As I was making plans on what to do with the people that Get would bring, I stopped in mid-track as I remembered something.

"Geth, did you do something with information about Leviathans?"

I asked Geth as I completely forgot about these space squids, not truly space squids as they looked as ones, plus they lived underwater sooo...

"Negative mother Mera, you wanted us not to act as their psionic powers are too strong for the moment."

Geth said and I stopped, psionic?

Come to think of it, yea the Leviathan's powers look too much like psionic than biotic...

Hmmm.

"How did you came to the conclusion that they have psionic powers Geth?"

I asked as I looked at the multiple data that Geth showed to me.

"That would be their natural mind power that seems to be created by natural evolution and not technology as Reaper indoctrination."

Hmm, yea how come such organisms can even build something, I mean look at them how can they create anything, they don't have hands, they have nothing that you need to make more complicated things...

Maybe they use their biotic/psionic with what they move and build things, but again just what would they need to build? They were already apex predators in their world, they didn't need technology for anything, not with their powers and as such...

So why, how could they even leave their world?

Wait...

Why would they leave the world if they in the first place didn't even know about the outside world?

Species like Leviathans don't have the same needs as other races that are more suited for building...

The sole way for them to even know what technology is if some fucker showed it to them...

So it isn't a distant possibility to think that someone crashed or visited their world and thus fallen under Leviathan mind control, giving them access to technology and knowledge about the outside world.

And with their inflated ego of being top dogs seeing a galaxy of space-faring races that are weaker than them but are leaders of galaxy surely rubbed them wrong...

So, of course, they would choose to enthrall them...

"Geth, don't move near Despoina, at least not yet..."

I said to Geth, who nodded their heads, In truth, I didn't know what to think about the creators of Reapers, their thinking process was soo different to any species I had access to.

And in truth im more worried about Leviathans than about Reapers, you know how the saying goes, better Devil, you know than the unknown.

"Understood mother Mera, should We create a base on the furthest planet of the Despoina solar system?"

Geth asked and I nodded.

"Yea do that, and just in case, send two fleets, but not any Geth, control it remotely, just in case these fuckers tried to take control of you."

I said as the psionic ability is big to unknow to us for now.

"Acknowledged mother Mera."

Haaah being serious is such tiresome...

"Mother Mera we received a message."

Geth said and I quirked my eyebrow in curiosity, normaly Geth took care of all messages in my stead and tel me just when someone important contact me.

"So? From who? Wrex? Citadel? Humans? Fleet?"

I asked possible candidates and Geth shook head, huh they started adopting more and more organic quirks.

"No, it is from pre-space civilization you dubbed as Furry paradise, it seems that one of their long-range telescopes found out our observation post and thus tried to contact us for some time unsuccessfully as we received their message just now."

Wait...

"How? I mean you monitored them, how come you didn't know about their tries to contact us?"

I asked Geth who looked at me as if they looked at idiot...

Which im if to compare to Geth, but then who wasn't right?

"We observed their tries, but we chose to ignore them until they would be successful as you wished for us to not interfere into their affairs."

Huh...

Wait for a fucking minute.

"I remember that I said too that you shouldn't be found."

I said to Geth who now looked at the ground, they genuinely do their best to imitate organic behavior...

"That was an error on our part, mother Mera, we miscalculated their power to observe such distant objects with such precision."

Geth said and I just stared dumbly, I almost forgot that even Geth are prone to mistakes, a very dangerous fact I have nearly forgotten...

"Uh, you know what don't be sad, anybody can error from time to time."

I said as I hugged the Geth platform before me, that was just a copy of me...

It felt strange...

"So, what was the message."

I asked Geth who replayed the message to me.

On the screen was showed a humanoid person, truly body was similar to human just covered in fur, and their face was a mix of human and fox, more fox-like with fur and muzzle of standart fox, and these ears, now I truly felt the need to pet them...

"H-hello? I-im president of UFP United Fox People, please, if you heard this message, I ask you to not to attack us, we are a peace loving race and wish no harm to do to you or done to us, if you hear this message, please contact us, we truly wish to know our fellow sapients, and maybe exchange our traditions and histories."

I truly get vibes of space hippies, and I thought Asari are ones...

Now that I think of it, their entire culture reminds me of Nox from stargate.

Zero wars, almost zero crime, true utopia...

But that timidness was pretty dangerous for their people, at least Asari understood the need of force to maintain peace, but these fox guys seem to be completely obvious of such a thing.

Then again, if they never had wars, then such thinking was probably beyond them...

"Geth, contact them, and tell them ambassador will visit their world shortly."

I said and was quite excited to do the first contact with a race that was completely obvious of bias against Geth or Citadel council laws, hm...

What if...

If Citadel has Asari as diplomats and peace loving hippies, then...

Then why shouldn't I have my own ones?

And from the look of it the foxes are capable of rivaling Asari in their exotic beauty.

And to say what would humans say after they find out about them...

Maybe I should record the entire contact situation and sent it to humans who would think it was just good animation...

I screamed at Geth as I took pirate captain hat and made my way to my ship that was ready the moment I uttered the command to Geth.

They truly are lucky the one who found them was us and not Batarians...

Just to imagine what price their race would have if batarians found them made me clench my hands.
