Michael and Daniel were both stunned by the teenager's sudden approach. Experiencing apocalypse for five years, they had long been seen someone as pampered as this.

Long dark hair hanging down on both sides, with several gems clips on the edges, his face seems crafted by the god and even the slight changes on his expression could trample one another.

Gorgeous to the point of outrageous.

But however, this era was contaminated by disasters and seeing such unusual things, like this boy as if came out of the painting, they couldn't help but find it strange.

Although infatuated, Daniel secure the gun on his side and look at sideways to observe his captain's expression.

Perhaps Michael wasn't that fascinated by the youth's beauty, and coldly raised his gun and aimed at the youth's head, asking fiercely.

"Who are you?"

Maybe the youth wasn't accustomed to the man's toned and his eyes instantly turned red, transparent tears held in the corner, seemingly aggrieved and mad. He tightened the gun on his hand and give him more fierce look, "I want to ask again, who are you?"

The red clothed youth trembled, "I-I am Qiao Chen..."

"What are you doing here?"

Qiao Chen tilted his head as if bewildered by his question. The path was very dark, but his skin seems glowed in luster, the red fabric enveloped his body perfectly, highlighting his almost transparent skin. His emerald eyes shook.

"I-I'm with my brother... but I don't know why I get here."

Both men looked at each other. Brother? Is this youth's brother so powerful that they can stay in this area? If that's the truth then possibly that's explain why this young man seems didn't experience the apocalypse but according to their investigation, there are no other individuals living in this area.

"Captain?" Daniel called. Although, he likes beauties like the one in front of him, he wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger once his captain issued a command.

Survival was more important than keen enjoyment. If it weren't for the apocalypse, Daniel will surely pursue this stunning beauty. How unfortunate. Thinking about this, he couldn't help but give another look at the juvenile.

Michael took a deep breath and put away his gun. He didn't filter the displeasure in his tone, "You can follow us until we find your brother."

Qiao Chen eyes lit up. He moved forward and put his hands into the man's covered hands, shaking happily, "Really? Do you really know how to find my brother?"

Michael moved away faintly, seemingly uncomfortable by the sudden close contact. But there is some itchiness in his heart that was quite strange.

Daniel, on the other hand, took the beauty into his sides, "Beauty, don't get too close to our Captain. He hates having close contact with people!"

Qiao Chen nodded and looked at Michael again. Even this brother was handsome and huge, he couldn't compare to his own brother at all. And thinking about that, he couldn't help but to feel nervous.

This is the first time that he went out without his brother's permission... now he wanted to go home.

Both parties introduced their selves. Daniel only does the talking while Michael faintly answered brief question. They resumed to their task and went out from that dark path. Strangely, they couldn't find any man-eating creature along the way. It is expected that they couldn't fully eliminate those creatures, but what's wrong now? Why there are no zombies in the opposite road?

"Xiao Chen you don't have a weapon to protect yourself, use this temporary. When that creature shown up, immediately press this button." Daniel handed Qiao Chen a small gun. He couldn't help but to looked at Qiao Chen again. At this time, it is pretty rare to see such a pure child.

Qiao Chen looked at the mini gun confusingly. He couldn't understand this brother's words clearly. And what about protect himself? Why would he protect himself? From whom? Even though, confused, he still accepted the gun.

He looked around and saw that this place was familiar. This is the way to his and his brother's home! He was relieved and excited.

Michael's gazes drifted from him, "Do you know this way?"

"Yes, this way is to our home."

It is strange. Very, very strange. No matter how much they think, they couldn't determine why there is such a carefree child. It even looks like he was not aware of the danger in this world and was still the ignorant child who was living in a peaceful time.

As they go nearer and nearer from their destination, they were unable to find a slight trace of monster along the way. There is no blood or corpses in the road, as if it all being cleaned up.

As their confusion maxed up, Michael paused and opened his communicator. But oddly, no one answered on the other line. He tried again and it was still the same. His eyes pierced directly at the innocent young man, and a sudden postulation merged in his heart. His covered hands slid down to his waist where his killer gun was located and was ready for the incoming attack.

They stopped at the giant gate of the hospital. Qiao Chen normally opened the gate with the keys on his sleeves and urged them to enter like this place was really his home. The hospital was huge, and the exterior was western with a touch of nobility from south-east. Unfortunately, the apocalypse happened which caused this place to undergo several changes. Perhaps, no one was cleaning the places and only a small partial of the place were cleaned. But unusually, the garden of the hospital seems being taken care of. There are small swings and slides in the center, and few decorations from the sides. Green scenery filled the overall place.

