1 Andromeda

The Mother Planet looks better now compared to a few years ago. Ever since some of the residents went for an expedition from the planet Earth, it seems to look better now.

Andromeda is now the newly crowned queen of the Mother Planet. She's thankful that she's back in her home. Although she had good memories of Earth, she still prefers to stay on her own planet.

As the Mother Planet continues to heal, she's confident that her people will continue to strive. Their ordeal with finding another planet to live in has needed. They don't have to do that anymore since everything seems to be going well now.

As the new queen, she has to make sure that everything is in order. They have to destroy all the space vehicles that had been used before. It's hard to tell that nobody will be tempted to use them to get to another planet to explore.

They were able to fix the damage they have caused on Earth. Nobody knows about it except for their human friends Anika and Astro. So it should remain a mystery for the other humans.

Queen Andromeda sighs deeply as she changed her position while she remained seated On her throne. She missed those humans a lot. Even though they were light-years away, she still wonders whatever happened to them.

She stood up and looked directly at her throne. She had it customized to look precisely from the Game of Thrones. It's a series that she's watching before when she's still stationed on Earth.

She decided to walk straight to the palace balcony. Seeing this city, they called The Star Princess makes her remember her best friend. Her name was Princess Star. She was the daughter of the star King and Queen before she became one.

It looks very futuristic compared to other cities around the Mother Planet. The translucent skyscrapers can give way to other buildings that needed to be used at the moment. There are no vehicles anymore since they have teleportation devices already.

It's a great idea since there is no more traffic and there's no pollution that they are trying to avoid. The Mother Planet is still in the healing process. They can't afford to do any more damage or, they might end up needing to high jack another planet to move in.

The elders are still looking into the possibility of invading Mars. However, it will create another conflict with Earth since they are also checking Mars as their future home.

But she's more focused on the survival of their planet. Sure, it can be their Plan B if something went wrong. But looking out right now makes her feel more confident that their world will go back to the way it used to be.

"Ehem...You Majesty?"

The Queen almost jumps by surprise. She's in deep thoughts, and hearing somebody talking behind her is very surprising. She turned around to see who it is.

It's General Capri. He's also new to his position just like the queen. They were both inaugurated to be the new leaders of the Mother Planet after their ordeal from Earth.

"Yes, General, do you have something to report?" the queen asked.

The general's head is still bowed down as a sign of respect for the queen. Andromeda chuckled a bit. Capri is her life partner, and they were bestowed to get married in time.

She remembered him when they were kids. But look at him now, he's a very tough type of general for their planet.

"Your Majesty, Earth contracted a virus from Mars from one of their explorations. The humans who went there brought a deadly virus back. I'm afraid that they will be facing the apocalypse soon."

Andromeda's smile disappeared. She felt like she was splashed with cold water….very cold icy water since she felt as if her face and hands went numb.

Her friends are there. Well, they were the former prince and princess's vessels before, back from Earth. But since the transformation was not successful, these humans survived their species. Now, the entire planet Earth is in her hand to protect.

Because of that mistake that her species did, they in debt to these humans. It's their job to protect them from other planetary attacks if there's one.

Although it looks like these humans can't wait to get attacked, they went to Mars and brought trouble home. Now, Mother Planet's time to repay that debt. They need to save Earth from extinction.

But how can they even do that if they were banned from Earth? If they send the troops now, they might get attacked. Earth was able to do that with another planet from another galaxy. They nuke them before reaching the Earth.

How can they save a planet whose already paranoid about its neighboring planets? It's a tricky way to help humans, but they must. Their species are alive because of this planet even they have no clue how they helped.

Queen Andromeda suddenly uttered…."Anika…"

"Did you say something, Your Majesty?" General Capri asked.

The queen looked up at him. She's now sitting on her throne. She thought that this throne must have been made so that whoever sits there can think of a solution.

"Capri, you need to find Anika and Evan. They are the only humans that we can trust. Bring them here right away. Just do it discreetly. We dont want to alert the other humans of our visit."

"What if they resist my Queen?" the general asks.

"Just tell them Andie wants to see them." the Queen smiled as if remembering the old times back from Earth.

General Capri bows in respect and leaves the queen's chambers.

The queen gets up from her throne and looks outside her window. The Mother Planet will soon be named after her. But they need to rescue the humans first and hold off the celebration for now.

"Andromeda, nice name for a planet." the queen whispers to herself.

But then again, what's happening to Earth bothers her. They need to save the poor planet or their species that are there will not survive the apocalypse that's about to happen.
