Ben came back to the house panting and sweating. His shirt was torn in several places and he had tiny cuts on different parts of his upper body including his face.

"What is going on with you?" Jane who had just got in herself, asked.

Ben took note of her disheveled hair. She didn't look her prim and proper self, something about her was off. But he didn't ask what it is.

"What is going on with you Ben? Where have you been and why the hell do you look this way?"

"I could ask the same of you."

"What are you talking about?"

"How long?" Ben asked as he walked to the mini bar in the living room.

"How long what?"

"How long have you known?"

"Known what?" Jane snapped. She had a problem that she needed to fix and didn't have the time to be playing ten questions with him.
