Chapter 1: Rachel the pure hearted woman.

Rachel is kind and pure to all her people, she kept helping those people who seem to be needed a hand.

She walking down the streets when she encounters one middle-aged woman, who had bought boxes of fine goods.

"Let me help you, ma'am," Rachel said politely. The middle-aged woman thanks her for helping her brought the fine goods to her cart and to find a cab. And when the woman seat in the cab, she again thanks to her for her kindness.

Rachel waves her hand bid as a farewell to the woman. Then she continues to walk pacing the school grounds.

Rachel entered her room and greeted by her classmate who is waiting for her to arrive.

"Good morning, Rachel!" Liza's her best friend in high school.

"Good morning Rachel! You're half an hour before our class starts." The other girl named Rose her best friend.

"Good morning Liza and Rose, I help the middle woman across the street who bought fine goods, that is why I late half minutes of the class," Rachel said.

"As usual, you always helping someone before yourself" Liza commented.

"That is why we like your attitude and becoming famous here in our school. All the boys are wanted to have in touch by you" Rose added.

"Oh... But I don't have time for that. You see, I need to study first not having a boyfriend." Rachel answered them politely.

"Yeah, you always say that every day," Liza said, and Rose nod in agreement.

"Look, I'm not here just because of finding someone, if there would be someone I get crush into it, it must be his lucky day... But since we are here to study, we should prioritize our studying not having a relationship. Besides, I'm not looking for someone yet. I'm here to study and to learn more" Rachel said after that their homeroom teacher went inside and their class started.

Ever since a little Rachel believes in fairy tales, those creatures and most of all those princes charming. She sometimes believing that the prince charming will be here waiting for her 18th birthday to become his princess and they will be married happily ever after in their castle. Eventually, everything seems to be perfect for her when she suddenly lost in the woods, crying for her loss. She even realizes that she was being haunted by the wolves. She begins to run, run and run just to get to safety but she suddenly fell to the hole making her feet injured. She begins to cry out loud, that someone would hear her crying for help.

She stopped by crying when she knows that it was dark, almost she can't see anything. She's also afraid that someone or any animal would eat her alive. She hugs herself tightly feeling that she was not being saved, afraid that someone doesn't notice that she was gone lost.

After a minute of silence, she heard something cracking like someone is breaking the trees or branches. She shouts that someone might hear her calling for help. Turns out it did, someone heard her. The cracking sound begin to stop making noise at first Rachel thought that someone is leaving her again so she shouts again saying "Please help me, someone! I fell to the small cliff and I can't get myself up. Please help me" She thought that no one will save her but then there's a tree branch hanging on the wall looks like it was here to help her. She begins to climb but she remembers her one foot got swollen.

"I-I can't climb in these branches my foot got an injury," she said. Then something grabs her waist pulling her up away to the cliff.

Once she was now saved she looks at who save her. And realize it was not a person, not the animal who chasing her. It was a beautiful creature, have wings, one tail, a big body, and looking at her mysteriously. Its eyes black with a red pupil. She touches the creature's face it's not that smooth but slippery. But then the creature run to her, she wanted to say thanks but the people already found her. Her parents cried out loud being so worried about her.

After that day, she begins to believe in creatures. She can't forget that creature but she seems to be amazed by how that creature saves her life instead of killing her but the dragon saves her.

Now all she knows that not all dragons are scary, dangerous, and killer. What all people know about dragons is wrong, they just here to protect, defend their selves, and to save their kinds. They're making wrong accusations to the dragons so all the humans have to be afraid of them. She can't believe how cruel was her kind not that creature. If only there's a way for her to help them and to make her kind realize that all dragons can be tame, can be their pets.

Yeah, she knows somehow that dragons can cause so much damage. But, she knows that all dragons will do everything to save them. If only there's a way for her to save their kinds.

Afternoon and it's their time to go home, Liza and Rose bade their goodbye to Rachel as she walks down the opposite side of the lane. She is walking down the streets when she notices some people are gossiping about something. She didn't realize that she was entering where all the people crowded in one place. She looks to where all the people looking and finds out that a store nearby to their streets has something strange creature are inside.

"Uhh, Miss, can I ask? What is going on here?" Rachel asks the lady ahead of her. The lady looks not that old maybe in her 50's of age. She is wearing a V-neck t-shirt and long pants pairing her leather shoes.

"There is gossip around saying that creature is big, and almost eating anything in that store." She said then pointing out a middle-aged woman who is silently crying while looking at the store.

"That woman is the owner of that store, who's already eaten by that monster. All the authorities haven't known what kind of monsters was inside of that store. Some say it was a demon, some say it was a giant dog. But it has wings, and also its head like a long neck dinosaur a long time ago" She added.

As the woman describes what was the people around them talking she has a clue what was that monster. But she needed more details before she believes in what she was thinking all along.

"Does that monster, have an ear like a bunny? I mean, does it has big ears?" Rachel asks but the woman shrugs her shoulder saying that she hasn't known it either.

Rachel was dismay of the woman responded to her, she can't understand but someone's telling her to follow her instincts. Without any doubt, she across the lane hanging to all people around them, and passed all the police officers are guarding that store. Some people shouting at her saying to 'come back!' or saying 'don't go in there' but she never listens to them. She wanted to know if this creature was the creature who saved her life. But then... She was about to open the store when she stood there frozen.

In her thoughts "What if this creature was not the creature she knows? What if this creature was a real demon?" She steps back but she accidentally steps on one small branch make a cracking noise-causing that creature to look in her direction.

*crack noise*

Rachel suddenly stood there frozen, her heartbeat starts to pump faster nervously. The creature ahead of her was big, it's head was like a snake, it's body size of an elephant, it's tail had a poisonous sting. That creature was eating humans. Rachel didn't know how to make a noise, or sound calling for help. She just stood there frozen her feet can't move an inch.

She knew by now, that it was too late for her to save. No one can save her in danger, not in front of this creature.

The creature starts to swing its body gesturing that it was walking slowly in her direction. Rachel thinking what if is she runs? But she knew if once she runs that creature will come after her to eat her. Rachel swallows the lump of her throat trying to shout but still no sound coming from her voice.

A minute later the creature was now in front of Rachel and looking at this creature scared was written all over her face. She knew that this would be her last day, if only she listen to those people who were near outside this would never happening to her.

The creature slowly opens its mouth and it was about to eat her, but just like a hero the dragon sense her in danger. The dragon suddenly appears in front of her and save her from this creature. Rachel realizes that the dragon trying to save her is the dragon who cures its wounds. It looks like the dragon was trying to save her again!

Rachel begins to realize how dangerous where she was, she begins to run outside of the store not interfere with the dragon trying to fight against this monster.
