6 Face slapping

A gentle tap from behind brought Ning Xi back to reality.

She turned to face a short beautiful girl, brown-haired with white skin and dressed in a short black mini skirt, black top and black sneakers.

"Ning Xi what's wrong? You seemed to be in a daze and I tapped you for long before you came back to reality, did something happen?", The girl seemed worried.

"Nothing!", Ning Xi washed her face briefly and walked away.

"Wait! Your lips seem swollen and red...tell me... did anyone...", Ming You's eyes widened as she was about to end her sentence.

"Scram!", Ning Xi blurted out and walked away.

"..."

'I was only going to ask if someone had hurt her, why did she have to get annoyed?'

Ming You was astonished, what had gone wrong? Ning Xi had really changed, everything about her just seemed so different all of a sudden.

Ming You paused and looked at the back figure of Ning Xi, Ning Xi had a really perfect figure and the one which stood out the most was her excellent face.

No one in the school could compare to her extreme beauty and sometimes she felt jealous of Ning Xi.

Ning Xi entered the class wearing a black mask, everyone took a brief glance at her and went back to whatever they were doing.

Ning Xi felt at ease, luckily she had found a mask in her backpack so no one would know her lips were swollen.

'That damn guy! He's really got some guts to steal a kiss from me! My first kiss!'

The class felt noisy so Ning Xi laid her head on the desk and within a few minutes she had fallen asleep already.

The next time Ning Xi woke up was when someone was tapping her shoulders violently, she slowly opened her eyes and lifted her head to look at whoever was disturbing her sweet sleep, it was none other than Ming You.

"Ning Xi you've slept for so longe and it's now time for lunch, let's go have lunch, come on", Ming You grabbed Ning Xi's hands and pulled her away.

Ning Xi and Ming You took their Lunch from the canteen and sat down to eat at a corner where nobody would disturb them.

"Ning Xi do you also feel like today's food tastes really good?", Ming You asked but Ning Xi did not respond because she was not interested.

"Ning Xi why does it seem like you have changed? I'm not being nosy but in the past, though you didn't like to talk much at least you seemed much more like an introvert but now... you seem just like a normal person, I don't know how to explain but I can see you have changed and it's so shocking for you to just change so massively within just a weekend of two days!, tell me, what happened", Ming You stopped eating and turned to look at Ning Xi expectantly but there was still no response. She sighed and ate in silence.

"Has anyone noticed that Ning Xi seems to have changed?", a voice sneered.

"Yes I noticed it too, her aura has turned cold", another voice responded.

"I wonder why... does she think she can become like one of us ?", the girl who spoke first spoke , this person was none other than Su Lan.

This girl always liked to bully the previous Ning Xi.

"That's a joke right? One of us? Don't make me puke Su Lan, no matter how much that b*tch changes she can never become like one of us!", this voice belonged to Yui Ba, an acquaintance of Su Lan.

Unbeknownst to them Ning Xi could hear whatever they were saying, she felt like going over there and beating them up!

Four years ago she had left her adopted family the Su family and followed the Ning family because she wanted to become a rich girl like others, although it was the previous Ning Xi who did that it felt like she was the one.

The previous Ning Xi had not appreciated the Shen family and abandoned them.

"I bet she comes from a poor background and is ashamed to show parents and that is why we've never seen her parents!", Yui Ba teased and looked over at Ning Xi.

Ning Xi was now fuming with anger. In the blink of an eye Ning Xi stood up and walked toward Bai Yu.

"What did you just say? Repeat whatever you said just now!", Ning Xi leaned towards Bai Yu, her voice soft but cold, Bai Yu could not help but at Ning Xi's tone however she tried to control herself, Ning Xi was just scaring her and could do nothing to her.

"What? did I touch your sore part? Fine, I'll repeat what I said, I said your family are poor and dirty and that's why you're ashamed to show them...", however before Bai Yu could complete her sentence she was thrown to the ground violently.

*slap! *slap!

Ning Xi lifted her chin up and slapped Bai Yu countless times.

"Ouch...ouch...my body hurts",Bai Yu groaned in pain and tried to stand but she couldn't out of massive pain.

"You! How dare you slap me?", Bai Yu held her cheeks in pain and choked on her tears.

"Ning Xi! How dare you!", Su Lan got up immediately, she was extremely shocked from whatever she had just witnessed.

Ning Xi snorted and walked back to her seat ignoring Su Lan as if she never existed.

Ming You stared at Ning Xi with widened eyes and an 0-shaped mouth which was almost salivating from extreme shock.

What kind of a new Ning Xi was this? She loved it.

"I'm leaving!", Ning Xi announced and turned around and left.

Ming You stood up to follow Ning Xi but immediately stopped in her tracks and then she turned to look at Bai Yu.

"Gosh! You look like an old rag!", Ming You laughed out loud.

Ming then followed behind Ning Xi hurriedly.
