58 The Encounter (Locked Up III)

For weeks, Denzel lived in that room, still trying to wake up the Eagle in him, He tried different means, but concentrated mainly on what Grayson told him, losing consciousness to meet with this beast.

Denzel continued that for weeks and slowly, his vision began to get brighter as he was getting able to see his Beast, and each week, it gets better.

During Denzel's first week, each time he slept, he saw himself in that dark room but was still unable to meet with his Eagle.

The third day in his second week there, Denzel was getting to see the head of the Eagle completely, but he was still unable to see the body of the Eagle, 'It's just to wake it up right,' was what Denzel kept guessing as he continued his training.

A few more days after that day, still in the second week, Denzel began to take a step to waking the sleeping Eagle up. He began by striking the Eagle's head to wake it up from its sleep, but when that didn't work, Denzel heightened it from tapping it to whacking it, but it didn't still work.

Denzel's third week in there, The Eagle woke up, but not completely, It was half awake and half asleep, an ability that birds had in general, but the only things it said was, "Shurt upp! Gedefuk Ouda hare," in an aggressive way, and Denzel saw that he was already awake.

Trying to interpret what the Eagle said, Denzel tried his best, researching each language to see the particular pronunciation that was.

After researching for a long time, Denzel concluded when he found out that it was the same language he spoke, but the Eagles' English was broken.

The Eagle said, "Shut up, Get the fuck out of here," and when Denzel found that out, he couldn't hide his laughter, he wondered whether it was just his Beast that spoke that way, or if it was a general thing for the Creatures in Beasts

Each day, anytime Denzel napped, he appeared in that place, where his animal was, and on the last day of the fourth week, Denzel was working out in the room, when he lost his balance, fell off on his head, and banged it on the ground badly, and the next thing, everything got dark.

He was unconscious, as he was knocked out from that hit. As usual, he got into that place again, the Eagle sleeping as it always did.

Denzel sat, using his hand to smudge his head, trying to rub the pain off his head.

"Hey, why do you always sleep," Denzel said out, he received no reply, it was like he was talking to himself.

Still dabbing his head, he stood, walked towards the Eagle, and plucked one of its feathers. The Eagle reacted, his body wiggling from the shiver that it felt as Denzel uprooted the feather from its body. Denzel sat, crossing his both legs, playing with the feather of the Eagle, plucking each strand from the feather of the Eagle.

Denzel looked at the face of the Eagle, trying to open its eyes with his hand, but it didn't want to open up, Denzel sighed, using the feather to caress and poke the face of the Eagle, moving it from the head of the Eagle to the eyes, to its little ears that showed on the side of its face, then moving it to the nose.

Slowly, the Eagle began to shiver, making some faint squeaky sounds as it shivered, its crest rising slowly.

"Huh? What's wrong with it?" Denzel did that once more, and the Eagle reacted once more, his body shivering again.

"It is enjoying...it?" Denzel asked himself, poking the hair more and more into the Eagle's nose.

All of a sudden, the Eagle moved, trying to place its head on Denzel's laps, its eyes still closed.

"Hey!" Denzel yelled, shifting its body back, trembling as he did, "What's with it?!" He asked again.

"Whadahel you duin here? (What the hell are you doing here?)" The eyes of the Eagle opened completely, raising its head a bit the moment it sighted Denzel.

"Huh? What did you say?"

"Whadi you sai? (What did you say?)" It asked Denzel back, looking confused.

Denzel looked completely confused, but when he recalled the Broken language it said the first time it spoke, he could comprehend what it spoke a little.

"Hey, You Eagle, what's with your language?"

"Whadahel es an Egle? (What the hell is an Eagle?)" The Eagle's face looked like it was curious.

'Ohh, the name?' Denzel recollected what Grayson said to him, about him naming his Eagle.

"You have no name right?"

"Dahel you sai? (The hell you say?)"

"Name, name... I want to give you a name, so that if I call it, you would answer,"

"Naime? (Name)?"

Denzel used his palm to hit his forehead.

"I am Denzel, That's my name, I am sure you have called me out once,"

"Naime? Denzel? Ouu, Naime, Ma naime e Mical, (Name? Denzel? Ohh, name, My name is Micheal)"

"Mical? Micheal? What the hell are you saying? You have a name?"

"I knw you, Denzel, I sleeping n you four twenti four yiars nw, (I know you, Denzel, I have been sleeping in for 24 years now),"

"Yes, you have been sleeping in me for 24 years, But how do have a name, Grayson clearly said that I should name you,"

"Garysun? Da faq? Dahel es dat? A fud? (Grayson? The fuck? What the hell is that? A food?)"

Denzel looked flustered, he didn't understand why the Eagle seemed so silly.

"Nevermind, who gave you your name?"

"Ya, sumwan esse naime me, Mical (Yeah, someone else named me Micheal),"

"Who? And what the hell is your language?"

"Ya, Whadahel you sayin? D persi whonaime, spak diswa to mi, U, kiid, luk lik he thou, (Yeah, what the hell are you saying too? The person who named me spoke this way to me, Kid you look like him though)"

"Huh?! I am Denzel, I am 24," Denzel said that, thinking he asked about his name and age.

"Ya, Kid, 24, I, 79 yiars (Yeah kid, you are 24, I am 79)," The Eagle replied Denzel, and Denzel was completely confused.

"Well, it seems like we both understand what we say, so, getting straight to the point, I need your power,"

"Hmm? Powa? (Hmm? Power?)" It answered.
