My palms pressed against his wound in a pitiful attempt of stopping the blood flow. Keith clenched his teeth when I did that, clearly from pain. No matter how hard he was trying to hide it, it showed on his face nevertheless.

A black sedan then skidded right in front of us. Gio was rapidly firing instructions in which all of them had only gone over my head. I really have no idea what he was saying but I vaguely understood that they were trying to make us go inside the car. I also don't know how it happened but I just then found myself on the backseat with Keith beside me as I fussed over him.
