The Delicious treat!

"That was super duper hurt, Sapphire!" yelled Zire while eating his lunch. Yes, he decided to eat lunch together since we became friends with Shakira and Brian. I told Brian what happened lately about Zire, she laughed as always and teased him again. I wonder if Brian likes him because a man like Zire is also on Brian's list.

"Sorry, about that.."I said while continue eating my burger.

"It's all your fault actually Zire, if only you woke up before Mr. Liambao walk towards you that would never happen, you should be thankful to Sapphire" explained Shakira. Zire just looked at me still frowning. We made eye contact with each other.

"What are you doing?"I whispered to him because he has no plan to look away. He tilts his head, examining my face.

"What the f—?"

"Still you have a beautiful mouth, Brian" all of us looked at the man who spoke behind us, we saw X holding his lunch box. Huh?

"Why are you here?" asked Brian with an irritated voice, while crossing her eyebrows and why do I feel like Brian is always irritated seeing him? X looked at her in a few seconds then to all of us.

"Can I join you guys?" he asked. Is that true? Well, it was so unexpected.

"What if I said no?" said Brian but everyone ignored her when Shakira answered him.

"Sure!" then X sat down next to Shakira so Shakira is in between Brian and X. I saw Brian is uncomfortable with X, I looked at her but she said she's fine. We continue to eat lunch. Silence became our company. We are getting bigger than before, they said that The More the Merrier. Then Zire breaks this silence.

"Hey X! What did you do to your old book of your The Faultblahblah" he asked while eating his lunch.

"Trash" he answered shortly. I saw Brian made a meh face.

"What happened to his book The Fault in our Stars, the old one?" I asked. X still silent continue eating his food, Shakira still admiring him I guess she had a crush on him. Well, it's obvious.

"It gets wet because my sister throws something liquid at me but of course I dodge it easily but it went to X's book," explained Zire.

"Wait, have you and your sister got a fight? Cause you mentioned the 'throw' and 'dodge'?" I asked. He nods and he was going to answer when Brian instantly looked at him and ask...

"Wait you have a sister?!" asked Brian and put her attention to Zire. Zire moves his head to look at her.

"Yes, why?"

"Do you have a picture of her?" asked Brian. Confused but still, Zire grabbed his phone from his bag and search for his sister's picture, and showed it to Brian.

"Here.." he said then Brian Immediately snatched it from him.

"Oh, she looks like an angel!" she said while focusing her eyes on the picture. And it made Zire choked while X started to cough.

"Yeah because she's wearing an angel costume there.." said Zire after he swallowed the food. And drink his soda.

"Are you okay?" asked Shakira to X when he stopped coughing. He just nodded.

"What? Look she's really a photogenic person, I think she's better a good person than you, Zire!" said Brian while frowning then again Zire spit his soda out of his mouth and X start coughing again.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked Zire. While tapping his back. He looked at me and say...

"Nothing.." then gives me a smile. Then I heard my heartbeat.

Then after we ate our lunch, X became our friends unexpectedly. An Ice prince who went out from his cold icy castle to make friends is really shocking news, he's not laughing with us but at least he smiled. But that's a good thing too I guess because we have a new friend.

When all of us went downstairs. I notice Shakira turn red whenever she's with X. I think Brian noticed it and winks at me.

"By the way, guys, X and I need to go somewhere you should go on ahead, thanks by the way for having us in the lunch," Zire said.

"Really? Well, I'm not inf—"

"I already told you about it earlier, hahaha, maybe you just forget it," said Zire to X.

"Well, where? Can we join you?" asked Brian.

"Uhh... No" Zire replied and they're going to take a step when Brian asks again.

"Aww, don't be so shy. We're friends w—"

"Okay," said X, then Brian smiles and gave us a thumbs up.

"So where you going?" asked Brian. I can barely hear them because they're not too far away from them. X looked at her with a serious look.

"In the men's shower room" replied X. I saw Brian froze a bit then run towards us.

