13 Chapter 12 - On The Way To The X-Mansion
[°Blackbird°]
Inside the iconic jet-black colored aircraft of the X-Men, five people sat in their respective seats.
At pilot's seat is the glasses-wearing man that is known as Hank, concentrating on piloting the aircraft.
At the seat next to him is a handsome man at around the same age as Hank with a long brown hair that reaches his shoulders as he sat there. Though silent. He radiates an aura of pride and cockiness.
Behind Hank is a beautiful black-american woman with glossy shoulder-length silver straight hair, full lips and healthy bosom.
Beside the woman is a unique young man as he has a blue rough skin, pointed ears, yellow eyes and a thin sharp tail that sways from time to time.
The last one that seats beside the blue-skinned one is of course Professor X whom Hank talked to earlier.
All of them are wearing a skin tight black flight suit except for The Professor who wears a neat three-piece expensive looking brown suit.
"We are here professor." Hank said as he controls the craft to slowly land in the vast green fields "The young mutants are currently waiting for us."
"Finally." The long haired man said as he removes his seatbelt followed by the others.

The New Mutants gathered at the vast clearing of the facility – all wearing clean clothes – looking at the sleek looking aircraft slowly land in front of them.
The back of the Blackbird's retractable back slowly opened as several people revealed themselves.
Andrew squints his eyes to look at the incoming people, He immediately recognized all of them since most of them looks like their movie counterparts. At the forefront is Hank McCoy a.k.a Beast, at his left is Alex Summers a.k.a Havok, brother of Scott Summer a.k.a Cyclops. At the left of Alex is Kurt Wagner a.k.a Nightcrawler. At the right of Hank is Ororo Munroe a.k.a Storm, while the one in a wheelchair is none other than the Professor – Charles Xavier.
The young mutants looks at them expectantly except for Andrew, Berto and Illyana.

The X-Men quickly came infront of the young mutants as Professor Xavier inched forward ahead of his company and was the one to speak first. "Hello, blessed ones. I am Professor Charles Xavier, nice to meet you." He then turns to Sam and continued with: "I believe you are the one i talked to earlier."
Sam nodded immediately and said: "Yes, sir."
The other young mutants' attention was on Kurt who just scratches his head and waves to them to say hi.
"You can just call me Professor." Charles said with a smile and then turned his bald head towards the destroyed place and then said: "Why don't we continue this talk inside the Blackbird..."
Rahne, Dani and Sam nodded while Andrew was silent as he was analyzing all of them subtly.
Charles then turned to his group and said: "Hank, would you guide them inside? They seem to be tired."
"Yes, Professor."
Charles wants to leave this place immediately after seeing the destruction that happened since this incident no matter how small will definitely attract unwanted attention.
"We would like that." Rahne said after turning to the others who just agreed.
"Great, let's go."

The young mutants was then guided inside the Blackbird as they sat in the spare seats. Andrew sat silently on his seat while holding the stacks of folders containing their profiles as he observes the professor who is seating on his wheelchair.
The Blackbird slowly lifted from the ground as it quickly whistled through the air and after a while it entered sonic speed disappearing from the place.

Ten Minutes Later.
Several black SUV's with a logo of an eagle that has its wings spread on its door quickly drove inside the facilities' grounds and pulled up in front of the partially destroyed hospital building and the destroyed chapel.
The black SUV's doors' opened and numerous agents wearing three-piece black suits quickly poured out.
The black SUV in the middle was the last to open its doors as a balding middle aged guy wearing sunglasses came out. He look around the place surveying it and then turns to a man near him and ordered: "Search the place."
"Yes, sir" The agent quickly said and then scurried off with other agents.

After a while the balding middle aged guy pulls a phone from his pocket and answered a call: "Director, we didn't see anymore people aside from a mangled beyond recognition body of who we assumes to be a woman while indications of a big fight is all over the place."
"Search the place more, Coulson, I need to know more about what happened there." An annoyed voice came out of the phone as it barked an order and finished the phone call.
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*
The balding guy now known as Phil Coulson smiled wryly and shook his head as he then turns to the agents and then shouted: "Okay, guys, faster! The director is getting angry—we don't want that, so find anything that can help us here."

As they sat there silently. Kurt being himself removes his seat belt and suddenly dissappears from his place in a blue smoke and appeared in front of Sam.
Kurt reached out his blue hand and said while smiling revealing his sharp teeth: "I'm Kurt, my ability is teleportation."
"I'm Sam.. I can release energy from my body to do variety of things." Sam–who was amazed and startled at the same time–also smiled as he reached his hand and shook it.
Kurt then turned to Rahne and smiled to her and introduce himself with Rahne also doing the same. Kurt introduced himself to Berto, Dani and Andrew but when it came to Illyana was the problem.
"Why do you look like that? Is that part of your mutation or you're a demon?" She asked a bit genuinely.
Kurt was a bit dumbfounded but wasn't discouraged as he's already used to this kinds of things and was about to answer when Sam beat him to it.
"Illyana, what are you doing?." Sam interjected as he looked reprimandingly at the sword-wielding mutant.
"What? It's genuine quest—." Illyana was about to protest when Professor Xavier suddenly talked at the side: "Illyana... Rasputin? You're the missing sister of Peter?"
*SHIIING*
Illyana who heard that immediately stood from the chair as her soul sword quickly manifested at her hand as she dashed to the professor and points the sword at him and asked with a dangerous voice: "Who are you? How did you know that? ANSWER ME!"
Alex immediately stood from his seat and points his palm at the russian girl as it slowly glowed with red energy. The other X-Men was also alerted at this as they prepared themselves.
"Alex. Let me." Professor lift his hand to stop Alex and while maintaining a calm face in front of the glowing sword: "Illyana, calm down. I know your brother because he's part of the school. You will meet your brother when we get there."
Illyana's anger suddenly waned down at that as her eyes slowly regained the hope that she lost when she was kidnapped by the human traffickers who mentally and physically violated her. She slowly put down her sword as it demanifested as she asked with a rare soft voice: "Really?"
"Yes, one of the reason why he joined the school is to search for you after he awakened his mutant ability—..." Charles replied with a smile as he started telling Illyana things about Piotr–his brother.
Andrew at the side couldn't help but narrow his eyes at why Illyana didn't seem to insist the question of 'How did you know that', knowing Illyana, she would have cut this jet in half if she didn't get her answer but instead she just calm down which is a bit out of her character.
Andrew thought of two possibilities; that maybe she just really missed her brother or the professor messed with her head to calm her down. He believes it to be the latter but whatever, he doesn't care. And so at that thought, he closed his eyes to take a nap again while coating himself with telekinetic aura—better safe than sorry.

"So. What happened there?." Alex asked after the whole drama was over as he was curious what happened to the destroyed place.
"Well.." Sam smiled wryly as he turns to Dani who also just hung her head down.
Rahne seeing her girlfriend like this immediately interjected and said: "Well, what actually happened was..."
Rahne then proceeded to tell the adult mutants what actually transpired in the Milbury Hospital detail by detail without omitting anything since she feels that she can trust them.
When it came to the part of why they were there and what the doctor and her corporation was planning for them, Ororo couldn't help but clench her fist. "Those animals..."
Alex who saw this reached out his hand and held hers and said: "Don't worry, Ororo. We will get to the bottom of this."
The other X-Men also couldn't help but narrow their eyes after hearing this organization who brainwashes and sells mutants for their own gain. Charles closed his eyes to control his unstable emotions and then turned to Hank: "Hank. Know everything about this Essex Corporation, we need to know where are this facilities that Dani saw in the head of that doctor–those kids need us."
