Feelings of the Individuals

"Why are we here?"I asked and looked at him. He looks a bit sad looking on the ground. The only noise I hear is the laughter of the kids playing on the slide.

"Do you know me well, Sapphire?" he suddenly asked while looking on the ground placing both arms above his knees.

"Yes, your Dhazzire Apollo" I answered. He shook his head and turn his head to look at me.

"Not that. I mean, my whole name.." he asks with a low voice. I don't get it, what does he mean?

"What do you mean, " I asked. He paused in a second and look at the sky.

"Do you know the story about a Prince living in the Golden Castle?"

"No, I haven't heard that before" I replied then he continues.

"Well, there is a child who does not want to be a prince, but his name has the mark of royal lineage, thus he is the prince of the Golden Castle. He believed that being the richest would make him happy since he would be able to acquire anything he desired, including toys, food, and other items. But as he stepped outside his castle, he noticed hundreds of people staring at him, and he realized they despised him. So he resolved to isolate himself within the Golden Castle and never make friends with anybody. His father, the King, was aware of his condition, so he murdered all those who had wounded his son and made him unhappy on that day. The Prince decides to walk outside because he doesn't hear any furious shouts from outside the palace, but then he sees hundreds of dead people laying on the ground. He discovered that the King was responsible for the massacre. So, ever since that day, he has despised his father and turned against him..." then he stops, I think the Prince is him.

"Did he meet his princess?" I ask while looking at him. He shook his head.

"He does, but she has departed, and there is now a new princess. But what do you think the princess will do if he meets her? After learning about her prince's story..." he asks then I look at the children who are playing on the sand making some sand Castle.

"Well, it depends.."

"Depends on what?" he asks.

"It depends on the prince if he gives the Princess a chance to know him by herself, " I explained then he looks at me while I just look at the kids.

"What do you mean?"

"Because you said that the prince doesn't want to have any friends anymore. Let's say the princess is just similar to the prince.."

"What kind of similarities?" he asks.

"They are exactly the same. The princess is not wealthy, but she and her parents have a modest Stone Castle and loving parents who embrace her for who she is because she is not like the rest. She is suffering from a strange illness. She assumed that if she walked outside her castle and was good to her people, she would easily gain friends, but as she stepped outside, she found hundreds of people looking at her, ignoring her, belittling her, and hurting her even though she can't feel anything, it's just it was not right for her. She also wanted to hide in her castle, but then she heard her prince's story and decided to remain strong because no matter what occurred, the princess would always be with the prince because she felt that everything that happens in our lives has a purpose. So, Zire, I'll ask you." I ask then look into his eyes, those eyes that filled emptiness and sadness.

"Will you accept the princess?" I ask. There is a pause before he speaks as he did expect it but then smiled at me.

"Well, it's up to the princess if she's willing to accept the prince too and if she does.." then placed his hand on the top of my left hand then hold it. I look at his hands who's on top of mine and looked at him. And this weird sensation again that I don't understand, this heart of mine is pounding so fast.

"I'll accept her"

This is... getting weird.

{Meanwhile at Brian's POV}

"Well, I can't believe you're a father now, X" I teased.

"As I previously stated, Jacob is my cousin, and I have been caring for him since he was a child," replied X still in his normal face. Geez! This man is really an Ice prince.

We are now at the ChowPow restaurant. I knew already that this Jacob and this Ice Prince are cousins, I just want to tease him. Then Jacob ordered an extra-large overloaded burger and extra-large fries with a sauce of thousand islands and a sundae Ice cream and put Mr. Jack the Bunny on the seat next to mine. It's only four seats so here's the seating arrangement...

Wow this kid is surely SO hungry then Jacob eats his sundae but suddenly he sneezes.

"Oh, geez! Do you have a cold?" I asked him. He shook his head then I saw a green lime thingy from his nose.

Gross!

When I was going to take a tissue, X took it quickly and wipe the green lime thingy on his nose.

"I told you, don't eat too much of Ice cream," said X to Jacob.

"Nah-uh, I like Ice cream," he said.

"Fine, now let it out," he said.

