it was near dusk. on the west side, there was light cloud around the setting sun in the sky. it was immensely relief for the rainy season that just over the sky was unclouded and stainless.

on the school field, there was shocked grass. clearly, it had rained some time ago. Rosy was walking with Ruby with very slow pace. it seemed, she has head in the clouds. it was leisure time.

Ruby twisted to see her. she asked her." what's up to you? why are you so slow? everyone has already gone."

she roused after hearing her reproving. she looks to and fro of herself. she was right. there, sparsely student were passing by. she explained. " nothing, you go first. I will come after a while."

Ruby starred at her in disbelief and asked. " are you sure you would go alone that desert lane?"

"yeah, you don't have to worry much for me. I am not a child."

" I am not worrying about you. it was your mom who said me to come with you."

" anyway, I have to go home swiftly. my father is coming back today after taking leave. take care of yourself on the way." she waved her hand to stride away to her. in exchange, Rosy also waved her hand slightly.

then, Rosy comes with running way to her bicycle. she unlocked it. then, she said. " let's go."

Charlie was waiting for her impending the bicycle parking rake desperately. he stood by the side wall with his hand was in the his pent pocket. as he saw her. he also came to take his cycle.

as, both of them walked out of the school through the main gate of school.

Sophia also comes after them with darting pace. she halted him. " hold on. I am here."

Rosy wanted to sneak out from this movement. it was unbelievable she was still waiting him. Rosy babbled. " it seems, she won't leave you." she added. " okay, I am taking my off first." she was happy somewhere else.

thereafter, Rosy passed by him with giving smile. he doesn't want to let her go. but he can't help himself.

Charlie twisted and said briskly. "Sophia, I have something crop up. so I can't let myself to keep you company at your home way. you have to go by yourself."

she was still looking at him. but, he didn't take an eye at her.

after a while, he finally reached out to Rosy after chasing her with speed paddle.

she looks at him. his face shone in the street light. he looks delight. but, Rosy she didn't like his appearance. she said vaguely. "it must be difficult to hoax her for you, right."

he said. " not really." still his gaze was forwarded on the road.

in fact he was going with her in order to meet his pet. there was something happened in the middle of class.

" oh hi, we meet again." Rosy said to Charlie.

back then, his face was sinking onto the desk. and for the envelope, he had crossed his hand around his head.

as he rised his head. he gets. Rosy was sitting in front of him.

she said. "don't look at me like that. I have come here just for helping you. I know your pet has lost. I can help you. but on one condition?"

he said vigorously." you know where is he?" he was so delighted. that he holds her hand.

Rosy was so appalled to his action.that she was just looking at his hand with dilated eye.

after a while. he lets off her hand and said." sorry. I had become restless."

she said. " it's okay. but I can help you at one condition.....if you give me back my book."

" it was yours." he asked in a pit of petulance. he still can feel that stroke on his head. but it's nothing this time.

" not mine. it was Max. he wanted his book desperately. although, it was my fault to your injury. so I come here to help him."

he twisted. he squinted to see him. he gets. Max was busy with his buddy. as if he doesn't care anything.

he asked. " you were saying he cares. but it seems he doesn't need it. "

" but, I have to give him back." Rosy said briskly.

after a moment, she appeared in front of Max. and gave him back his book.

she apologized him. he browsed page of this book. and said. " I don't need it. I can buy another one."

Rosy felt frustrated. she blurted." I must be crazy. that I have staked everything has gone just in vain."

clearly, she didn't want to give his pet back him from the start.
