15 Chapter 14 - Tour

3rd Person P.O.V
Andrew and Bobby walked the corridor as the former quickly brought the latter out of the mansion where they found the new mutants admiring the view of the place.
Sam was looking around curiously at the place while Roberto was laying at the grass, relaxed. Rahne and Danny, the two love birds had their hand held together as they also looked around with a smile on their face.
The two managed to quickly get the attention of the group as they walked towards them. Sam quickly smiled and then said. "Hey, man. This place is so beautiful and seems really peaceful. I can't believe that we will stay here."
Andrew just smirked inside at the word 'peaceful' but replied with "Yeah.. By the way, I'd like you all to meet out fellow school mate, Bobby."
Bobby smiled to the group as he shook their hands one by one while the new mutants introduced themselves respectively with the exception of Illyana who was still at the hangar trying to beat her brother with her soulsword.

The group quickly got comfortable with Bobby–seeing his easy going but a bit shy personality–and talked along the way as the latter toured the group in the mansion.
Bobby introduced the group to the other students who also replied enthusiastically which made the group a bit happy seeing that they are welcome here.
Along the way, they encountered two teenage girls. One was young beautiful woman who had a brown hair and good body considering that she looks around 14-15 years old.
The other girl accompanying the former is also a beautiful young woman slightly older than the other–she also has brown hair but the unique thing was the white streaks at the forefront of her hair and the fact that she is wearing gloves and long sleeve shirt in the face of the glaring sun.
"Anne! Kitty!" Bobby Drake called out enthusiastically to the two girls after seeing them.
'Rogue and Shadowcat, huh.' Andrew thought seeing the two young mutant.
"Hey Bobby!" Kitty replied as she waves her hands and dragged the other by her gloved hands to them. She reached the group quickly and said after seeing the group with Bobby "So.. You're the group who came with the X-Men earlier right?... Oh where's my manner! I am Katherine Pryde but you just call me Kitty just like the others."
"Yes, we are, nice to meet you..." The New Mutants also introduced themselves once again.
Rogue on the other hand was silent but seeing that Kitty was already finished and the others were already looking at her. She stammered and said "I-i am Anne Marie, nice to meet you all.."
Rahne and Dani who saw her acting like this already knows what's up with her and immediately began talking with her more to make her more comfortable with them along the way.
Rogue was relieved inwardly that they were friendly but couldn't help but feel insecure that they would eventually also avoid her after they found out her power so she gathered up her courage and confessed to the group the reason why she seems to avoid having contact with them which puzzles the group.
The group was once again puzzled after they found out that the other mutants here actually avoids their fellow mutant just because of a power she can't control. But in then end they couldn't do anything about it so they just comforted Anne and told her that they are not like the others which brought a genuine smile on the face of the insecure girl.

Minutes turned to hours as they converse and laughed along the tour trying to know more about each other. Andrew was already getting bored with the constant talk and touring as he already explored most of the big mansion's corners using his TK Domain and was already getting sleepy–fighting a gigantic nigh immortal bear is taxing if you don't know.
Bobby, Kitty, and Rogue was saddened and angry after finding out that the new mutants was actually kidnapped and some organization was trying to take advantage of it and was trying to turn them into killing machines.
But the negative atmosphere was quickly dispelled after they found out that group actually fought against a gigantic bear and survived and was excited for when they would also get that kind of adventure as they also remembered watching the X-Men save the day from the evil mutants in the Tv.
Andrew's ears perked up at the mention of the X-Men's adventures and rescue missions and tried digging up more information regarding them to find out what events have already happened in this earth.
With a little more talk he found out that no big X-Men events really happened not even the plot of the X-Men: First Class. The X-Men of this reality have just been established about three years ago–but the mansion was already accepting mutants long before–after Charles Xavier decided to actively do more and all they have done from that span of time was save confused-newly-awakened mutants and fight mutants who abuse their own power.
And digging a bit about who the enemies of X-Men, he found the enemies in the form of Magneto and his Brotherhood of Mutants.
While it seems they don't know anything about any Hellfire Club, Andrew was pretty sure that they also exist.

Hours passed and when they all have had their lunch, they continued touring and by the end of the day, the last place they visit was the east wing of the sub-basement where the Danger Room was located.
"This is the Danger Room. This is where we train and practice our abilities to better control them to not only help ourselves but also to help other mutants out there." Kitty explained to the group as they walked around the place.
"The trainings consists of traps, projectiles and other mechanical dangers that is intended to challenge the limits of the trainee.. Oh and it also have robots, cool right?" She continued explaining enthusiastically to them.
The new mutants was continued to be amazed by the wonders of this place as they looked around curiously.

After touring the whole day. The group was finally finished and was already a bit tired so they all called it a day and began returning back to their assigned rooms to rest.
Andrew opened the door to his room and closed it after and saw John Allerdyce still in his bed but was now sleeping soundly.
He stretches his body a bit to loosen up some muscles and bones as it produced some pops. After that he lay slowly on his bed comfortably and sighed contentedly "Ahh.. Nothing beats a good bed after a long day.."
He then began to think about the informations he got and began pondering about all of it with closed eyes.
The Brotherhood won't really be that much of a problem for him in the future if somehow he got in conflict with them. But the Hellfire Club is. From what he remembers, the Hellfire Club mostly always consists of influential people–mostly politicians–and people like that are always a headache.
But he got one solution to all that problems. Power. While fighting and shit was not in his "Live the best list" which was just him relaxing lavishly and eating good food. Power was needed if he wants to achieve all that shit and power is also needed to achieve his "Top Of The World" plan.
So even if he want or not, he will need to fight his way here to obtain true power and if he don't want to have some ants constantly trying to annoy him everyday when the inevitable day come where his identity being still alive and shit comes to light.
So for now. He will lie low in this "peaceful" place while constantly trying to improve his ability to be ready if some shit suddenly show up at the gates of this mansion.
He will also try to blend more around here starting from now on and begin socializing with the students if he wants to make the baldie believe that he had really changed when the time comes that the telepath managed to inevitably unravel his past.
And finally when the Battle of New York comes. That will be the time he finally moves.
That Mind Gem isn't going to be on the head of that robot.
He has a good feeling that The Mind Stone will help him enhance–hasten actually–all his psionic abilities and his overall power to the point that he may actually achieve his dream of atomic level control to subatomic or even cosmic level, though, he doubted the latter..
Even so, even if some unkillable organizations like The Hydra or the S.H.I.E.L.D itself gets in his way, The Mind Stone isn't getting anywhere near a robots head.
