3 Battle With The Criminals 2

Chapter 3

Kim Shik had no idea that it was more than just a battle, but that there were secrets buried around and a huge amount of gold loaded. He went to find his wife, knowing that was the trap for him, but found the secrets, which were hidden from everyone.

A criminal's chief had the opportunity to go after Kim from behind while he was deep in thought. However, Kim was sharp and had seen his reflection on his sword as he approached him from behind. Kim encountered his attack. 

They both were eager to win while moving steadily around the area. He pointed the sword at Kim because Kim was a little slower in his attack. That was the end of the fight. Kim was severely injured and exhausted.

Another bandit brought Kim's wife, Sun Ah, and Kim was trying to keep his emotions in check when Sun Ah began to cry. Kim made a concerted effort to gain control of his emotions.

Because the Chief of the Bandits had Kim's neck under his sword and Kim's life in his grasp, the criminal's chief advised the military to lay down their weapons. The military did not move; it waited for Kim's order, dropped the weapons, and returned to Kim's order.

Even at Kim's worst, he was not on the losing side. The chief knew that killing Kim was not a good use for them; however, he did warmly greet the enormous shark of the sea. In exchange for Sun Ah's life, the chief asked Kim to turn his eyes blind toward them.

Without further ado, Kim agreed to their every request, on one condition. Kim had a history with Sub-Ji, the most impressive lawbreaker and the posse's second mainstay. He murdered a large number of Kim's friends and soldiers. Kim wanted him. 

The criminal's chief knew that being Kim's adversary would cause them great pain. The criminal chief agreed and abandoned Sub-Ji on the spot for the sake of the gathering's success.

The criminal's chief realized Kim was the ruler of the sea and that the massive shark had taken care of itself by eating small fish like them.

He had taken a stab at conflicting with Kim previously, but this was the first time the chief had arranged for the shark to no longer be its food.

The Criminal Chief betrayed his accomplice Sub Ji by remaining solid after dealing with Kim for so long. He pursued an adjustment in the hope of being freed from a curse like Kim Shik.

Sub-Ji called his men together for a meeting. The chief was surprised when Some of the criminals were raising their swords against their chief. 

Chief had been misjudged for so long, believing that no one would oppose him. He now knew who was still with him and who was the true adversary in his group.

While Kim and his military were watching, the bandits started another battle inside the gathering.

If you are unable to fight the most powerful enemies, simply divide them into two groups; by doing so, you have broken the pillar upon which the organization was built.

That's what Kim did that day: He controlled both of his solid adversaries and betrayed them to keep them weak. Kim played his cards perfectly.

When both newly turned enemies killed a large number of people, Kim ordered his military to kill them all. They remained in smaller numbers and were a clear target for the military.

The military killed everyone while Sub Ji disappeared with Sun Ah. When the Chief realized he had no choice but to return to Sub Ji, not even Sub Ji would accept him back.

The critical areas of strength had already been broken. The limit had already been reached. There was no choice but to proceed. Everyone was trying to save themselves.

Kim was looking for Sun Ah, but there was no sign of her. He returned to the gold-laden room. The criminal's leader approached from behind to attack unexpectedly. 

That was his best chance to kill Kim when there was no military nearby. But Kim was the man who never let anyone hurt him.

The Chief was losing the battle, laying on the floor with blood all over his body after a long and erratic battle, and Sub Ji brought Sun Ah in front of Kim Shik. 

Kim raised his blade to kill the chief, but Sub Ji was holding Sun Ah and endangering her life. Kim had no choice but to stop helplessly at that point. The chief laughed at Kim. Sun Ah's eyes were filled with tears and fear; she didn't believe in Kim. 

Chief and Sub-Ji were enemies, but for a brief moment, they were on the same side, oblivious to the consequences of their actions.

They reasoned that Kim had no choice but to beg for Sun Ah's life at his most vulnerable. Sub-Ji was constantly threatening him.

"Come and get her," Sub Ji teased.

"I haven't arrived for her; I'm here for you," Kim said flatly.

Kim stabbed the Chief with his sword while stunned Sub Ji moved his knife to cut Sun Ah's throat, but he was severely injured and fell to the ground in agony when Kim threw his blade on his knee, and the blade passed through and left a cut on Sub Ji's leg. 

Kim knew why Sun Ah seemed frustrated rather than cheerful. She despised the fact that Kim was the commander because she wanted her husband to be a normal, decent guy living a normal life like everyone else, but Kim never gave her that life.

Standing up for justice and protecting the innocent was always difficult; Kim was too dedicated to his job, which Sun Ah despised.

"How about we take a walk?" Kim Shik proposed.

But she didn't move, and the odd silence between them continued.

"Are you happy?" Sun  Ah, disheartened, inquired.

"This isn't the place," Kim said as he avoided making eye contact with her.

At the same time, Sub Ji attacked Kim. They both got into a fight and were thirsty for each other's blood.

They were both blinded by their desire for each other's death. 

Kim was running toward Sub Ji, but he stepped aside as Kim got closer; Kim unintentionally stabbed Sun Ah when she was standing behind Sub Ji already. 

Kim stabbed the woman they set a trap for him to fall into—the woman Kim came to save.
