42 Chapter 41 - Kidnapping

A few weeks passed by after the Chitauri Invasion in New York as people became more and more aware of the dangers that the universe holds as they realized that they weren't special and extraterrestrials are really real.
Some even coped with the turbulent times by starting a cult that worshipped Thor after they found out that the latter seems to be really the one from the mythology. The most prominent ones that started this was the those from Norway as little by little, people began converting to Nordic Religion.
While this was happening. The news for the mutantkind kind was chaotic as the news that one of the superhumans that fought along with the Avengers and helped people was actually a mutant and this started a heated debate through the whole world.
Some realized that maybe the mutantkind isn't really all that bad and they are just being blind by what the media was feeding at them while others – who opposed the mutants – moved and began doing their best to make sure that mutantkind will stay as they are and not equal to humans by spreading old news of Magneto's terrorism and some fake news here and there.
With the emergence of a mutant so powerful that he seems to rival the God of Thunder himself, Bolivar Trask surfaced to the government once again and began introducing his plans for advanced mechanical robots that will protect humanity from the threat of the mutantkind – called the Sentinels.
The Sentinel Project circulated and made its self known to the president of US himself but the latter was skeptical with the project and set it aside for now as he had many things to handle right now.
While this was happening. Andrew who was absorbing energy from the Mind Stone whenever he's free – which he always was – was beginning to look for a certain sentient bacteria — Sublime.
By now. He was pretty sure and confident that he can annihilate Sublime without the bacteria even managing to escape from his hand.
Currently. He is standing in front of another mutant experimentation facility owned by Stryker.
A little bit earlier. He went to Stryker's house and kidnapped the guy.

One Hour Earlier
He hovered above the house of Stryker invisibly as he looked down at it. He then started to slowly descend through the roof as he passed through the solid ceiling like a ghost.
Intangibility
The day that Andrew copied Iceman and Storm's metagene and left, he actually went back when the night came and also copied all the useful abilities that the students of X-Mansion possesses.
One of them was Kate Pride's ability.
Andrew descended and landed inside the house of William as he then pulled one of the guards outside stealthily.
He snapped as the security cameras inside the house all entered a static state as if the signal was getting bad.
Minor Technopathy was one of the abilities that he copied from one of the kids in the mansion.
After doing that. He made the guard unconscious as he entered the room of Stryker. There, he found the scum sleeping peacefully as if the cries and pleas of countless mutants that he experimented on don't bother him.
Andrew clicked his tongue in annoyance after seeing the guy but enacted on why he came here.
He then made the mutant hater fell into a deeper sleep as he psionically lifted the guy from his bed. He then turned to the guard as he pulled reasonable amount of blood from Stryker. The blood seeped out of his pores and hovered above his palm.
He then put his other palm to the guard's face as the latter began changing and morphing into another person.
The process was quick as the guard became another William Stryker Jr. as he put the latter to the bed. He then snapped as the guy began experiencing a heart attack and wasn't even able to wake up as he then died quickly.
After that. Andrew turned to the original Stryker in his side as the two of them suddenly disappeared with a puff of black smoke.
Bamf!

Flashback Ends.
After kidnapping Stryker, Andrew brought the guy to the basement of Celestial Industry's basement and then began shuffling through the guy's mind.
After reading through all his atrocities and monstrous deeds, Andrew was able to find his target.
Sublime.
The bacteria who took on the identity of John Sublime was working with Stryker. They were working on another Weapon X Program and the former is one of the most successful scientists working with the latter.
Back to the present. Andrew spreads a portion of his psionic sense that immediately covered the whole facility as he "saw" what was happening inside real time.
He slightly smiled while an idea flashed in his mind as he disappeared again in a puff of black smoke. A few moments later, he appeared in his previous location with a high quality camera orbiting around him.
Andrew looked at the camera with a slight nostalgia as he couldn't help but remember the past where he would walk around everywhere with a camera in his hands when he's still a student in Seattle.
He then removed the thoughts in his mind as he snapped his fingers as the camera turned on.
This camera was special as he connected it to his newly created account in a social media platform called Twitch using the username Psionix.
He pulled a new phone that he he just pulled from a random shop as he looked at the screen and saw that his Live currently only has five watchers.
'I've always wanted to stream...' Andrew thought as he remembered his past life.
He then made the phone orbit around him along with the camera as he descended and landed softly in front of the facility.
The alert guards that was looking for anything suspicious immediately spotted him as they raised their gun to his level with trained reflex.