"Let's go hahahaa" she laughed then pulled us away from those two. I noticed Shakira looked behind while we're walking away from them.

"Bye Zire! Bye...." Shakira stopped and smiled. ".....Xean" she whispered. And put her face in front of her while looking at her feet taking a step.

"Do you like him?" asked Brian, Shakira's face become red, and can't even look at us.

"N-no... O-of course n-not..!" she stuttered.

"Look who's stuttering.." teased Brian while poking Shakira's shoulder.

"I-i just remembered, Mr. Piasco told me to meet him in his office. W-well see y-yah!" she said and run away. Then Brian laughed, then looked at me.

"Let's go somewhere else shall we?" she asked me and I nodded.

She brought me inside the cafeteria. Brian ordered some coffee so and I.

"By the way, what's the hidden problem that you don't wanna tell me about, Ire?" she asked out of the blue. I flickered my eyes before I answer her question. Looking at her then to the table. She still remembers that.

"Can't believe you still remember it."

"Of course! And I knew you Ire. The last time when we are running to our class, I can sense you, hiding something from me. I am your friend. Why aren't you telling me?" she explained. "Maybe I can help" she added and give me a worried look holding my both hands.

"I don't know, but okay then.." I stopped then right after that our order of coffee came, we both said thank you to the guy who brought that to us, Brian take a sip of her coffee then I continue.

"My dad has been accused of stealing the diamond ring from their manager, that he never did. All of his employees accused him. In order to remove his accusation and to not let it bigger that this case will be held in the court, we need to pay that ring.."I said and take a sip from my coffee. She immediately looked at me with his crossed eyebrows holding the coffee.

"What!? And how much!? But I'm sure it's just—" I stopped her because I know she's going to say the worth of the diamond ring who she thought that it's just a small amount.

"8 million.." as Brian heard what I said, she suddenly spits out his coffee from her mouth luckily I immediately grab the tissue next to me and use it as a cover from her coffee flying towards me, she wiped her lips and looked at me intensely.

"The freak! How would you be supposed to earn that money..!" she whispered and was still shocked.

" I don't know, even though I take a part-time job it's still not enough, " I said while drinking my coffee.

"Yah, that's a good idea let's just try it. Luckily tomorrow is Saturday I can help you to find some job" she said then I looked at her. She gave me a thumbs up and wink at me, I took a glance at my coffee then goes back to her.

"Thank you, Brian. You always have my back" I said.

"No biggie and you don't need to do that smile if you don't feel like it," she said and laughed. What? I'm smiling? I'm.. not in a mood to pretend for now and even to smile.. but how that happened?

"What Ire? Is there something wrong?" she asked.

"Did I just..." ugh, maybe it's nothing. "No, nothing.."I mumbled. Yeah, because it's impossible.

"By the way, how's your pill?" she asked and drink her coffee.

"It's fine, it's working after all. But sometimes I forgot to take those.."

"Just don't forget it next time.." she said and drank her coffee. Then we heard the bell rang we both returned to our room. I saw Zire is already there in his seat and Shakira who is reading some book.

"What's that?" I asked when I got near her. She instantly closed the book and tried to hide it but still, I can manage to see what's the title of the book she's reading.

"Is that The Fault In Our Stars?" I asked.

"Shhhh!" said Shakira while putting her index finger to her lips then looked at Zire.

"Okay, but why are you reading that?"

"Nothing, I've just heard that this book is good, so I give it a try," she said. She's lying. I know she reads this book because of X because she had a crush on him and also I never have seen her reading a book inside the classroom because she told me once that she doesn't want to be known as a bookworm inside the class. I just nodded and looked outside the window. The sky is pretty pastel blue also the white clouds that every second change shape are so beautiful.

"It's so hot today, right?" I looked at Zire who is stretching his arms up to the air.

"Yeah, a little.."I said then looked back to the sky.

"Wanna grab some ice cream later?" he offered. I looked at him and he smiled at me. Seriously?

"If it's free, sure."

"Don't worry it's my treat"
