has a very good reputation in the south green. The teachings are superb and the people are welcoming.
I have tried in my own time to sense qi but apart from that initial feeling of POWER nothing else has happened, I have asked around and apparently everyone in the world can feel the same feeling.
It was only when I asked a disciple of the Oppai sect about it did I get an answer, you have to get an expert to forcefully open the qi channels in someones body.
Such a weird concept, how did the first cultivator start then?
Never mind about my conspiracies I am now at the meeting for people wanting to join.
