Chapter 39: Ah...HElP.....

In the film set,

A day had passed since then, Luciella started her filming. Wearing a traditional historical combat outfit, she was dawned in black and white. Standing in front of the horse, the hairdresser hurriedly touch up on her hair.

"For the morning scene, you just have to safe Mei Wan from the horse will do." Luciella wore her gloved, she nodded at the director.

The whole film crew did not have much of an expectation towards a pretty face actress and one with a lot of scandals, the director too shook his head for deciding her as the antagonist. "Then sister Xuan, I will be in your care." Mei Wan the female lead bowed at her, before getting into position.

"Scene 1: Action!"

With the go sign, Mei Wan rode the horse while she showed a proud look. The scene was to show the proud young miss of a prominent family showing off her horse ride, but in turn disgrace herself by almost falling from the horse.

If it was not for the antagonist help, she would have had a bad fall. The scene was held at a field, Mei Wan rode with a average speed. "Ah..HELP!" her expression turned into one of horror, as she lost her grip on the horse.

Luciella who was supposed to rush in at a later timing, ran towards the rampant horse. She swirled her body around grabbing onto the horse leash, before hoping on it. One arm around the female lead, she tried to control the horse.

The horse was ferocious as it swing its body in full strength, Luciella galloped on the horsed. She controlled the horse in a way to make it move faster, she could stop the horse faster but since they were filming she needed to ensure it was a fascinating scene.

"Grab onto me!" She requested, before forcefully made a swift with the horse. Using lightest strength, she jumped off from the horse with Mei Wan. "Ah.." Mei Wan land on the ground safely with Qi Man the antagonist in tow.

The assistant director looked at the scene, as he was contemplating whether to stop the scene. But seeing the excited look of the director, he bite down the words. Luciella sighed, "Don't think I will thank you just because you safe me, Hmph!" Mei Wan stubbornly said.

Qi Man ignored her, before focusing her point on the rampant horse. She cut through the field with a short cut, reaching the horse in a speed of lightning. Hoping back to the horse, she calmed it down by tapping the butt.

After a round, the horse obediently stopped earning cheers from the crowd.

"And Cut!" The director stood up, happily walking to Luciella, "It is a good job well done, if not for your speedy action Mei Wan would had fallen badly." he flattered Luciella.

But she does not seem to care, taking off her gloves she untie her hair to let some air in. The scene stunned the people on the spot, a simple and normal action made her seems extremely seductive. With the sun shining on her, the sweat on her neck glistened.

"There's safety harness." She deadpanned, not looking at the director. She walked to her resting lounge, preparing to rest for the next shoot.

Resting lounge,

"They really had the nerve to let you do such a scene, what if you got injured. How are you going to model, Lan Jie was right. Accepting this film was a mistake, why would you want to take up acting!" Assistant Tong chided.

She was a model, her schedule was mostly packed with shoots. But Luciella suddenly decided to participate in a film, initially the agency wanted to blocked it. But since she had already decided on it, they felt it was alright to let her to do what she wants for once.

"It's fun, isn't it?" She wiped the sweat on her neck, before drinking some water.

"You will get tanned if you continue working in such a bright sunlight." Tong felt there was no need for her to join.

Shaking her head, she shooed Tong away so that she could memorize her script. Tong sighed, leaving the room after ensuring she did not need any help.

'Maybe it was not the right decision?' she thought in her mind, placing a towel on her face to cool her down. She only had a few more months or so to enjoy, and by then she needed to...

It was why she wanted to starred in a film, she was the antagonist who would die in the later part of the scene. A role that would greatly showcase her acting, and also let her enjoy filming for once. She initially joined modeling was also for a sudden hobby, she wanted to see how it was in front of a camera.

Her eyes dimed, knowing she would suffer soon. Even now, she was. Since there was non stop reminder for her to take up to responsibility as the new owner of Caston, but was not there Alessandro who was managing it very well.

She noted to herself, that she needed to talk to Alessandro soon regarding this matter. Sometimes she did not know why Karin would set something like that, trapping her with a guardian. Thinking about Alessandro made her shudder, since every little thing she needed to ask his permission.

Even when she wanted to model to when she wanted to act in a film, all her ventures was under his watch. She really had no power, she sighed in dismay.
