After being told to get out, Dev started looking for an empty store, where he could find a shop to rent on the budget he had. He finally found a shop with affordable rent after searching for two hours. The shop wasn't too large; it was sufficient for just one clinic. It would also be possible for Dev to live hereafter closing the clinic. Ten silver coins were charged every day for renting the shop. Rent was high, but it was within his reach, and the location wasn't bad, so he accepted the offer.

The dwarf was stunned, his master has granted him a leave of a week due to the burn. A week without touching a hammer was like drowning for him. He was getting happy in his mind.

Chaarhath's are known to be one of the strongest as well as the kindest species in Nehan. They would've been the overlord of Nehan and rivaled Elf, if not for their low population.

Fertility wasn't the reason behind their low population; they have one of the best fertility rates in Nehan. The issue with their birth was the death of their parents. Whenever a male Chaarhath impregnates a female, they transfer all their energy through the sperm and die. The same holds true for female members, who transfer all of their energy to the baby while giving birth. Hence, Chaarhath rarely kills anybody, even their enemies. They know the value of life, that's why they are one of the kindest communities in Nehan. There is also a rumor that Chaarhath isn't a natural-born race, they are the product of an experiment by a very high-level being.

Their skin was red, and they had four hands with six fingers on each hand, and four small horns on the tops of their heads. They are the strongest of all in Nehan when it comes to one on one combat.

The man suffered a serious injury. A few of the six fingers on his right hand are missing, as Dev can see on his right hand. They'd suffered a cut. Blood was oozing from the wound.

In the meantime, he told the man to sit down, saying, "You don't need to worry. It will take four days for the injury to heal. But, I cannot regrow your finger. You'll have to live without all four fingers from now on."

Is it still okay if I treat your injury? " He asked, describing the limitations of the treatment.

Without even a hint of emotion on his face, the man nodded. When Dev received the confirmation, he cleaned the wound of the man and began transferring Prana. The blood stopped coming out from the wound. After that, he told him to leave and then asked him to come back the next day.

The man left after paying his bill for the treatment.

Following the man's departure, Dev was panting. Healing the man took too much energy as he was of a higher power level than a Level 1 being.

He decided to close the shutter of the clinic, as he wouldn't be able to treat any more patients. He closed the shutter and started meditating. He meditated for two hours. He decided to move into the clinic tomorrow. It took two hours of his journey to travel, from the inn to the clinic. He was also missing Lily, as he usually travels with Lily when he wanders around the city. Lily pounced on him when he entered his room in the Inn. He fell due to the unexpected accident caused by Lily. Lily licked his face to welcome him. He stood up and started playing with him.

When Dev finished playing with Lily, he fell asleep and slept for the following afternoon, waking up only because of Lily. Lily was hungry, so he took out some meat and roasted it for Lily, and he ate a curry made of vegetables.

He left for the clinic, as he was already late. The patients must be waiting for him. After two hours, he arrived at the clinic, and as he presumed, two people were waiting outside the clinic. He apologized to both gentlemen for being late and asked them to come one by one. He treated them one by one, they left after paying for the treatment.

The Dwarf's treatment has been completed, so he didn't come the next day. After another two days, the Chaarhath's was also treated. He didn't get any other patients.

He was dumbfounded, and murmured, "Weren't healers supposed to be rare and in-demand?"

His days were being spent peacefully until someone known to him arrived at his clinic.

He was waiting for patients when Carlos arrived carrying an unconscious girl. Dev knew the girl, who could it be if not Rose?

Dev was shocked to see an unconscious Rose. "What happened to her?" he stood up and asked Carlos.

"I don't know. I just found her unconscious, so I brought her here for the treatment," Carlos answered Dev.

Dev thanked Carlos for bringing her back.

Rose's situation looked serious. He closed the shutter of the clinic and started transferring as much Prana as he could, but Rose still didn't wake up. Dev took Rose back to the room he has made in the clinic for him and Lily.

From that day on, He'll treat if any patient comes to the clinic during the day, and transfers his Prana to Rose at night. She still hasn't woken up.
