39 CHAPTER 39

Y/N

A week later I could go by myself through university without getting lost, it was good news. I didn't have any friends, at all, but I spent the breaks with a group of girls, they were pretty nice. One of them was a fanatic of Kpop, not surprised. She liked a lot of groups, but the fact she liked BTS made my heart beat increase. Nobody had to know I knew them, for my own sake.

"Oh! Y/n, you should go with us today." Eunji said.

I blinked a few times. "Sorry, where?"

"Your head is always in the clouds, Y/n." Miso said. She was right, I looked clueless almost all the time. But she didn't. From what I knew, she had a strong personality, as well as her outfits. I wondered if she knew any colour that wasn't black.

"We'll go to the mall, you should join us!"

Going to the mall with them? It didn't sound bad. Besides, I needed to make new friends here.

I nod. "It will be fun, I guess."

"It will. Also, I can show you all the artists I like in the music section!"

"Not today, please." Miso sighed. "Can you stop thinking about those dudes for a minute?"

"They aren't my dudes, Miso. . . They're my husbands!" She screamed excited. She was a screamer fan, indeed.

We had a great time that afternoon, maybe I could start thinking about them as my friends. They were nice and made me feel comfortable, it was enough for me.

I called Taehyung while making spaghetti. I was craving for Italian food. He didn't answer. He was probably busy with the comeback.

I realised I didn't have tomato sauce. Ugh, I really had to go to buy tomato sauce? I didn't want to go outside, I was perfectly fine with my home-cosy outfit. Would people think I was weird? I didn't care at that moment, I was too lazy to change clothes. It would only take 10 minutes if I don't get distracted.

I went to the nearest convenience store. It was empty. It was almost 23:00. I was eating dinner pretty late, but good for me, I didn't have to deal with people.

When I was searching in the sauce section I heard the door. Someone was there. I quickly pick the first one I saw and almost run towards the checkout.

I ran to my apartment.

When I closed the door, I stayed there for a few minutes, catching my breath.

I placed the bottle on the kitchen. My Korean was still pretty poor, I couldn't understand what it said.

I mixed everything, making sure all the pasta was painted in red. I grabbed the bowl and a tissue before making myself comfortable on the sofa.

I opened the TV. I decided to watch Netflix. I was in the mood to watch a K-drama. I rolled the spaghetti in the fork, I took the first bite and a few seconds after it felt like hell. It was spicy. Very spicy.
