49 Chapter 3.17 Oh the Plot twist! part 1

Liam was shocked but at least he landed better than those two. Tsk tsk, so ugly and ungrateful! He could feel the bias of his lovely demon oozing out.

Liam turn to look at other players, seeing that most had gotten up, he turned to look at the lady in white.

The lady in white started to move, taking off her shoes, she wore a pointe shoe and bowed.

Putting her arm like a semi circle, she turns and dances. Raising her legs and jumping high, falling down lightly, like a feather dancing with the wind.

Everyone all started to notice that it's ballet, but didn't know what dance in ballet she's dancing.

Liam didn't care because he didn't understand what ballet it is.

Others were sweating and worrying about this quick game.

What dance it is, everyone understood, but what song or music she's dancing to is unknown. Every dance has always gone along with music, so the basics of the dance always or mostly model the original's.

That is basic knowledge. But no one knows what she's dancing too, being direct, it's ballet, into detail, is unknown. No one wants to be the first test subject.

But it was unsafe as it was. Someone is bound to be the first to answer. And that someone was… the male student, WeiWei didn't give a choice in the matter, she said she would randomly choose someone and that was him.

The male student falls down to his knees, he's a normal everyday boy, he never had even seen ballet let alone know one. No normal boy would suddenly be interested in ballet out of nowhere and learn about it.

He was basically doomed!

His mind jumbled up. Trying to find the answers was harder by the minute.

Running through all his memories of any dances he knew of. It was like trying to find the needle in the haystack!

Even worse when you knew there isn't any needle in it as he didn't even have one ballet dance in his brain. Let alone trying to find it, he didn't even have it! Time ticks by and the more and more nervous he gets, no one can help him! No one knew the answer, no one had a good enough relationship with him to pull him out of it.

But the lady in white kept dancing, like a sleeping girl who was sleepwalking.

Liam slowly figured it out, it was a romantic ballet, La Sonnambula. Liam didn't watch ballet so he only knew a few from a talent show. He was a contestant at that talent show, a girl who is good at ballet in that contest. She was the only one who danced ballet so he remembered it very well.

One of her dances was La Sonnambula.

Liam stood up and asked "if he doesn't answer can I take his turn?"

Liam can't be sure if he can guess the next one right so it's better to answer this one that he knows.

"Sure! Mister can take his turn!" Wei Wei giggled happily.

"La Sonnambula."

"Hmm.." WeiWei didn't say that he was correct or wrong, she just stared at Liam.

"Are you sure?" She asked. Tilting her head cutely but the players didn't find her cute at all.

"Yes." Liam answered her with a sunny smile.

"ah...it's correct!" she clapped happily. The lady in white stopped and took off her pointe shoes and sat down blankly.

Liam stared at her for a few minutes and got up and left. A door appeared and WeiWei told him to get out. Seeing that it wasn't needed to be here he moved. Walking to the door and leaving the room, he felt a stare on his back. He turned but saw no one staring at him.

Daniel walked over with a smile and stretched out his hand. His other hand held three black roses. Liam took his outstretched hand and looked at the roses in Daniel's hand. Seeing Liam staring at the three roses in his hand, he gave him the roses.

"The setting of this copy doesn't have any red roses, but I personally grew these roses. I hope you like them..." Daniel explained himself when Liam stayed silent. Feeling a bit anxious with his silence.

Then Liam laughed. "Haha, you don't need to be so worried! I like them." He let go of the hand on Daniel's hand and gently touched the petals of the roses. He could smell a sweet scent on them.

He could still hear the players playing. The farther they walk, the smaller the noise. leaving only the sound of Liam's walking down the corridor.

[ Day 22; players: 4/100 Death: 96/100]

Looking at the screen, Liam can see that there are only 3 of the players left. He is unsure who survived but he sure does know that the protagonist did survive or his mission would have failed.

thinking of this, why didn't the protagonist shou just answer the question of who the murder is? If he did so, he would be out already. But he didn't, even when the plot is going differently... unless. He himself doesn't know who the murder is? The only possible way is that it was never answered in the first place and he escaped somehow or that he didn't remember or read the part where the story told the answer. Liam does know that the protagonist shou also have the special mission because he was searching for the clues too. The reason why most people search for clues about the murder is beacuse it normally means getting a item. But the protagonist actively searches for items…

Seeing how confident the two faced protagonist is... it must be the former. But if it's the former, why didn't he escape already then? Could it be...?

Ha! How funny! This copy plot is twisted! And even the story is so! oh mother of Joy! he couldn't wait to see when he reveals the truth!

Liam: Xiong!

Xiong: What is it host?

Liam: Show me the progress of my mission.

Xiong: ah.

Xiong: [ scared (5/7) death (0/1) ]

Xiong: Wait, just updated. [ scared (6/7) death (0/1) ]

Liam: Ah, he's getting more uneasy now huh?

One more scare and I can kill him.
