[LexCorps]

Raven stood outside the LexCorps building, her gaze fixed on the imposing structure. It had been a scene of unimaginable horror just hours ago, with the alien creatures running rampant and causing chaos. She knew she had to act swiftly to ensure there were no survivors still trapped inside.

With a focused expression, she extended her hand, and a swirling portal of darkness began to form before her. The shadows coalesced and grew until it became a gateway to the interior of the building.

Before stepping through, she sent a mental message to Robin and the rest of the Titans, updating them on the situation.

"I'm entering LexCorps now to check for survivors and deal with the aliens. Keep me updated on your end."

Without waiting for a response, she stepped through the portal and into the darkened interior of LexCorps.

[Inside LexCorps]

The inside of LexCorps was a scene of devastation. Broken glass, overturned furniture, and scorch marks covered the floors and walls. It was clear that a fierce battle had taken place here, and the remnants of that battle were scattered throughout the area.

Raven's eyes scanned the surroundings, her senses on high alert. She had to be cautious; there was no telling if any of the alien creatures were still lurking nearby.

As she moved deeper into the building, she began to detect faint sounds, muffled cries for help. Following the sounds, she soon came upon a group of terrified survivors huddled in a corner.

There were several employees, their faces pale with fear, and even a few security personnel who had managed to survive the onslaught. They stared at Raven with a mix of relief and disbelief as she approached.

"It's going to be okay," She assured them, her voice calm and reassuring. "I'm here to help."

"Behind you!"

Raven swiftly turned around at the warning, her cloak billowing as she did so. She had barely a moment to react as one of the black alien creatures lunged at her from the shadows, its metallic exoskeleton gleaming in the dim light.

With a quick, fluid motion, Raven summoned her dark energy, forming a protective barrier just in time to intercept the creature's attack. The alien's razor-sharp claws struck against the barrier, the clash of forces sending sparks flying.

The survivors gasped at the sight of the monstrous creature, their fear renewed. They had witnessed the horrors these creatures were capable of, and now they saw one up close.

Raven's eyes remained focused as she maintained the barrier, preventing the creature from breaking through. Her voice was unwavering as she addressed the survivors.

"Stay back and stay quiet. I'll handle this."

With a surge of her power, she pushed the creature back, creating a forceful wave of energy that sent it crashing into the nearby wall. The alien struggled to regain its footing, hissing and clicking menacingly.

She wasted no time as she summoned arcs of dark magic, razor-sharp and deadly, slicing through the alien creature. The creature emitted a guttural screech of pain and anger as it was torn apart, green acid-like blood splattering across the floor.

The survivors watched in awe and horror as Raven swiftly dispatched the creature. Her cloak flowed ominously around her, casting eerie shadows in the dimly lit corridor.

Once the threat had been eliminated, Raven turned back to the survivors, her expression calm but determined. "Is everyone okay? Can you walk? We need to get out of here."

One of the security personnel nodded, his voice trembling as he spoke, "Get out? Where? There are swarms of those aliens running around."

One of the doctors said, "These aliens are breeding on us." She pointed at the couple of dead bodies near the hallways, with busted chests. "We don't know what's going on, their chest just busted out of nowhere, and new aliens walked out... They matured in a matter of minutes..."

[Bang!] [Bang!] Sounds of gunfire and explosions were coming from the upper floors.

"Any idea where they come from?" Raven asked.

"No... They appeared out of nowhere and started killing everyone," The female doctor answered.

"There's something you should know," An old man spoke up. He was sitting under the desk all this time and listening to them, "Last night, they brought two containers and took them to the underground experiment room. And they were big enough to hold monsters of this size." He pointed at the dead alien. "If those aliens were inside them... then they must have somehow escaped from there..."

'Lex Luthor,' Raven clenched her fists, 'You won't get out of it this time.'

She opened a portal outside the building.

"This will take you out." She said. "Get to safety and leave things to me."

The survivors nodded, their gratitude evident in their expressions. They wasted no time in hurrying through the portal, eager to escape the nightmare that had unfolded within LexCorps.

As the last survivor stepped through the portal, Raven's attention turned back to the ongoing sounds of gunfire and explosions from the upper floors. She knew that the threat wasn't over, and there were still more of those creatures to deal with.

She flew through the walls as a thin purple energy covered her body and made her way up.

She arrived on one of the upper floors to find a group of LexCorps security personnel engaged in a fierce firefight with the alien creatures. The security team was holding their ground, but it was clear that they were outnumbered and struggling to contain the threat.

There were twenty of those black shiny aliens.

Without hesitation, Raven raised her hands, summoning her dark magic. With a wave of her hand, she sent a barrage of shadowy projectiles hurtling toward the approaching alien creatures. The projectiles struck their targets with deadly accuracy, causing the creatures to screech in agony as they dissolved into smoky wisps.

Then, she turned toward the security personnel.

"You abandoned the workers to protect what?" Raven's voice echoed in the confined hallway, "What are you hiding behind that metal door?"

Her voice held a stern and commanding tone as she questioned the security personnel. She had little patience for those who had prioritized their own safety over that of the workers, especially considering the dire situation.

The security personnel exchanged uneasy glances before one of them, a burly man with a nervous expression, stepped forward.

"We were tasked with guarding the classified research on this floor," he explained, his voice tinged with anxiety. "We didn't know those things would come alive like that. We're trying to contain the situation, but it's getting out of hand. Fuck! They are after that thing..."

Raven's gaze bore into him as she pressed for more information. "Classified research? Explain?" Her eyes glowed with a purple hue under her dark hood.

The man hesitated for a moment, clearly conflicted about revealing sensitive information. But the urgency of the situation seemed to override his reservations. He wasn't paid to see his allies dying a meaningless death, just to satisfy some mad scientist's interest.

"There's... there's a project in there," he admitted, his voice low. "I ain't a scientist but they brought two frozen pods last night and a new crystalized pod today... It has these unnatural signs and glowy thingy. I don't know."

Raven's eyes narrowed. Whatever LexCorp had been working on, it had not only unleashed these alien creatures but also put countless lives at risk.

But a question rose in her mind, 'Why didn't our radar capture anything?'

"Open the door," Raven instructed firmly, her authority leaving no room for argument.

[Far away] [A shopping plaza's roof]

Deadshot, perched in a nearby building with his sniper rifle aimed at Raven, listened carefully to Lex Luthor's orders. His specialized eyepiece displayed Luthor's face, the billionaire's expression stern and filled with urgency.

"Deadshot, I need you to eliminate everyone on that floor before they open that door," Luthor's voice crackled over the communication device. "I can't afford for our research to be exposed. Take them out."