"Captain..?" Daniel called out nervously.

Michael nodded and observed the teenager on his front. He couldn't pull the trigger immediately just by his thoughts, if this young man would attack them, he was already prepared.

The infatuation on Daniel's heart for the teenager almost drained out. He couldn't help shaking his legs unnaturally. This place was strange, so as the youth beside him.

For all of this, Qiao Chen remained oblivious and lead them all the way to the front desk. He talks about how he and his brother explored the hospital by themselves and tells that this is the first time he saw someone aside from his brother.

Michael and Daniel were both caught off guard when a mysterious force hit them almost the same time. They rolled on the ground several meters, Michael had the stronger physique and that force only startled him. He stood up and face that force that came from nowhere. His line of vision only saw a red figure appearing on his side, attacking him consecutively, not stopping in the middle. He bit his lips and stifled a painful groan.

So fast!

So fast that he almost couldn't see the figure attacking him!

"Brother!" A sweet and childish voice stopped them. This allows Michael to see what was attacking him and almost shocked to function.

How come...

He expected that it was a monster, but he was not aware that it turned out to be a living person! Then what is that inhumane strength?!

The figure in front of him was wearing an ancient red dress but unlike Qiao Chen who was surely wearing a dress, this one was probably a man's robe and clothes. He was tall, a few centimeters taller than him and his skin was pale, not as pale as Qiao Chen. His had traces of grayish color and his facial features was very handsome and three-dimensional. A long scar touches his left eye which added a touch of fierceness and the expression on his eyes was blank.

Qiao Chen hurriedly ran towards the man and embraced him quickly, "Brother, woo~ I know I was wrong. I should've follows brother and didn't try to go out. Brother woo~"His cries and tears couldn't restrain the coldness on the man's eyes.

The man turned around and face the beautiful youth, his long slender fingers gently wiped those crystal tears that was about to come out and looked at the young man in front of him.

Because of the crying, the corner of the youth's eyes was red and the small tear mole on the eyes was visibly shown. If it was just like a usual day, the man would melt but this sight, but today was different. He was angry that he could almost die.

"Brother?" Qiao Chen called softly.

At this time, both Michael and Daniel recovered from that fierce attack and were both standing up to the side.

"We're sorry for suddenly appearing here. I'm Captain Michael from Base B, may I know this gentleman's name?" In front of stronger party, Michael could put down his pride.

The man didn't dare to look at his direction and was still staring at the youth's green eyes. A second after, he raised his sharp eyes and declared coldly.

"This isn't the place you should stay. You should stay away from here."

Michael was stunned but instantly recovered, "This sir, we are not a bad person, and you see, we accompanied your lost siblings along the way."

"Yes, brother! They were the one who help me returned here. We should let them stay!" Qiao Chen added.

Michael nodded and urges Daniel to stay behind him. He asked, "This sir, may I query if there is another persons who come here before us?"

The man nodded, "They should be at the basement."

Michael coldly retracted his gaze and put his thoughts altogether. This man was very wary, and it will give him a hard time exploring this hospital and finding the mysterious thing.

A smile formed on his lips, "May I ask again, what is the gentleman's name?"

"Yong Guan." He replied plainly and immediately took the person in his arms.

Michael was taken back. Once he saw closely, he noticed that the two had similar dresses, probably an ancient wedding dresses worn in the past. He really thought that they were siblings, but this… it doesn't look like.

Yong Guan give them a last look before finally pulled the teenager out of the room.

Daniel looked at them, and the insane jealousy surged in his heart. His sweaty hands almost pulled the trigger on the spot if it weren't noticed by the captain.

"Empty your thoughts, Qiao Chen was already owned by that bastard, don't try to pick a fight." Michael reminded him.

Daniel gritted his teeth and nodded.

At the same time, the sound of cries echoed the dim room. On the rosewood bed, the pale skin was deeply sucked and the loud clashing of bodies overflow. The weak teenager was held tightly by a large man, devouring his insides and coveting his own strength one by one.

His face was wet with tears, and he almost couldn't stop crying. Yong Guan narrowed his eyes and slid down his fingers in the youth's dark hair.

"Shh, it was your fault. I already told you that you are not allowed to go out, what did you do?"

Hearing this, Qiao Chen cried even more. He buried his face into the man's chest and sobbed loudly.

"This time, you are not allowed to go out even at the garden, not even in this door. You can only stay at the coffin."

But Yong Guan's heart was already untouchable.