A young man was scrolling through Twitch Streams and clicked his tongue as he repeatedly saw the same kind of content of the streamers over and over again.
"Hmm?" After directly refreshing the thing, he was greeted with another stream, but this time, he didn't saw the streamer playing any games and just saw the back of a long-sleeved white shirt guy standing in front of a big building.
"The heck is this?" The young man with the username of Kiiiddd was about to scroll away the nonsense but the perspective of the camera suddenly shifted as it now projected what was the person in the stream was seeing.
He then saw numerous of what seemed to be guards carrying scary looking rifles that can only be seen from militaries pointing their guns to the person inside the stream.
"Interesting..." Kiiiddd had his curiosity grabbed as he focused his attention to what will happen next.
He considered the whole live that he was seeing to be a trailer to a movie and the setting of the place and the mean looking guys solidified his assumption.
Ra-ta-ra-ta-ta!!
The guards began firing at the man and Kiiiddd's raised an eyebrow in interest as he saw the bullets slamming at the guy but didn't achieve its supposed job as the guy just stood there unharmed.
The man in the stream, which he can't still see the face as the perspective was behind him, crouched down.
The next scene of the "trailer" surprised Kiiiddd as the man touched the ground as solid ice spreads through the land from the guy's position and into the area of the guards as it enveloped all their feet – trapping them to their position.
Kiiiddd was really surprised by how real the whole scene was as he immediately typed on his keyboard "What movie is this? It got so good CGI for real!"
At the same time. He also quickly shared it to his group chat as he waited for the reply.
But he didn't expect the reply.
"This is live happening."
The reply of the streamer named Psionix confused him as he quickly typed again. "Just tell me the name of the movie."
But this time, the streamer didn't reply as the man in the what he assumed as trailer of a movie turned to the camera.
His eyes widened on surprise as he quickly recognized the look of the person on the trailer. It was the mutant who fought alongside the Avengers in the recent alien invasion.
The mutant that doesn't have any facial features – only a glass-like visage – turned to the camera as the position where his mouth should be twisted and revealed a proper human mouth.
"This is live happening.."
"The fuck?!" Kiiiddd exclaimed in surprise.
The mutant seemed to chuckle as he turned around once again and began walking towards the heavily protected building.

With just a few minutes passing by. The live was already garnering thousands of viewers.
The viewers was not to be fooled with as they asked Andrew in the comments to do things that would verify that the stream was real and not edited which the latter obliged for amusement.
A few more minutes, the viewer's count was just increasing more and more as Andrew just put a little caption at the side of the stream saying;
"I am Psionix. Join me as i take down a mutant experimentation facility."
The stream continued on as he now stands inside the facility and was faced with numerous soldiers.
The viewers was at the edge of their seats as they waited for what the mutant – who fought alongside the Avengers – will do.
Andrew just waved his hand to side as they all slammed to either side of the wall with not enough force to make them go splat and only enough to break a bone or two while some who died wasn't seen in the camera's vision.
He continued on as made a quick work of the enemies while only showing mild to moderate amount of blood to the stream.
Along the way. Andrew would talk while not looking at the camera as he would explain what kind facility was this and what they were truly doing in here.
And as words and sentences like "Experimentation on mutant kids" "torturing" "killing" entered their ears and registered on their minds, their whole point view was being challenged as they saw things that the government was truly hiding from them and the built up lies regarding mutantkind was being chipped upon bit by bit.