I just quietly sit here watching them in front of them makes me like a Mom. Geez, Brian what are you thinking? X is for Shakira okay?

When Jacob was finally done eating thousands of junk foods, we head to the Toy Land. X said he promised Jacob to visit here and buy him some toys. So, I don't know why I'm still following them maybe because I still don't want to go home. To make the kid enjoy walking around here, I took his bunny so that he can walk freely without holding anything. I and X are just following him.

Like a parent

"You really loved him don't you?"I ask to break the silence.

"Yes," he replied without even looking.

"Oooh!"I mumble to myself.

"How about Jacob's parents? Where are they?"

"They already dead" he replied.

"Ooohhh, sorry to hear that" I mumbled again. I saw Jacob pointing at something and I just smiled at him and look at the toys his pointing to.

"It's really nice of you to raised Jacob"

"Yeah" he replied.

Geez! He's really hard to deal with!

We stopped walking when a man blocks our way. He's still young like 18? X, look at him and me too.

"You're in our wa—"

"Congratulations!" he yelled happily. Did I win something? Well, I don't remember I join some contests...

"Sorry, what?"I ask again to make it clear.

"Your the last 100 best couple of the month who visited Toy Land!"

"WHAT THE FU— Can you say it again!? We're no–"

"What are the prizes?" ask X who makes me stop.

What a freak!

"You can get 2 toys for free" the man replied. And it made me interested in what he said. Wow! I really love free's

"You mean anything?" I ask. He nodded. Wow, I love this!

"Yes! We are a COUPLE!" I was surprised when we both said that to the man. I look at him while he's looking at the man. I returned my eyes to the man and smiled at him.

"Okay, take this card and show it on the counter after you choose some toys you guys want to buy," he said and gave us the card, X took it and look at the card

"Hope to see you soon in 200 best couple" then the man left. X looks at it again and puts it inside his Jacket.

"Why did you say that?"I ask him.

"The what?"

"That we are a couple.."I said without looking at him. But really? Do they think of us as a couple?

"You said that too right?"

"Y-yeah. (Damn) By the way where's Jacob?"I ask to change the subject but when I can't see Jacob on where I last saw him. X eyes widened, he left me and start looking at Jacob. I searched for Jacob too.

Where is he?

I ask every person here in Toy Land about a kid wearing a white striped shirt and indigo shorts. One of them saw him, she told me he went outside so I went out and saw him sitting on the bench near the small tree. I came to him and sat next to him.

"Hey, Jacob. Why are you here? Did you know that you made us worried?"

"Sorry, I'm just tired," he replied while moving his foot back and forth.

"Okay, then but we need to find your daddy fi–"

"Jacob" we both look at the man and saw X holding a toy airplane with a controller. Jacob immediately took it. "Don't ever do that again.." he added

"Thank you, daddy, and, sorry," Jacob said happily, I saw X smiled. He's not that totally an Ice prince. He still has a warm heart. Meh, but still his replies to me are cold as fuck. Then X picks up his phone and calls someone.

"By the way, I'm still taking that Mr. Jack the Bunny with me," said Jacob.

"I just let you borrowed it," I said. He pouts.

"Let's go home, Jacob," said X to Jacob.

"Well, I guess I need to go too, "I said and decided to leave but X stopped me by grabbing my hand.

"Let me drive you home" wait what? really?

"You don't need to, I'm fine" I replied. He didn't talk back he just looked at me seriously. Then Jacob looks at me sadly. Fine... these two men are just--Ugh.

"Fine then"

"Yey" shouted Jacob.

The driver welcomed me, and I returned his greeting. Jacob is in the center of us; X sat there silently as Jacob slept; he laid his head on my shoulder, so I decided to place his head on my lap so he could sleep comfortably.

I look outside the window. I feel like I'm the mother of this kid. If I became a mother someday, If I ever become a mother, I will vow to myself that I will never be like my mother. I grinned as I rubbed his hair and looked out the window, but I was stunned to see my mother leave the hotel with another man.

Speaking of mom...

"Are you okay?" asked X.

"..y-yeah" then gritted my teeth.
